Trgovine nas čekaju iza svakog ugla, a u njima ogroman izbor proizvoda. Ali ponekad to samo otežava situaciju... Možemo naići na proizvode kojima je istekao rok, kupiti nezrelo ili neukusno voće i povrće, budući da se i ono nudi na policama... Kako bismo izbjegli takve i slične nezgode, Bright Side izdvaja sedam savjeta za promišljenu i uspješnu kupnju hrane.
1. Češnjak
Ako prodavač tvrdi da je češnjak koji prodaje svjež, tome u prilog trebao bi govoriti blag miris.
Ako je miris izraženiji, povrće je ili staro, ili pogrešno skladišteno. Štoviše, moguće da je iznutra već počelo trunuti.
2. Losos
Koliko god zvučalo čudno, svježa riba ne bi trebala imati jako izražen riblji miris. Ako to osjetite, riba vjerojatno nije svježa.
Još jedan znak svježine je boja. Losos iz ribogojilišta najčešće je svijetloružičaste boje, dok divlja riba obično ima tamnije nijanse.
Ako na površini ribe postoje sive ili smeđe mrlje, to znači da je riba već duže vrijeme izvan vode.

3. Datulje
Svježe datulje mogu biti smežurane, ali ne previše, a ne bi trebale biti ni previše žilave. Suho voće je najbolje ako izgleda mesnato i ima blago sjajnu kožu.
Ne smiju imati kristale šećera ili bijele mrlje, jer to ukazuje na početak propadanja.
4. Cikla
Kad kupujete ciklu, odaberite onu s lišćem, jer ćete po njemu lako prepoznati je li ona svježa.
Ali nije uvijek moguće pronaći takvu ciklu pa treba paziti na veličinu i izgled korijena.
Bolje je odabrati ciklu srednje veličine, bez previše dlake na repu, inače će ona biti tvrda i nimalo slatka.

5. Avokado
Izražene mrlje koje se razlikuju od glavne boje ukazuju na to da nešto nije u redu s plodom.
Najbolje je izbjegavati avokado s tamnim mrljama jer je to često znak da je započeo proces truljenja.
Također možete pritisnuti područje pored peteljke – ako ga možete probosti prstom, plod je vjerojatno prezreo.
6. Šipak
Oblik ploda ne bi trebao biti idealan krug, već bi trebao biti uglas. Po tome se zna da je plod zreo i sladak.

Trgovine nas čekaju iza svakog ugla, a u njima ogroman izbor proizvoda. Ali ponekad to samo otežava situaciju... Možemo naići na proizvode kojima je istekao rok, kupiti nezrelo ili neukusno voće i povrće, budući da se i ono nudi na policama... Kako bismo izbjegli takve i slične nezgode, Bright Side izdvaja sedam savjeta za promišljenu i uspješnu kupnju hrane.
1. Češnjak
Ako prodavač tvrdi da je češnjak koji prodaje svjež, tome u prilog trebao bi govoriti blag miris.
Ako je miris izraženiji, povrće je ili staro, ili pogrešno skladišteno. Štoviše, moguće da je iznutra već počelo trunuti.
2. Losos
Koliko god zvučalo čudno, svježa riba ne bi trebala imati jako izražen riblji miris. Ako to osjetite, riba vjerojatno nije svježa.
Još jedan znak svježine je boja. Losos iz ribogojilišta najčešće je svijetloružičaste boje, dok divlja riba obično ima tamnije nijanse.
Ako na površini ribe postoje sive ili smeđe mrlje, to znači da je riba već duže vrijeme izvan vode.

3. Datulje
Svježe datulje mogu biti smežurane, ali ne previše, a ne bi trebale biti ni previše žilave. Suho voće je najbolje ako izgleda mesnato i ima blago sjajnu kožu.
Ne smiju imati kristale šećera ili bijele mrlje, jer to ukazuje na početak propadanja.
4. Cikla
Kad kupujete ciklu, odaberite onu s lišćem, jer ćete po njemu lako prepoznati je li ona svježa.
Ali nije uvijek moguće pronaći takvu ciklu pa treba paziti na veličinu i izgled korijena.
Bolje je odabrati ciklu srednje veličine, bez previše dlake na repu, inače će ona biti tvrda i nimalo slatka.

5. Avokado
Izražene mrlje koje se razlikuju od glavne boje ukazuju na to da nešto nije u redu s plodom.
Najbolje je izbjegavati avokado s tamnim mrljama jer je to često znak da je započeo proces truljenja.
Također možete pritisnuti područje pored peteljke – ako ga možete probosti prstom, plod je vjerojatno prezreo.
6. Šipak
Oblik ploda ne bi trebao biti idealan krug, već bi trebao biti uglas. Po tome se zna da je plod zreo i sladak.

Dobar se limun može prepoznati po težini i debljini kore. Tanka korica i rupica na mjestu gdje je nekad bila stabljika s mini linijama znak su dobrog limuna, piše Bright Side.
