Ako u prvim danima nove godine viđate oko sebe razdražljive pojedince, sklone brzom "ispaljivanju" ili pak bljedunjave, izgubljene duše, ne trebate se tomu pretjerano čuditi. I jedni i drugi su vjerojatno - gladni.

Poslije serije blagdanskih prejedanja, mnogi su se odlučili na strogi režim, i to odmah. Nema čekanja, u nove se pobjede kreće istog trena, 1. siječnja x godine. Ova je nova i svježa, a pod pritiskom da brzinski izgube koji blagdanski kilogram viška, ljudi su spremni i izgladnjivati se.

Ukoliko ste i vi među njima, preporučujemo manje porcije i namirnice nutritivno bogate, a kalorijski niže. Jedna od njih svakako je i tvrdo kuhano jaje, odličan dodatak salatama, proteinska nadopuna doručku i praktičan "snack". Sa svega 70ak kalorija, jaje je bogato proteinima kao malo koja druga namirnica.

Ima ipak jedan "minus". Guljenje, koje je svima, barem jednom, zadalo glavobolju. Kad ljuska za sobom povuče pola bjelanjka, najradije biste čitavo jaje bacili u smeće? Naravno da je odgovor potvrdan.

Nije ni čudo stoga što se u prvim danima nove godine na društvenim mrežama bruji uprvo o ovoj temi, a ni što je video koji je jedan darežljivi korisnik podijelio postao viralan. Trik guljenja uz pomoć mlaza vode i čaše, kažu korisnici, zaista "pali". Pogledajte o čemu je riječ.

Ako u prvim danima nove godine viđate oko sebe razdražljive pojedince, sklone brzom "ispaljivanju" ili pak bljedunjave, izgubljene duše, ne trebate se tomu pretjerano čuditi. I jedni i drugi su vjerojatno - gladni.

Poslije serije blagdanskih prejedanja, mnogi su se odlučili na strogi režim, i to odmah. Nema čekanja, u nove se pobjede kreće istog trena, 1. siječnja x godine. Ova je nova i svježa, a pod pritiskom da brzinski izgube koji blagdanski kilogram viška, ljudi su spremni i izgladnjivati se.

Ukoliko ste i vi među njima, preporučujemo manje porcije i namirnice nutritivno bogate, a kalorijski niže. Jedna od njih svakako je i tvrdo kuhano jaje, odličan dodatak salatama, proteinska nadopuna doručku i praktičan "snack". Sa svega 70ak kalorija, jaje je bogato proteinima kao malo koja druga namirnica.

Ima ipak jedan "minus". Guljenje, koje je svima, barem jednom, zadalo glavobolju. Kad ljuska za sobom povuče pola bjelanjka, najradije biste čitavo jaje bacili u smeće? Naravno da je odgovor potvrdan.

Nije ni čudo stoga što se u prvim danima nove godine na društvenim mrežama bruji uprvo o ovoj temi, a ni što je video koji je jedan darežljivi korisnik podijelio postao viralan. Trik guljenja uz pomoć mlaza vode i čaše, kažu korisnici, zaista "pali". Pogledajte o čemu je riječ.
