Čokoladne torte prvi su odabir svakog sladokusca, a evo kako da napravite fantastičnu čokoladnu tortu bez pečenja.

Za biskvit

350 grama oreo keksa

100 grama maslaca

Krema

350 ml slatkog vrhnja

400 grama kiselog vrhnja

100 grama šećera

200 grama čokolade

Glazura

150 grama čokolade

150 ml slatkog vrhnja

Priprema

Otopiti maslac. Razdvojiti kekse pa nožićem poskidati bijelu kremu u jednu posudu, a ostatak samljeti. Dodati mljevenom keksu otopljen maslac i izmiješati. Na tanjur staviti obruč dimenzija 26 cm pa istresti smjesu za biskvit i rukom utisnuti.

Na laganoj vatri, pari ili u mikrovalnoj otopiti čokoladu. Prethodno poskidanoj bijeloj kremi dodati kiselo vrhnje i šećer u prahu pa sve mikserom umutiti.

Miksati posebno slatko vrhnje, dodati je kiseloj i sjediniti. Zatim dodati otopljenu čokoladu, koja se ne mora ohladiti i opet sve promiješati.

Preliti preko biskvita, poravnati i staviti u hladnjak pola sata.

Čokoladne torte prvi su odabir svakog sladokusca, a evo kako da napravite fantastičnu čokoladnu tortu bez pečenja.

Za biskvit

350 grama oreo keksa

100 grama maslaca

Krema

350 ml slatkog vrhnja

400 grama kiselog vrhnja

100 grama šećera

200 grama čokolade

Glazura

150 grama čokolade

150 ml slatkog vrhnja

Priprema

Otopiti maslac. Razdvojiti kekse pa nožićem poskidati bijelu kremu u jednu posudu, a ostatak samljeti. Dodati mljevenom keksu otopljen maslac i izmiješati. Na tanjur staviti obruč dimenzija 26 cm pa istresti smjesu za biskvit i rukom utisnuti.

Na laganoj vatri, pari ili u mikrovalnoj otopiti čokoladu. Prethodno poskidanoj bijeloj kremi dodati kiselo vrhnje i šećer u prahu pa sve mikserom umutiti.

Miksati posebno slatko vrhnje, dodati je kiseloj i sjediniti. Zatim dodati otopljenu čokoladu, koja se ne mora ohladiti i opet sve promiješati.

Preliti preko biskvita, poravnati i staviti u hladnjak pola sata.

Čokoladne torte prvi su odabir svakog sladokusca, a evo kako da napravite fantastičnu čokoladnu tortu bez pečenja.

Za biskvit

350 grama oreo keksa

100 grama maslaca

Krema

350 ml slatkog vrhnja

400 grama kiselog vrhnja

100 grama šećera

200 grama čokolade

Glazura

150 grama čokolade

150 ml slatkog vrhnja

Priprema

Otopiti maslac. Razdvojiti kekse pa nožićem poskidati bijelu kremu u jednu posudu, a ostatak samljeti. Dodati mljevenom keksu otopljen maslac i izmiješati. Na tanjur staviti obruč dimenzija 26 cm pa istresti smjesu za biskvit i rukom utisnuti.

Na laganoj vatri, pari ili u mikrovalnoj otopiti čokoladu. Prethodno poskidanoj bijeloj kremi dodati kiselo vrhnje i šećer u prahu pa sve mikserom umutiti.

Miksati posebno slatko vrhnje, dodati je kiseloj i sjediniti. Zatim dodati otopljenu...
