Visoka škola Aspira već se s godinama prometnula u respektabilnu obrazovnu instituciju, pa čak i pomalo avangardnu. Naime, po pitanju studijskih grupa ne samo da se u Aspiri ide ukorak s vremenom i trendovima, nego ih se i anticipira. Aspira je uvijek “korak ispred”. Dokaz tomu je njihov nedavno formiran studij, naime diplomski studij Gastronomije. To je prvi smjer u Hrvatskoj koji, prateći domaće i svjetske trendove u gastronomiji i surađujući s vrhunskim stručnjacima na tom području, garantira svim studentima izvanrednu specijalizaciju i obilje zanimljivog, praktičnog rada uz superviziranje renomiranih domaćih i stranih stručnjaka iz šire branše. Neki od njih su: chef Nikša Boban, Mikael Alix, Damir Tomljanović, Tomica Đukić, Jorg Zupan, Roberto Cerea, Vicenzo Guarino, Bruno Vokal, Matija Bregeš, David Skoko, Ivan Pažanin, Hrvoje Zirojević...

Svi su oni, na neki način, dio Aspira obitelji; kroz školovanje i kasniji život polaznici studija i predavači često ostaju povezani, stvaraju se kvalitetne radne i prijateljske veze. Jer Aspira je više od “običnog” školovanja, to je ulaz u svijet koji poučava, obogaćuje iskustvom i poslovnim kontaktima... Jedinstveni master studijski smjer Gastronomije kao akademska kategorija govori, na koncu, ponešto i o podneblju u kojem svi obitavamo. Mediteranska prehrana Naime, osim po obali, planinama i ostalim prirodnim ljepotama, Hrvatska je poznata i po dobroj spizi. Ljudi danas sve češće putuju – ni Hrvati tu nisu iznimka – a na putovanjima pritom žele i, dakako, dobro jesti. Italiji se veselimo ne samo zbog spomenika kulture i šopinga, nego i manistre na svakojake načine, pizza, canolla i tiramisua; nekad nam se možda čini da su sve “prehrambene ljepote” upravo naši susjedi Talijani i izmislili – no i mi konja za trku imamo!

Dobra je amatricciana, ali što fali dobroj staroj dalmatinskoj šalši? Atroke žrnovskim makarunima, istarskim pljukancima, zagorskim mlincima, prelivenim svakojakim umacima ili jednostavno “na pljuvaku”, kako su govorili stari ljudi. Naravno, danas je (unatoč svakidašnjim grintanjima) mnogima standard života – pa i prehrane, jasno – puno bogatiji, sve smo više i osviješteni o benefitima kvalitetne (čitaj: mediteranske) prehrane, i ovaj panel u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije, kojega je dionik i Aspira, dokaz je tomu. Hrvatska postaje sve prepoznatljivija na svjetskoj mapi po kakvoći hrane, dok je turizam odavno etabliran kao jedna od glavnih gospodarskih grana naše zemlje.

Obrazovni programi

Naličje te dobre slike, međutim, jest kronični nedostatak kvalitetno obrazovanog turističkog osoblja, sezonalnost i nagla ekspanzija turizma, koja počesto rezultira erozijom kvalitete usluge. Srećom, tu je Aspira. Vodeći obrazovni programi iz područja turizma, kojega je gastronomija iznimno bitna stavka, dio su ponude Aspire. Smjer Gastronomije kao preddiplomski studijski smjer je na Aspiri prisutan još od 2016., a uz njega su se u međuvremenu “čvrsto ustoličili” obrazovni programi iz područja sportskog menadžmenta, menadžmenta u hotelijerstvu i turizmu i računarstvu. Danas je Aspira međunarodno priznata institucija za obrazovanje kadrova u turizmu. Posebnost novog – diplomskog – smjera Gastronomije jest to što pruža menadžerska znanja, vještine iz organizacije gastronomije, kao i ključne tehnike komuniciranja te upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Sam studij je namijenjen svima: profesionalcima koji žele usavršiti dosadašnja znanja, nastavnicima u strukovnim školama, studentima završenih srodnih fakulteta (ali i ostalih studija), poslodavcima koji svoje zaposlenike žele potaknuti na dodatnu edukaciju i pretvoriti ih u pouzdane i sposobne menadžere...

Dakako, i svima onima koji se jednostavno žele okušati i usavršiti u ovome području. Diplomski studijski smjer Gastronomije traje dvije godine, izvodi se u četiri semestra, a nakon stečenih 120 ECTS bodova stječe se titula magistra hotelijersko-turističkog menadžmenta – smjera gastronomije. Tijekom studija uče se strani jezici, aktivno je sudjelovanje i u brojnim radionicama iz područja kulinarstva, slastičarstva, somelijerstva... Dakle, teorijska znanja potkrijepljena su praksom od samoga početka, a to je ujedno i ključ uspjeha u ovome području. Ne zaboravimo spomenuti korisna i zabavna studijska putovanja u Istru, Slavoniju, Sloveniju i Italiju, gdje se na licu mjesta studenti upoznaju s gastronomijom tog područja i usvajaju nova znanja. Od značajnijih događanja koja organizira Aspira svakako je i Dan karijera, na kojem studenti i poslodavci dogovaraju stručnu praksu i na kojem je već moguće razabrati vlastiti smjer napredovanja u karijeri. Visokoškolska ustanova Aspira aktivno sudjeluje u događajima vezanim uz svoju obrazovnu branšu, pa će tako svoj obol dati i na nadolazećem panelu “Mediteranska prehrana – najbolja na svitu”, u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije. U ime Aspire govorit će magistra nutricionizma Tea Vučković, prava “doktorica za zdravu spizu” i jedna iz jakog stručnog tima Aspirinih nastavnih suradnika.

Visoka škola Aspira već se s godinama prometnula u respektabilnu obrazovnu instituciju, pa čak i pomalo avangardnu. Naime, po pitanju studijskih grupa ne samo da se u Aspiri ide ukorak s vremenom i trendovima, nego ih se i anticipira. Aspira je uvijek “korak ispred”. Dokaz tomu je njihov nedavno formiran studij, naime diplomski studij Gastronomije. To je prvi smjer u Hrvatskoj koji, prateći domaće i svjetske trendove u gastronomiji i surađujući s vrhunskim stručnjacima na tom području, garantira svim studentima izvanrednu specijalizaciju i obilje zanimljivog, praktičnog rada uz superviziranje renomiranih domaćih i stranih stručnjaka iz šire branše. Neki od njih su: chef Nikša Boban, Mikael Alix, Damir Tomljanović, Tomica Đukić, Jorg Zupan, Roberto Cerea, Vicenzo Guarino, Bruno Vokal, Matija Bregeš, David Skoko, Ivan Pažanin, Hrvoje Zirojević...

Svi su oni, na neki način, dio Aspira obitelji; kroz školovanje i kasniji život polaznici studija i predavači često ostaju povezani, stvaraju se kvalitetne radne i prijateljske veze. Jer Aspira je više od “običnog” školovanja, to je ulaz u svijet koji poučava, obogaćuje iskustvom i poslovnim kontaktima... Jedinstveni master studijski smjer Gastronomije kao akademska kategorija govori, na koncu, ponešto i o podneblju u kojem svi obitavamo. Mediteranska prehrana Naime, osim po obali, planinama i ostalim prirodnim ljepotama, Hrvatska je poznata i po dobroj spizi. Ljudi danas sve češće putuju – ni Hrvati tu nisu iznimka – a na putovanjima pritom žele i, dakako, dobro jesti. Italiji se veselimo ne samo zbog spomenika kulture i šopinga, nego i manistre na svakojake načine, pizza, canolla i tiramisua; nekad nam se možda čini da su sve “prehrambene ljepote” upravo naši susjedi Talijani i izmislili – no i mi konja za trku imamo!

Dobra je amatricciana, ali što fali dobroj staroj dalmatinskoj šalši? Atroke žrnovskim makarunima, istarskim pljukancima, zagorskim mlincima, prelivenim svakojakim umacima ili jednostavno “na pljuvaku”, kako su govorili stari ljudi. Naravno, danas je (unatoč svakidašnjim grintanjima) mnogima standard života – pa i prehrane, jasno – puno bogatiji, sve smo više i osviješteni o benefitima kvalitetne (čitaj: mediteranske) prehrane, i ovaj panel u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije, kojega je dionik i Aspira, dokaz je tomu. Hrvatska postaje sve prepoznatljivija na svjetskoj mapi po kakvoći hrane, dok je turizam odavno etabliran kao jedna od glavnih gospodarskih grana naše zemlje.

Obrazovni programi

Naličje te dobre slike, međutim, jest kronični nedostatak kvalitetno obrazovanog turističkog osoblja, sezonalnost i nagla ekspanzija turizma, koja počesto rezultira erozijom kvalitete usluge. Srećom, tu je Aspira. Vodeći obrazovni programi iz područja turizma, kojega je gastronomija iznimno bitna stavka, dio su ponude Aspire. Smjer Gastronomije kao preddiplomski studijski smjer je na Aspiri prisutan još od 2016., a uz njega su se u međuvremenu “čvrsto ustoličili” obrazovni programi iz područja sportskog menadžmenta, menadžmenta u hotelijerstvu i turizmu i računarstvu. Danas je Aspira međunarodno priznata institucija za obrazovanje kadrova u turizmu. Posebnost novog – diplomskog – smjera Gastronomije jest to što pruža menadžerska znanja, vještine iz organizacije gastronomije, kao i ključne tehnike komuniciranja te upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Sam studij je namijenjen svima: profesionalcima koji žele usavršiti dosadašnja znanja, nastavnicima u strukovnim školama, studentima završenih srodnih fakulteta (ali i ostalih studija), poslodavcima koji svoje zaposlenike žele potaknuti na dodatnu edukaciju i pretvoriti ih u pouzdane i sposobne menadžere...

Dakako, i svima onima koji se jednostavno žele okušati i usavršiti u ovome području. Diplomski studijski smjer Gastronomije traje dvije godine, izvodi se u četiri semestra, a nakon stečenih 120 ECTS bodova stječe se titula magistra hotelijersko-turističkog menadžmenta – smjera gastronomije. Tijekom studija uče se strani jezici, aktivno je sudjelovanje i u brojnim radionicama iz područja kulinarstva, slastičarstva, somelijerstva... Dakle, teorijska znanja potkrijepljena su praksom od samoga početka, a to je ujedno i ključ uspjeha u ovome području. Ne zaboravimo spomenuti korisna i zabavna studijska putovanja u Istru, Slavoniju, Sloveniju i Italiju, gdje se na licu mjesta studenti upoznaju s gastronomijom tog područja i usvajaju nova znanja. Od značajnijih događanja koja organizira Aspira svakako je i Dan karijera, na kojem studenti i poslodavci dogovaraju stručnu praksu i na kojem je već moguće razabrati vlastiti smjer napredovanja u karijeri. Visokoškolska ustanova Aspira aktivno sudjeluje u događajima vezanim uz svoju obrazovnu branšu, pa će tako svoj obol dati i na nadolazećem panelu “Mediteranska prehrana – najbolja na svitu”, u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije. U ime Aspire govorit će magistra nutricionizma Tea Vučković, prava “doktorica za zdravu spizu” i jedna iz jakog stručnog tima Aspirinih nastavnih suradnika.
