I češće nego u životu, na cesti se mora ići unatrag, u rikverc, kako se kaže. Najčešći su takvi manevri pri parkiranju i izlasku s parkinga, ili u situacijama kada se zateknemo u slijepoj ulici i u pogrešnome smjeru. Neki vole voziti unatrag, neki ne vole, a mnogi ne znaju kada, kako i koliko smiju voziti unatrag.

U tom smislu, u članku 50. Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jasno piše da vozač koji se namjerava kretati vozilom unatrag može to učiniti samo na kratkom dijelu ceste i ako time ne ugrožava ili ne ometa druge sudionike u prometu.

Novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 300 kuna kaznit će se za prekršaj vozač koji prilikom kretanja vozila unatrag postupi suprotno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama (ilustracija)

Za vrijeme kretanja unatrag na vozilu moraju biti uključeni svi pokazivači smjera. Kada se vozač kreće vozilom unatrag, dužan je kretati se onom stranom kolnika kojom se kretao i vožnjom unaprijed i dužan je propustiti vozilo koje dolazi iza njegovog vozila. Novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 300 kuna kaznit će se za prekršaj vozač koji prilikom kretanja vozila unatrag postupi suprotno navedenim odredbama, piše HAK revija.

Prema tome, kada morate voziti unatrag, obratite pažnju da time ne ugrožavate ili ne ometate druge sudionike u prometu, radi njihove i vlastite sigurnosti.

I češće nego u životu, na cesti se mora ići unatrag, u rikverc, kako se kaže. Najčešći su takvi manevri pri parkiranju i izlasku s parkinga, ili u situacijama kada se zateknemo u slijepoj ulici i u pogrešnome smjeru. Neki vole voziti unatrag, neki ne vole, a mnogi ne znaju kada, kako i koliko smiju voziti unatrag.

U tom smislu, u članku 50. Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jasno piše da vozač koji se namjerava kretati vozilom unatrag može to učiniti samo na kratkom dijelu ceste i ako time ne ugrožava ili ne ometa druge sudionike u prometu.

Za vrijeme kretanja unatrag na vozilu moraju biti uključeni svi pokazivači smjera. Kada se vozač kreće vozilom unatrag, dužan je kretati se onom stranom kolnika kojom se kretao i vožnjom unaprijed i dužan je propustiti vozilo koje dolazi iza njegovog vozila. Novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 300 kuna kaznit će se za prekršaj vozač koji prilikom kretanja vozila unatrag postupi suprotno navedenim odredbama, piše HAK revija.

Prema tome, kada morate voziti unatrag, obratite pažnju da time ne ugrožavate ili ne ometate druge sudionike u prometu, radi njihove i vlastite sigurnosti.

I češće nego u životu, na cesti se mora ići unatrag, u rikverc, kako se kaže. Najčešći su takvi manevri pri parkiranju i izlasku s parkinga, ili u situacijama kada se zateknemo u slijepoj ulici i u pogrešnome smjeru. Neki vole voziti unatrag, neki ne vole, a mnogi ne znaju kada, kako i koliko smiju voziti unatrag.

U tom smislu, u članku 50. Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama jasno piše da vozač koji se namjerava kretati vozilom unatrag može to učiniti samo na kratkom dijelu ceste i ako time ne ugrožava ili ne ometa druge sudionike u prometu.

Za vrijeme kretanja unatrag na vozilu moraju biti uključeni svi pokazivači smjera. Kada se vozač kreće vozilom unatrag, dužan je kretati se onom stranom kolnika kojom se kretao i vožnjom unaprijed i duža...
