Svim vozačima je poznato da je svaki vlasnik vozila dužan jednom godišnje na svom vozilu obaviti tehnički pregled, platiti sva propisana davanja i nakon toga produžiti važenje prometne dozvole, odnosno registrirati vozilo.

- Što ako se ne može doći na tehnički pregled točno onog datuma koji je naveden u prometnoj dozvoli? Mogu li se tehnički pregled i registracija vozila obaviti ranije?

- Mogu, i to bilo kada ranije u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola istječe. Primjerice, ako putujete na duži put ili ste zbog drugih obveza spriječeni doći na produženje važenja prometne dozvole onog dana kada ona ističe, moguće je doći u bilo koju stanicu za tehnički pregled i 30 dana ranije te obaviti tehnički pregled i produžiti važenje prometne dozvole. Ipak, obavezno treba doći u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola ističe jer se na taj način neće skraćivati rok važenja prometne dozvole. Za produženje važenja prometne dozvole potrebno je priložiti i novu policu osiguranja od automobilske odgovornosti koja će se vezati na datum isteka prethodne te dokaze o plaćenim propisanim obvezama kao što su naknada za ceste, posebna naknada za okoliš, porez na cestovna motorna vozila...

Savjet je da se na tehnički pregled vozila svake godine pristupi barem nekoliko dana prije nego što ističe važenje prometne dozvole. Na taj način vlasniku ostaje dovoljno vremena da se na vozilu isprave nedostaci, ako oni budu evidentirani prilikom tehničkog pregleda jer, u slučaju da vozilo bude proglašeno tehnički neispravnim, u roku 15 dana moguće je obaviti ponovljeni tehnički pregled bez dodatnog troška. U tom razdoblju ponovljeni tehnički pregled se ne naplaćuje osim u slučaju pada na eko-testu kada se ponovljeni eko-test naplaćuje u pola cijene. Ranijim dolaskom na tehnički pregled također je moguće izbjeći i gužve koje su uobičajene u popodnevnim satima. Preporuča se doći na tehnički pregled sredinom tjedna jer su obično tada gužve najmanje, ali je isto tako dobro kontaktirati stanicu za tehnički pregled u kojoj namjeravate obaviti tehnički pregled i provjeriti kada je najmanja gužva.

- A što ako je vozilo neispravno?

- U slučaju da vaše vozilo bude proglašeno tehnički neispravnim, ranijim odlaskom na tehnički pregled omogućili ste si da, s još uvijek važećom prometnom dozvolom, vozilo odvezete u servisnu radionicu. To je moguće ako su na vozilu utvrđeni nedostaci koji ne ugrožavaju sigurnost prometa na cestama npr. ako vozilo nije zadovoljilo na eko testu, ako je napuknuto vjetrobransko staklo ili ima neki drugi manji nedostatak. Međutim, ako su na vozilu utvrđeni nedostaci koji bi ugrožavali sigurnost prometa na cestama, nije dozvoljeno upravljati vozilom čak ni ako je prometna dozvola još uvijek važeća! No, o tome će vas sigurno dodatno obavijestiti i ovlašteno osoblje stanice za tehnički pregled.

Dobro je znati

- Na tehnički pregled moguće je doći i prije isteka prometne dozvole, najbolje je doći u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola istječe kako se ne bi skratio rok važenja prometne dozvole.

- Kako biste izbjegli gužvu u stanici za tehnički pregled, najbolje je doći sredinom tjedna ili kontaktirati stanicu u koju namjeravate ići i provjeriti kada je najmanja gužva.

- Ako su na tehničkom pregledu utvrđeni nedostaci koji bi ugrožavali sigurnost prometa na cestama, ne smijete upravljati vozilom čak ni ako je prometna dozvola još uvijek važeća!

- Što ako se ne može doći na tehnički pregled točno onog datuma koji je naveden u prometnoj dozvoli? Mogu li se tehnički pregled i registracija vozila obaviti ranije?

- Mogu, i to bilo kada ranije u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola istječe. Primjerice, ako putujete na duži put ili ste zbog drugih obveza spriječeni doći na produženje važenja prometne dozvole onog dana kada ona ističe, moguće je doći u bilo koju stanicu za tehnički pregled i 30 dana ranije te obaviti tehnički pregled i produžiti važenje prometne dozvole. Ipak, obavezno treba doći u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola ističe jer se na taj način neće skraćivati rok važenja prometne dozvole. Za produženje važenja prometne dozvole potrebno je priložiti i novu policu osiguranja od automobilske odgovornosti koja će se vezati na datum isteka prethodne te dokaze o plaćenim propisanim obvezama kao što su naknada za ceste, posebna naknada za okoliš, porez na cestovna motorna vozila...

Savjet je da se na tehnički pregled vozila svake godine pristupi barem nekoliko dana prije nego što ističe važenje prometne dozvole. Na taj način vlasniku ostaje dovoljno vremena da se na vozilu isprave nedostaci, ako oni budu evidentirani prilikom tehničkog pregleda jer, u slučaju da vozilo bude proglašeno tehnički neispravnim, u roku 15 dana moguće je obaviti ponovljeni tehnički pregled bez dodatnog troška. U tom razdoblju ponovljeni tehnički pregled se ne naplaćuje osim u slučaju pada na eko-testu kada se ponovljeni eko-test naplaćuje u pola cijene. Ranijim dolaskom na tehnički pregled također je moguće izbjeći i gužve koje su uobičajene u popodnevnim satima. Preporuča se doći na tehnički pregled sredinom tjedna jer su obično tada gužve najmanje, ali je isto tako dobro kontaktirati stanicu za tehnički pregled u kojoj namjeravate obaviti tehnički pregled i provjeriti kada je najmanja gužva.

- A što ako je vozilo neispravno?

- U slučaju da vaše vozilo bude proglašeno tehnički neispravnim, ranijim odlaskom na tehnički pregled omogućili ste si da, s još uvijek važećom prometnom dozvolom, vozilo odvezete u servisnu radionicu. To je moguće ako su na vozilu utvrđeni nedostaci koji ne ugrožavaju sigurnost prometa na cestama npr. ako vozilo nije zadovoljilo na eko testu, ako je napuknuto vjetrobransko staklo ili ima neki drugi manji nedostatak. Međutim, ako su na vozilu utvrđeni nedostaci koji bi ugrožavali sigurnost prometa na cestama, nije dozvoljeno upravljati vozilom čak ni ako je prometna dozvola još uvijek važeća! No, o tome će vas sigurno dodatno obavijestiti i ovlašteno osoblje stanice za tehnički pregled.

Dobro je znati

- Na tehnički pregled moguće je doći i prije isteka prometne dozvole, najbolje je doći u mjesecu u kojem prometna dozvola istječe kako se ne bi skratio rok važenja prometne dozvole.

- Kako biste izbjegli gužvu u stanici za tehnički pregled, najbolje je doći sredinom tjedna ili kontaktirati stanicu u koju namjeravate ići i provjeriti kada je najmanja gužva.

- Ako su na tehničkom pregledu utvrđeni nedostaci koji bi ugrožavali sigurnost prometa na cestama, ne smijete upravljati vozilom čak ni ako je prometna dozvola još uvijek važeća!

Svim vozačima je poznato da je svaki vlasnik vozila dužan jednom godišnje na svom vozilu obaviti tehnički pregled, platiti sva propisana davanja i nakon toga produžiti važenje prometne dozvole, odnosno registrirati vozilo.
