"Blicanje", odnosno davanje znakova upozorenja svjetlima, pojam je poznat gotovo svim vozačima. Ono se daje vozačima koji nam dolaze u susret kada se vidi neka opasnost na cesti ili se signalizira prisutnost policijske patrole. Neke je zbog toga policija i kaznila, a pitanje je je li "blicanje" zaista kažnjivo?

Prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, kratkotrajno, isprekidano blicanje drugim vozačima je dozvoljeno.

"Od prvog sumraka do potpunog svanuća vozač u pravilu, umjesto zvučnog znaka upozorenja upotrebljava svjetlosni znak upozorenja. Taj znak može upotrijebiti i u naselju prije pretjecanja drugog vozila", navode iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova uz napomenu da se taj znak upozorenja može upotrijebiti i danju, piše N1.

"Svjetlosni znak upozorenja daje se kratkim uzastopnim paljenjem dugih svjetala, ili uzastopnim paljenjem kratkih svjetala za osvjetljavanje ceste, ili naizmjeničnim paljenjem, u kratkim razmacima, dugih i kratkih svjetala, vodeći računa da se time ne zasljepljuju vozači koji dolaze iz suprotnog smjera. Zakon propisuje da na autocesti vozač ne smije požurivati vozila ispred sebe davanjem svjetlosnih ili zvučnih znakova, a postupi li suprotno, kaznit će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 260 eura", navode iz MUP-a i ističu da "blicanje" kojim se upozorava na prisutnost policije nije kažnjivo, piše N1.

Prema tome, čak ni upozorenje na prisutnost policije prema zakonu nije novčano kažnjivo, osim ako se time ne ometa druge sudionike u prometu.

"Blicanje", odnosno davanje znakova upozorenja svjetlima, pojam je poznat gotovo svim vozačima. Ono se daje vozačima koji nam dolaze u susret kada se vidi neka opasnost na cesti ili se signalizira prisutnost policijske patrole. Neke je zbog toga policija i kaznila, a pitanje je je li "blicanje" zaista kažnjivo?

Prema Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, kratkotrajno, isprekidano blicanje drugim vozačima je dozvoljeno.

"Od prvog sumraka do potpunog svanuća vozač u pravilu, umjesto zvučnog znaka upozorenja upotrebljava svjetlosni znak upozorenja. Taj znak može upotrijebiti i u naselju prije pretjecanja drugog vozila", navode iz Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova uz napomenu da se taj znak upozorenja može upotrijebiti i danju, piše N1.

"Svjetlosni znak upozorenja daje se kratkim uzastopnim paljenjem dugih svjetala, ili uzastopnim paljenjem kratkih svjetala za osvjetljavanje ceste, ili naizmjeničnim paljenjem, u kratkim razmacima, dugih i kratkih svjetala, vodeći računa da se time ne zasljepljuju vozači koji dolaze iz suprotnog smjera. Zakon propisuje da na autocesti vozač ne smije požurivati vozila ispred sebe davanjem svjetlosnih ili zvučnih znakova, a postupi li suprotno, kaznit će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 260 eura", navode iz MUP-a i ističu da "blicanje" kojim se upozorava na prisutnost policije nije kažnjivo, piše N1.

Prema tome, čak ni upozorenje na prisutnost policije prema zakonu nije novčano kažnjivo, osim ako se time ne ometa druge sudionike u prometu.
