Kada kupujete rabljeni automobil, povjerenje je najvažnije. Međutim, ljudi u različitim zemljama mogu imati vrlo različitu razinu povjerenja u lokalno tržište vozila. Stručnjaci platforme carVertical proveli su istraživanje u 17 zemalja na uzorku od 4500 ljudi kako bi utvrdili što oni misle o prodavačima rabljenih automobila. Ispitanici su morali odgovoriti vjeruju li prodavačima rabljenih automobila, smatraju li da je sigurno kupiti rabljeno vozilo i očekuju li da će prodavači ispuniti svoja obećanja.

Kupci u središnjoj i zapadnoj Europi imaju više povjerenja u prodavače nego u istočnoj Europi, gdje su razne prevare češće. Zemlje u kojima ljudi najviše vjeruju prodavačima su Velika Britanija (ocjena povjerenja 122,2), Finska (120,4), Slovenija (109,7), Njemačka (109,4), Slovačka (107,5) i Češka (106,4).

Međutim, veliko povjerenje u prodavače ne znači da je to povjerenje opravdano. U Velikoj Britaniji 14,5 posto automobila ima friziranu kilometražu, što upućuje na to da tržište rabljenih automobila nije transparentno. Budući da Britanci vjeruju prodavačima više nego ljudima u drugim zemljama, oni mogu biti laka meta za prevarante.

Kako objašnjava Matas Buzelis, stručnjak za automobilsku industriju i voditelj komunikacija platforme carVertical, Velika Britanija uvelike se razlikuje od ostatka Europe jer ima znatno manje uvezenih rabljenih automobila. Budući da se u Veliku Britaniju puno ne uvozi, manje je i rabljenih automobila iz prekograničnih područja. To znači da bi rizik od kupnje automobila s friziranom kilometražom mogao biti manji, ali su na tržištu prisutni su drugi problemi. Među zemljama sa srednjom razinom povjerenja u prodavače rabljenih automobila nalaze se Francuska (102), Srbija (100,2), Latvija (94,5), Poljska (94,2), Italija (93,7), Hrvatska (93,3) i Rumunjska (92,8). Čini se da su kupci u tim zemljama svjesniji toga da postoje nepošteni prodavači i skloniji su stoga biti oprezniji prilikom kupnje rabljenog automobila. Budući da su mnogi vozači u tim zemljama bili žrtve nepoštenih prodavača, prosječna je razina povjerenja niska.

Buzelis napominje da tok promjene vlasništva rabljenih automobila općenito ide od zapada prema istoku. Obično se prijeđena kilometraža vozila frizira u zemljama u koje se izvoze, a zatim ih stavljaju na tržište rabljenih automobila. Prodavači prevaranti nude automobile po povoljnim cijenama, ali se često iza tih cijena krije lažna povijest vozila.

Prema istraživanju platforme carVertical 55 posto vozača koji znaju puno o tehničkim aspektima automobila vjeruju prodavačima. Međutim, osobe koje se manje razumiju u automobile obično imaju nižu razinu povjerenja (17,5 posto). Mlađa generacija manje vjeruje prodavačima. Samo 17,9 posto osoba u dobi od 25 do 34 godine vjeruje prodavačima rabljenih vozila, u usporedbi s 30,3 posto osoba u dobi od 35 do 44 godine.

Mlađa je generacija također više navikla na moderno iskustvo kupovanja putem interneta. Kupci obično mogu vratiti rabljene proizvode koje su kupili ako ne ispunjavaju očekivanja ili imaju nedostatke. Međutim, kad su u pitanju rabljeni automobili, u nekim je zemljama cijeli postupak povrata mnogo kompliciraniji. Možda i to pridonosi nedostatku povjerenja - kaže Buzelis.

Kada kupujete rabljeni automobil, povjerenje je najvažnije. Međutim, ljudi u različitim zemljama mogu imati vrlo različitu razinu povjerenja u lokalno tržište vozila. Stručnjaci platforme carVertical proveli su istraživanje u 17 zemalja na uzorku od 4500 ljudi kako bi utvrdili što oni misle o prodavačima rabljenih automobila. Ispitanici su morali odgovoriti vjeruju li prodavačima rabljenih automobila, smatraju li da je sigurno kupiti rabljeno vozilo i očekuju li da će prodavači ispuniti svoja obećanja.

Kupci u središnjoj i zapadnoj Europi imaju više povjerenja u prodavače nego u istočnoj Europi, gdje su razne prevare češće. Zemlje u kojima ljudi najviše vjeruju prodavačima su Velika Britanija (ocjena povjerenja 122,2), Finska (120,4), Slovenija (109,7), Njemačka (109,4), Slovačka (107,5) i Češka (106,4).

Međutim, veliko povjerenje u prodavače ne znači da je to povjerenje opravdano. U Velikoj Britaniji 14,5 posto automobila ima friziranu kilometražu, što upućuje na to da tržište rabljenih automobila nije transparentno. Budući da Britanci vjeruju prodavačima više nego ljudima u drugim zemljama, oni mogu biti laka meta za prevarante.

Kako objašnjava Matas Buzelis, stručnjak za automobilsku industriju i voditelj komunikacija platforme carVertical, Velika Britanija uvelike se razlikuje od ostatka Europe jer ima znatno manje uvezenih rabljenih automobila. Budući da se u Veliku Britaniju puno ne uvozi, manje je i rabljenih automobila iz prekograničnih područja. To znači da bi rizik od kupnje automobila s friziranom kilometražom mogao biti manji, ali su na tržištu prisutni su drugi problemi. Među zemljama sa srednjom razinom povjerenja u prodavače rabljenih automobila nalaze se Francuska (102), Srbija (100,2), Latvija (94,5), Poljska (94,2), Italija (93,7), Hrvatska (93,3) i Rumunjska (92,8). Čini se da su kupci u tim zemljama svjesniji toga da postoje nepošteni prodavači i skloniji su stoga biti oprezniji prilikom kupnje rabljenog automobila. Najmanje povjerenja u prodavače imaju Estonija (88), Litva (81,6), Mađarska (80,5) i Bugarska (79,5). Te zemlje imaju dugu povijest prijevara u vezi s automobilima. Mnoga vozila imaju friziranu kilometražu ili su sudjelovala u teškim prometnim nezgodama. Budući da su mnogi vozači u tim zemljama bili žrtve nepoštenih prodavača, prosječna je razina povjerenja niska.

Buzelis napominje da tok promjene vlasništva rabljenih automobila općenito ide od zapada prema istoku. Obično se prijeđena kilometraža vozila frizira u zemljama u koje se izvoze, a zatim ih stavljaju na tržište rabljenih automobila. Prodavači prevaranti nude automobile po povoljnim cijenama, ali se često iza tih cijena krije lažna povijest vozila.

Prema istraživanju platforme carVertical 55 posto vozača koji znaju puno o tehničkim aspektima automobila vjeruju prodavačima. Međutim, osobe koje se manje razumiju u automobile obično imaju nižu razinu povjerenja (17,5 posto). Mlađa generacija manje vjeruje prodavačima. Samo 17,9 posto osoba u dobi od 25 do 34 godine vjeruje prodavačima rabljenih vozila, u usporedbi s 30,3 posto osoba u dobi od 35 do 44 godine.

Mlađa je generacija također više navikla na moderno iskustvo kupovanja putem interneta. Kupci obično mogu vratiti rabljene proizvode koje su kupili ako ne ispunjavaju očekivanja ili imaju nedostatke. Međutim, kad su u pitanju rabljeni automobili, u nekim je zemljama cijeli postupak povrata mnogo kompliciraniji. Možda i to pridonosi nedostatku povjerenja - kaže Buzelis.

Prodaja rabljenih vozila: kupci više vjeruju prodavačima u zapadnoj i srednjoj Europi

Kada kupujete rabljeni automobil, povjerenje je najvažnije. Međutim, ljudi u različitim zemljama mogu imati vrlo različitu razinu povjerenja u lokalno tržište vozila. Stručnjaci platforme carVertical proveli su istraživanje u 17 zemalja na uzorku od 4500 ljudi kako bi utvrdili što oni misle o prodavačima rabljenih automobila. Ispitanici su morali odgovoriti vjeruju li prodavačima rabljenih automobila, smatraju li da je sigurno kupiti rabljeno vozilo i očekuju li da će prodavači ispuniti svoja obećanja.
