Brzina je glavna tema svih rasprava o prometu. Prebrza vožnja uzrok je mnogih prometnih nesreća, spora vožnja to nije, ali često kod drugih vozača izaziva frustracije, što onda može rezultirati ishitrenim reakcijama, opasnim pretjecanjima, obračunima na cesti…
Što je s vozačima koji su prespori, a mogu biti sigurnosni rizik. O tom fenomenu se malo govori, ali Zakon o sigurnosti prometa definirao je i ponašanje u tim situacijama. Spora vožnja nije bezazlena, iza takvih vozača stvaraju se gužve, raste nervoza, ljudi kreću s neracionalnim pretjecanjima, piše Zlatko Vedranić za HAK reviju.
Dakle, u zakonu piše da je vozač dužan brzinu kretanja vozila prilagoditi osobinama i stanju ceste, vidljivosti, preglednosti, atmosferskim prilikama, stanju vozila i tereta te gustoći prometa tako da vozilo može pravodobno zaustaviti pred svakom zaprekom koju, u konkretnim uvjetima, može predvidjeti, odnosno da može pravodobno postupiti prema prometnom pravilu ili znaku. Vozač ne smije bez opravdanih razloga voziti tako sporo da bitno usporava prometni tok ili ugrožava druge sudionike u prometu.
Tko ne propusti kolonu, plaća 130 eura
Kada se iza vozila koje se kreće brzinom koja je manja od najveće dopuštene brzine na cesti, ili dijelu ceste po kojoj se kreće, ili manja od brzine prometnog toka vozila u prometu na tom dijelu ceste, nakupi kolona vozila koja ga ne mogu sigurno preteći, vozilo se mora na prvom pogodnom mjestu isključiti iz prometa i propustiti kolonu vozila iza sebe. Kazna za nepoštavnje ovih odredbi je 130 eura.
Kada je brzina kretanja vozila iz prethodnog stavka manja od polovice najveće dozvoljene brzine na cesti ili dijelu ceste, vozač takvog vozila mora uključiti sve pokazivače smjera, osim kada koristi žuto rotacijsko svjetlo. Kazna za nepoštovanje ove odredbe je 30 eura. Brzina kretanja vozila na cesti uz normalne prometne uvjete ne smije se ograničiti ispod 30 km/h.

Brzina je glavna tema svih rasprava o prometu. Prebrza vožnja uzrok je mnogih prometnih nesreća, spora vožnja to nije, ali često kod drugih vozača izaziva frustracije, što onda može rezultirati ishitrenim reakcijama, opasnim pretjecanjima, obračunima na cesti…
Što je s vozačima koji su prespori, a mogu biti sigurnosni rizik. O tom fenomenu se malo govori, ali Zakon o sigurnosti prometa definirao je i ponašanje u tim situacijama. Spora vožnja nije bezazlena, iza takvih vozača stvaraju se gužve, raste nervoza, ljudi kreću s neracionalnim pretjecanjima, piše Zlatko Vedranić za HAK reviju.
Dakle, u zakonu piše da je vozač dužan brzinu kretanja vozila prilagoditi osobinama i stanju ceste, vidljivosti, preglednosti, atmosferskim prilikama, stanju vozila i tereta te gustoći prometa tako da vozilo može pravodobno zaustaviti pred svakom zaprekom koju, u konkretnim uvjetima, može predvidjeti, odnosno da može pravodobno postupiti prema prometnom pravilu ili znaku. Vozač ne smije bez opravdanih razloga voziti tako sporo da bitno usporava prometni tok ili ugrožava druge sudionike u prometu.
Tko ne propusti kolonu, plaća 130 eura
Kada se iza vozila koje se kreće brzinom koja je manja od najveće dopuštene brzine na cesti, ili dijelu ceste po kojoj se kreće, ili manja od brzine prometnog toka vozila u prometu na tom dijelu ceste, nakupi kolona vozila koja ga ne mogu sigurno preteći, vozilo se mora na prvom pogodnom mjestu isključiti iz prometa i propustiti kolonu vozila iza sebe. Kazna za nepoštavnje ovih odredbi je 130 eura.
Kada je brzina kretanja vozila iz prethodnog stavka manja od polovice najveće dozvoljene brzine na cesti ili dijelu ceste, vozač takvog vozila mora uključiti sve pokazivače smjera, osim kada koristi žuto rotacijsko svjetlo. Kazna za nepoštovanje ove odredbe je 30 eura. Brzina kretanja vozila na cesti uz normalne prometne uvjete ne smije se ograničiti ispod 30 km/h.
