Loša ekonomska situacija primarni je razlog zašto građani masovno napuštaju Hrvatsku, ali i zemlje u regiji, poput BiH.

Kako navodi portal federalna.ba, više od dva milijuna građana BiH živi izvan matične zemlje.

Kao i kod nas, najveći gubitak predstavlja odlazak mladih ljudi koji u inozemstvu bilježe uspjehe na koje se nacija svakako ponosi.

Djevojka o kojoj naveliko pišu tamošnji mediji jest Selma Kunosić, koja je rođena u Zvorniku, a odrasla i završila Strojarski fakultet u Tuzli pa je, zahvaljujući stipendiji, završila u Češkoj, gdje je ostvarila sjajnu satisfakciju za svoj uloženi trud, rad i znanje. Kako se navodi, postala je zaštitno lice poznate marke automobila Škoda, no ne kao model, već kao žena koja radi na njegovu projektiranju.

Ističe kako joj je ponuda da radi za poznatu automobilsku marku bila ostvarenje snova.

"Tada sam još bila na drugoj godini magisterija i uz diplomu mi je isticala viza za Češku. Opcija je bila ili pronaći posao i ostati u Češkoj ili se vratiti u Bosnu. Odlučila sam ući u Škodin tzv. trening program..." - ispričala je Selma za federalnu.ba, i otkrila zanimljivosti o svom poslovnomuspjehu, ali i svijetu automobilske industrije.

Otkrila je kako se većina automobila, koji se danas voze, kreiraju pet godina ranije.

"Moj prvi projekt bila je Škoda Octavia koja je izašla prošle godine, a na njoj sam radila pet godina. To je izvanredan osjećaj!", priča uspješna inženjerka.

Kaže kako trenutno radi u Audiju na mjestu inženjera kontrole kvalitete IT sustava.

Upitana kako je to biti "žena iza haube", Selma je rekla:

"Stereotip da je ovo muška industrija promijenio se posljednjih godina. Kada sam došla u Škodu, bila sam jedna od rijetkih žena u tehničkom razvoju.

Kad sam otišla iz Škode, broj žena se povećao. Sve više mladih djevojaka odlučuje se studirati u tehničkom području i mislim da polako preuzimamo sve više poslova za koje su u prošlosti bili zaduženi isključivo muškarci."

Kaže da bi, kada bi mogla birati jednu stvar, uvela BiH u EU.

"Moj primarni cilj nije samo podijeliti znanje, već i podijeliti svoje iskustvo, približiti mladima viziju da to što sam ja postigla ja mogu postići i oni, uz malo truda i rada. Moja najvažnija poruka mladim ljudima je da ulažu u svoje znanje, jer je znanje nešto što im zaista nitko ne može oduzeti."

Upitana za mišljenje o "najboljem autobomilu", odgovorila je da je "to uvijek onaj koji služi svrsi za koju je kupljen".

Loša ekonomska situacija primarni je razlog zašto građani masovno napuštaju Hrvatsku, ali i zemlje u regiji, poput BiH.

Djevojka o kojoj naveliko pišu tamošnji mediji jest Selma Kunosić, koja je rođena u Zvorniku, a odrasla i završila Strojarski fakultet u Tuzli pa je, zahvaljujući stipendiji, završila u Češkoj, gdje je ostvarila sjajnu satisfakciju za svoj uloženi trud, rad i znanje. Kako se navodi, postala je zaštitno lice poznate marke automobila Škoda, no ne kao model, već kao žena koja radi na njegovu projektiranju.

Ističe kako joj je ponuda da radi za poznatu automobilsku marku bila ostvarenje snova.

"Tada sam još bila na drugoj godini magisterija i uz diplomu mi je isticala viza za Češku. Opcija je bila ili pronaći posao i ostati u Češkoj ili se vratiti u Bosnu. Odlučila sam ući u Škodin tzv. trening program..." - ispričala je Selma za federalnu.ba, i otkrila zanimljivosti o svom poslovnomuspjehu, ali i svijetu automobilske industrije.

Otkrila je kako se većina automobila, koji se danas voze, kreiraju pet godina ranije.

"Moj prvi projekt bila je Škoda Octavia koja je izašla prošle godine, a na njoj sam radila pet godina. To je izvanredan osjećaj!", priča uspješna inženjerka.

Kaže kako trenutno radi u Audiju na mjestu inženjera kontrole kvalitete IT sustava.

Upitana kako je to biti "žena iza haube", Selma je rekla:

"Stereotip da je ovo muška industrija promijenio se posljednjih godina. Kada sam došla u Škodu, bila sam jedna od rijetkih žena u tehničkom razvoju.

Kad sam otišla iz Škode, broj žena se povećao. Sve više mladih djevojaka odlučuje se studirati u tehničkom području i mislim da polako preuzimamo sve više poslova za koje su u prošlosti bili zaduženi isključivo muškarci."

Kaže da bi, kada bi mogla birati jednu stvar, uvela BiH u EU.

"Moj primarni cilj nije samo podijeliti znanje, već i podijeliti svoje iskustvo, približiti mladima viziju da to što sam ja postigla ja mogu postići i oni, uz malo truda i rada. Moja najvažnija poruka mladim ljudima je da ulažu u svoje znanje, jer je znanje nešto što im zaista nitko ne može oduzeti."

Upitana za mišljenje o "najboljem autobomilu", odgovorila je da je "to uvijek onaj koji služi svrsi za koju je kupljen".
