Suzuki je jedna od rijetkih automobilskih marki koja u svojoj ponudi agregata ima motore s isključivo hibridnom tehnologijom, ali što je još važnije svi su 4-cilindarski motori. Kod Suzukija uglavnom nije riječ o klasičnoj hibridnoj tehnologiji, nego o „blagom“ hibridu SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) koji se trenutno ugrađuje u četiri modela ovog japanskog proizvođača automobila – Ignis, Swift, SX4 S-Cross i Vitaru.

SHVS „blagi“ hibrid je kompaktna i lagana jedinica koja uključuje integrirani starter generator (poznat kao ISG) koji djeluje i kao generator i kao starter motora. „Blagi“ hibrid je kombinacija atmosferskog ili turbobenzinskog motora i 12 ili 48-voltne litij-ionske baterije koja je jeftinija i povoljnija od klasične hibridne tehnologije.

Suzuki svoju „blagu“, ali i slabiju hibridnu tehnologiju bazira na 12-voltnoj litij-ionskoj bateriji težine 6,2 kilograma koja je smještena ispod suvozačeva sjedala u modelima Ignis i Swift. Njen kapacitet je povećan s tri na 10 Ah. Služi za pohranu energije i ima ugrađenu funkciju zaustavljanja u mirovanju kojom se upravlja preko integriranog startnog generatora. Sustav SHVS koristi svoj konvencionalni motor samo za pokretanje motora kada je prvi put počeo hladiti, a u svim drugim uvjetima koristi ISG uređaj kako bi omogućio glatko i tiho ponovno pokretanje motora.

Kod malog Ignisa ili Swifta 4-cilindarski 1,2-litreni atmosferski benzinac od 83 KS jedan je od najpotentnijih i najštedljivijih motora u segmentu gradskih automobila, a s „blagom“ hibridnom tehnologijom još je u većoj prednosti pred konkurencijom po pitanju potrošnje, odnosno emisije CO2 koja je ekvivalent upravo potrošnji goriva. Integrirani starter generator (ISG) ujedno je i elektromotor koji daje dodatni impuls, odnosno snagu i okretni moment u danom trenutku. Međutim, za razliku od klasičnih hibridnih sustava „blagi“ hibrid nema mogućnost vožnje isključivo na struju.

Pritiskom na papučicu gasa ISG sustav uz pomoć litij-ionske baterije daje dodatni impuls benzincu koji u tom trenutku dobiva 50 Nm okretnog momenta više i dvije konjske snage plus. S jačom električnom instalacijom hibridni sustav troši i manje goriva, tako da je prosjek potrošnje u kombiniranim uvjetima vožnje 3,9 l/100 km što je ekvivalent emisiji CO2 od samo 88 g/km.

S obzirom da benzinac raspolaže s okretnim momentom od 107 Nm pri 2800 „điri“ dodatnih 50 Nm je nemali moment. S „blagom“ hibridnom tehnologijom emisija CO2 je manja između pet i šest posto. Osim što se direktno dobiva na uštedi goriva i smanjenju emisije CO2 riječ je o tehnologiji koja je relativno povoljnija i kod nje je manja mogućnost kvarova.

Za razliku od 12-voltnog sustava 48-voltni „blagi“ hibrid još je ekonomičniji, a ugrađuje se u 1,4-litrene turbobenzince koji pokreću Suzuki Vitaru i SX4 S-Cross. Uz prigušenog turbobenzinca od 140 KS čija je snaga smanjena na 129 KS glavni elementi električnog sklopa su elektromotor, litij-ionska baterija i pretvarač sa 48 na 12 volti. Ova voltaža od 48V se koristi jer je iskoristivija kod rekuperacije baterije i skladištenja energije. Alternator je kod mild hibrida zamijenjen električnom motorom koji radi i kao generator kada ga tjera motor ili u ovom slučaju točnije kada se koči motorom.

Ono što čini razliku je elektromotor/generator/starter koji u ovom slučaju ima tek 10 KW ili 13,6 KS, koji znatno utječe na smanjenu potrošnju goriva. Međutim, puno važnije za vožnju je što dodaje i 50 Nm okretnog momenta. Upravo taj dodatni okretni moment ima Boost funkciju koja daje dobar osjećaj vožnje pri ubrzavanju jer je tih 50 Nm kod elektromotora dostupno istog trenutka, čim se stisne papučica gasa. Elektromotor je aktivan od 800 do 5200 „điri“ kada tehnički može podržavati glavni motor.

Suzuki ima i model Swace koji je opremljen klasičnim hibridnim pogonom snage 122 KS koji je kombinacija benzinca i elektromotora.

Suzuki je jedna od rijetkih automobilskih marki koja u svojoj ponudi agregata ima motore s isključivo hibridnom tehnologijom, ali što je još važnije svi su 4-cilindarski motori. Kod Suzukija uglavnom nije riječ o klasičnoj hibridnoj tehnologiji, nego o „blagom“ hibridu SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) koji se trenutno ugrađuje u četiri modela ovog japanskog proizvođača automobila – Ignis, Swift, SX4 S-Cross i Vitaru.

SHVS „blagi“ hibrid je kompaktna i lagana jedinica koja uključuje integrirani starter generator (poznat kao ISG) koji djeluje i kao generator i kao starter motora. „Blagi“ hibrid je kombinacija atmosferskog ili turbobenzinskog motora i 12 ili 48-voltne litij-ionske baterije koja je jeftinija i povoljnija od klasične hibridne tehnologije.

Suzuki svoju „blagu“, ali i slabiju hibridnu tehnologiju bazira na 12-voltnoj litij-ionskoj bateriji težine 6,2 kilograma koja je smještena ispod suvozačeva sjedala u modelima Ignis i Swift. Njen kapacitet je povećan s tri na 10 Ah. Služi za pohranu energije i ima ugrađenu funkciju zaustavljanja u mirovanju kojom se upravlja preko integriranog startnog generatora. Sustav SHVS koristi svoj konvencionalni motor samo za pokretanje motora kada je prvi put počeo hladiti, a u svim drugim uvjetima koristi ISG uređaj kako bi omogućio glatko i tiho ponovno pokretanje motora.

Kod malog Ignisa ili Swifta 4-cilindarski 1,2-litreni atmosferski benzinac od 83 KS jedan je od najpotentnijih i najštedljivijih motora u segmentu gradskih automobila, a s „blagom“ hibridnom tehnologijom još je u većoj prednosti pred konkurencijom po pitanju potrošnje, odnosno emisije CO2 koja je ekvivalent upravo potrošnji goriva. Integrirani starter generator (ISG) ujedno je i elektromotor koji daje dodatni impuls, odnosno snagu i okretni moment u danom trenutku. Međutim, za razliku od klasičnih hibridnih sustava „blagi“ hibrid nema mogućnost vožnje isključivo na struju.

Pritiskom na papučicu gasa ISG sustav uz pomoć litij-ionske baterije daje dodatni impuls benzincu koji u tom trenutku dobiva 50 Nm okretnog momenta više i dvije konjske snage plus. S jačom električnom instalacijom hibridni sustav troši i manje goriva, tako da je prosjek potrošnje u kombiniranim uvjetima vožnje 3,9 l/100 km što je ekvivalent emisiji CO2 od samo 88 g/km.

S obzirom da benzinac raspolaže s okretnim momentom od 107 Nm pri 2800 „điri“ dodatnih 50 Nm je nemali moment. S „blagom“ hibridnom tehnologijom emisija CO2 je manja između pet i šest posto. Osim što se direktno dobiva na uštedi goriva i smanjenju emisije CO2 riječ je o tehnologiji koja je relativno povoljnija i kod nje je manja mogućnost kvarova.

Za razliku od 12-voltnog sustava 48-voltni „blagi“ hibrid još je ekonomičniji, a ugrađuje se u 1,4-litrene turbobenzince koji pokreću Suzuki Vitaru i SX4 S-Cross. Uz prigušenog turbobenzinca od 140 KS čija je snaga smanjena na 129 KS glavni elementi električnog sklopa su elektromotor, litij-ionska baterija i pretvarač sa 48 na 12 volti. Ova voltaža od 48V se koristi jer je iskoristivija kod rekuperacije baterije i skladištenja energije. Alternator je kod mild hibrida zamijenjen električnom motorom koji radi i kao generator kada ga tjera motor ili u ovom slučaju točnije kada se koči motorom.

Ono što čini razliku je elektromotor/generator/starter koji u ovom slučaju ima tek 10 KW ili 13,6 KS, koji znatno utječe na smanjenu potrošnju goriva. Međutim, puno važnije za vožnju je što dodaje i 50 Nm okretnog momenta. Upravo taj dodatni okretni moment ima Boost funkciju koja daje dobar osjećaj vožnje pri ubrzavanju jer je tih 50 Nm kod elektromotora dostupno istog trenutka, čim se stisne papučica gasa. Elektromotor je aktivan od 800 do 5200 „điri“ kada tehnički može podržavati glavni motor.

Suzuki ima i model Swace koji je opremljen klasičnim hibridnim pogonom snage 122 KS koji je kombinacija benzinca i elektromotora.

‘Blagi‘ hibrid i četiri cilindra za uspjeh

Suzuki je jedna od rijetkih automobilskih marki koja u svojoj ponudi agregata ima motore s isključivo hibridnom tehnologijom, ali što je još važnije svi su 4-cilindarski motori. Kod Suzukija uglavnom nije riječ o klasičnoj hibridnoj tehnologiji, nego o „blagom“ hibridu SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) koji se trenutno ugrađuje u četiri modela ovog japanskog proizvođača automobila – Ignis, Swift, SX4 S-Cross i Vitaru.

SHVS „blagi“ hibrid je kompaktna i lagana jedinica koja uključuje integrirani starter generator (poznat kao ISG) koji djeluje i kao generator i kao starter motora. „Blagi“ hibrid je kombinacija atmosferskog ili turbobenzinskog motora i 12 ili 48-voltne litij-ionske baterije koja je jeftinija i povoljnija od klasične hibridne tehnologije.
