Čertvrti album u jazz paketu Croatia Records je "something completely different". Riječ je naime o konceptualnom odnosno "tematskom" albumu "Spiritual Market” kontrabasista i slikara Vedrana Ružića.

Nadahnut zapisima putovanja Marka Pola po Dalekom istoku, album je posve logično donio "fuzijski" materijal jazza natopljenog istarskim etnoom te fragmentima mongolske i kineske tradicijske glazbe.

Posebna zanimljivost je posezanje i za formom kasnosrednjovjekovnog moteta u uvodnom broju albuma zamišljenom kao simboličan ulazak u vrijeme Marka Pola.

Maštoviti aranžmani, sjajan osjećaj za mjeru te besprijekorna izvedba Ružićeva banda (gitarist Pavle Miljenović, bubnjar Adriano Barnobić te neizbježni saksofonist Mario Brnobić koji je gostovao na trima brojevima) ovom su osebujnom i slojevitom autorskom projektu dali auru prave glazbene avanture i vraški zanimljivog osvježenja.

Čertvrti album u jazz paketu Croatia Records je "something completely different". Riječ je naime o konceptualnom odnosno "tematskom" albumu "Spiritual Market” kontrabasista i slikara Vedrana Ružića.

Nadahnut zapisima putovanja Marka Pola po Dalekom istoku, album je posve logično donio "fuzijski" materijal jazza natopljenog istarskim etnoom te fragmentima mongolske i kineske tradicijske glazbe.

Posebna zanimljivost je posezanje i za formom kasnosrednjovjekovnog moteta u uvodnom broju albuma zamišljenom kao simboličan ulazak u vrijeme Marka Pola.

Maštoviti aranžmani, sjajan osjećaj za mjeru te besprijekorna izvedba Ružićeva banda (gitarist Pavle Miljenović, bubnjar Adriano Barnobić te neizbježni saksofonist Mario Brnobić koji je gostovao na trima brojevima) ovom su osebujnom i slojevitom autorskom projektu dali auru prave glazbene avanture i vraški zanimljivog osvježenja.
