Oni koji su u prvi mah pomislili kako se Motovun film festival, prekrivajući glavni gradski trg crvenim tepihom, o svome desetom rođendanu odrekao posvemašnje neformalnosti – pogriješili su.
Crveni trg i votka, te violinistice, “virtuoskinje iz Jakutije“, u najveće su otvoreno motovunsko kino stigli ne zbog naglog uozbiljenja i posnobljenja MFF-a, nego zato što je ovogodišnja zemlja partner Motovuna Rusija.
Upravo zbog toga, nakon uobičajenog nazdravljanja s neuobičajeno narančastim kapicama, a uz klavirsku pratnju Sergeja Abela iz Moskve, prikazan je i prvi ruski (nijemi) film “Pobunjenici s Donje Volge“ Vladimira Romaškova.
Stari rockeri
Odmah nakon toga gledatelji na Trgu mogli su pak pogledati “nešto sasvim drugačije” – britanski dokumentarac “Mladi u srcu” Stephena Walkera o osamdesetogodišnjacima koji a capella pjevaju rock i punk klasike.
Iako bi se tako moglo pomisliti, stanovnici staračkih domova ne čine to zato što su oduvijek bili rockeri, nego zato što na taj način “proširuju horizonte”, ili to “smatraju izazovom”, ili se vole družiti...
Znalački režiran, s glazbenim sekvencama koje izgledaju kao pomaknuti spotovi, “Mladi u srcu” uglavnom uspijevaju gledatelja uvjeriti da se radi o originalnoj i duhovitoj priči o snazi ljudskog duha, ali i rock’n’rolla. Ipak, na trenutke se javi sumnja u eksploataciju.
U novom, kinu, ove godine nazvanom rusko kino, u utorak je prikazan i “Štrajk” (1924.), prvi dugometražni film svjetskog klasika Sergeja Ejzenštejna, a u srijedu je na programu film “Čapajev” Georgija i Sergeja Vasileva iz 1934. godine.

‘Ognjenka’ podbacila U ponedjeljak navečer, u glavnom programu, ali izvan konkurencije, prikazan je i najskuplji noviji srpski film – „kostimirana ljubavna bajka“ “Čarlston za Ognjenku“ Uroša Stojanovića. Film koji je navodno imao budžet oko 5 milijuna eura, u Motovunu je polučio uglavnom reakcije u stilu – vrhunska produkcija, ali tanka priča.

Oni koji su u prvi mah pomislili kako se Motovun film festival, prekrivajući glavni gradski trg crvenim tepihom, o svome desetom rođendanu odrekao posvemašnje neformalnosti – pogriješili su.
Crveni trg i votka, te violinistice, “virtuoskinje iz Jakutije“, u najveće su otvoreno motovunsko kino stigli ne zbog naglog uozbiljenja i posnobljenja MFF-a, nego zato što je ovogodišnja zemlja partner Motovuna Rusija.
Upravo zbog toga, nakon uobičajenog nazdravljanja s neuobičajeno narančastim kapicama, a uz klavirsku pratnju Sergeja Abela iz Moskve, prikazan je i prvi ruski (nijemi) film “Pobunjenici s Donje Volge“ Vladimira Romaškova.
Stari rockeri
Odmah nakon toga gledatelji na Trgu mogli su pak pogledati “nešto sasvim drugačije” – britanski dokumentarac “Mladi u srcu” Stephena Walkera o osamdesetogodišnjacima koji a capella pjevaju rock i punk klasike.
Iako bi se tako moglo pomisliti, stanovnici staračkih domova ne čine to zato što su oduvijek bili rockeri, nego zato što na taj način “proširuju horizonte”, ili to “smatraju izazovom”, ili se vole družiti...
Znalački režiran, s glazbenim sekvencama koje izgledaju kao pomaknuti spotovi, “Mladi u srcu” uglavnom uspijevaju gledatelja uvjeriti da se radi o originalnoj i duhovitoj priči o snazi ljudskog duha, ali i rock’n’rolla. Ipak, na trenutke se javi sumnja u eksploataciju.
U novom, kinu, ove godine nazvanom rusko kino, u utorak je prikazan i “Štrajk” (1924.), prvi dugometražni film svjetskog klasika Sergeja Ejzenštejna, a u srijedu je na programu film “Čapajev” Georgija i Sergeja Vasileva iz 1934. godine.

‘Ognjenka’ podbacila U ponedjeljak navečer, u glavnom programu, ali izvan konkurencije, prikazan je i najskuplji noviji srpski film – „kostimirana ljubavna bajka“ “Čarlston za Ognjenku“ Uroša Stojanovića. Film koji je navodno imao budžet oko 5 milijuna eura, u Motovunu je polučio uglavnom reakcije u stilu – vrhunska produkcija, ali tanka priča.
