Novi roman Elvisa Bošnjaka "Gdje je nestao Kir" predstavljen je u Splitu.
Knjigu u nakladi izdavačke kuće "Hena com" predstavili su pisac i novinar Jurica Pavičić, književna promotorica i prevoditeljica Patricija Horvat, glavna urednica Nermina Husković i sam autor. Uz to, Bošnjak i njegov kolega Trpimir Jurkić čitali su odabrane ulomke.
Naslovni lik je Josip Reihl-Kir, zapovjednik osječke policije, ubijen iz zasjede 1991. godine. Taj čovjek koji je rekao "dok sam ja živ, rata neće biti" usmrćen je hrvatskim metkom.
- Ubio ga je njegov podređeni, a na čitav slučaj pala je dugogodišnja, mučna tišina - kazala je Nermina Husković.
Patricija Horvat, inače Osječanka, navela je kako su se u ono vrijeme ljudi u njezinu gradu zgražali nad tim činom, a činjenica da godinama nije bio procesuiran jedna je od velikih hrvatskih sramota.
Napomenula je i to da Bošnjakovo djelo nije povijesni, dokumentaristički roman jer se većina radnje odvija "iznutra", uz razmišljanja, teorije i snove.
Jasan, sažet, bez viškova
- Policijski načelnik koji je želio mir, u romanu se korak po korak primiče svojoj smrti, dok se njegov ubojica postupno udaljava. Autor je zadržao svoj prepoznatljiv glas i kvalitete iz dramske forme - jasan je, sažet, bez viškova, a Kirova sudbina podsjeća na grčku tragediju - kazala je.
Jurica Pavičić napomenuo je kako je nedavno, zbog posla, prelistavao svežnjeve Slobodne Dalmacije stare trideset godina.
- Sve je bilo dobro popraćeno, svaka uzbuna, primirje, bombardiranje, diplomacija, međunarodna politika. Našla se tu i vijest o Kiru, na 25 redaka - a zapravo danas vidimo da je to mogla biti glavna priča.
Trideset godina kasnije, jedan čovjek iz drugog kraja Hrvatske, ovom knjigom poručuje: on je bio najveća vijest. Njegov slučaj i treba ispričati onako kako je Bošnjak učinio - nalik na martirij, jer glavni lik upravo hrli prema svome mučeništvu.
Elvisu Bošnjaku, autoru brojnih nagrađivanih dramskih tekstova, ovo je prvi roman.
Kazao je kako se sve nacije teško suočavaju sa stvarima koje im nisu na čast, ali moraju to učiniti jer su dio njihova identiteta.

Novi roman Elvisa Bošnjaka "Gdje je nestao Kir" predstavljen je u Splitu.
Knjigu u nakladi izdavačke kuće "Hena com" predstavili su pisac i novinar Jurica Pavičić, književna promotorica i prevoditeljica Patricija Horvat, glavna urednica Nermina Husković i sam autor. Uz to, Bošnjak i njegov kolega Trpimir Jurkić čitali su odabrane ulomke.
Naslovni lik je Josip Reihl-Kir, zapovjednik osječke policije, ubijen iz zasjede 1991. godine. Taj čovjek koji je rekao "dok sam ja živ, rata neće biti" usmrćen je hrvatskim metkom.
- Ubio ga je njegov podređeni, a na čitav slučaj pala je dugogodišnja, mučna tišina - kazala je Nermina Husković.
Patricija Horvat, inače Osječanka, navela je kako su se u ono vrijeme ljudi u njezinu gradu zgražali nad tim činom, a činjenica da godinama nije bio procesuiran jedna je od velikih hrvatskih sramota.
Napomenula je i to da Bošnjakovo djelo nije povijesni, dokumentaristički roman jer se većina radnje odvija "iznutra", uz razmišljanja, teorije i snove.
Jasan, sažet, bez viškova
- Policijski načelnik koji je želio mir, u romanu se korak po korak primiče svojoj smrti, dok se njegov ubojica postupno udaljava. Autor je zadržao svoj prepoznatljiv glas i kvalitete iz dramske forme - jasan je, sažet, bez viškova, a Kirova sudbina podsjeća na grčku tragediju - kazala je.
Jurica Pavičić napomenuo je kako je nedavno, zbog posla, prelistavao svežnjeve Slobodne Dalmacije stare trideset godina.
- Sve je bilo dobro popraćeno, svaka uzbuna, primirje, bombardiranje, diplomacija, međunarodna politika. Našla se tu i vijest o Kiru, na 25 redaka - a zapravo danas vidimo da je to mogla biti glavna priča.
Trideset godina kasnije, jedan čovjek iz drugog kraja Hrvatske, ovom knjigom poručuje: on je bio najveća vijest. Njegov slučaj i treba ispričati onako kako je Bošnjak učinio - nalik na martirij, jer glavni lik upravo hrli prema svome mučeništvu.
Elvisu Bošnjaku, autoru brojnih nagrađivanih dramskih tekstova, ovo je prvi roman.
Kazao je kako se sve nacije teško suočavaju sa stvarima koje im nisu na čast, ali moraju to učiniti jer su dio njihova identiteta.
