Nakon sjednice Gradskog vijeća na kojoj nije prihvaćeno Izvješće o ostvarenju programskog i financijskog poslovanja HNK Split za 2021. godinu intendanta Srećka Šestana, stvoreni su uvjeti za njegovu smjenu.

Kako stoji u Zakonu o kazalištima, ako osnivač (u ovom slučaju to je Grad) ne prihvati izvješće, intendant može biti razriješen dužnosti prije isteka mandata.

Kazališno je vijeće uz to Gradu već ranije predložilo razrješenje Šestana, koji HNK Split vodi tri godine, te predložilo imenovanje dramskog umjetnika Vicka Bilandžića za vršitelja dužnosti. Međutim, ove dvije točke nisu bile uvrštene na dnevni red. Pričekat će se s njima do iduće sjednice.

Situacija je trenutno ovakva: završava Splitsko ljeto, intendant je očito na odlasku ali još nije smijenjen niti je imenovan novi, kazalište ide na kolektivni godišnji odmor te nema ni ravnatelja Drame jer je ravnateljica Marina Vujčić još ranije dala ostavku, ni poslovnog ravnatelja jer je poslovna ravnateljica Marica Glavaš otišla u mirovinu.

Dok se ova situacija ne razriješi, nova kazališna sezona će se primaknuti, što znači da će biti stiske s vremenom. Datum iduće sjednice nije naznačen, ali, ako pretpostavimo da će se održati za nekih mjesec dana i da će Šestan na njoj biti smijenjen a Bilandžić imenovan, trebat će još barem tjedan za formalnosti i primopredaju - i eto nas na pragu listopada i početka nove sezone.

Sjednicu na kojoj mu Izvješće za prošlu godinu nije prihvaćeno, prokomentirao je Srećko Šestan:

- Mislim da sam ga argumentirano branio jer, kao što sam rekao, program zadan 2018. godine nije realan i ne bi ga bilo lako ostvariti ni u "mirnodopskim" uvjetima, a kamoli u pandemiji koja još traje. Na istoj sjednici prihvaćen je i programski i financijski okvir za iduće četiri godine, copy- paste iz 2010. godine. A uvjeti rada su se promijenili - kaže još uvijek aktualni intendant.

Osim na neizvjesnost zbog COVID-a, misli i na predstave koje su "propisane" za izvođenje na maloj Sceni 55 u potkrovlju. Tamo se nije mogao održavati razmak među publikom, a uz to će mala scena trebati nužne preinake, poput sanitarnog čvora i drugog izlaza za glumce, pa vjerojatno još neko vrijeme neće biti u funkciji.

- Ukratko: kao što sam u proteklom razdoblju morao katkad planirati dan za danom, tako ću i sada nastaviti. Sigurno je da će na nekoj od idućih sjednica na Gradskom vijeću biti zatražena moja smjena. Ako me smijene, već sam kazao, otići ću s dva kufera s kojima sam i došao. Ali, prije toga neću baciti koplje u trnje i zbog digniteta kuće i zbog svog vlastitog digniteta. A program za iduću sezonu imam definiran do nove godine. Ako bude imenovan vršitelj dužnosti, njegovo je legitimno pravo mijenjati ga - zaključuje Šestan.

Vicko Bilandžić, budući vršitelj dužnosti po izboru Kazališnog vijeća, kaže:

- Samu sjednicu nisam pratio jer sam bio spriječen, svakako ću snimku naknadno pogledati. Čekam da se obave najavljene procedure i nadam se da će se putem nailaziti na što manje birokratskih prepreka, vjerujem da je to u interesu grada i ministarstva.

Vrijeme je da medijski prostor počnemo koristiti za promociju naših vrijednih i talentiranih umjetnika te programa HNK da bismo zainteresirali što više publike, koja je de facto glavni financijer kazališta. Zato koristim priliku čestitati svim umjetnicima na uloženom trudu i znoju za Splitsko ljeto i sezonu te im zaželjeti ugodan zasluženi kolektivni godišnji odmor nakon druge izvedbe baleta "Veliki Gatsby" u nedjelju, zaključuje Bilandžić.

Budući da je usvajanjem četverogodišnjeg programskog i financijskog plana za iduće četiri godine ostvaren uvjet za raspisivanje natječaja za novog intendanta, može se očekivati da će Kazališno vijeće to vrlo skoro i učiniti budući da taj postupak već kasni.

Ako Bilandžić prvo bude vršitelj dužnosti, a kasnije intendant, znači da će voditi HNK Split pet godina. Kada od Šestana preuzme dužnost, prvo će morati imenovati dva ravnatelja koji nedostaju, ali o imenima još ne želi govoriti, premda se u ovakvim situacijama obično biraju ljudi iz same kuće.

Nakon sjednice Gradskog vijeća na kojoj nije prihvaćeno Izvješće o ostvarenju programskog i financijskog poslovanja HNK Split za 2021. godinu intendanta Srećka Šestana, stvoreni su uvjeti za njegovu smjenu.

Kako stoji u Zakonu o kazalištima, ako osnivač (u ovom slučaju to je Grad) ne prihvati izvješće, intendant može biti razriješen dužnosti prije isteka mandata.

Kazališno je vijeće uz to Gradu već ranije predložilo razrješenje Šestana, koji HNK Split vodi tri godine, te predložilo imenovanje dramskog umjetnika Vicka Bilandžića za vršitelja dužnosti. Međutim, ove dvije točke nisu bile uvrštene na dnevni red. Pričekat će se s njima do iduće sjednice.

Situacija je trenutno ovakva: završava Splitsko ljeto, intendant je očito na odlasku ali još nije smijenjen niti je imenovan novi, kazalište ide na kolektivni godišnji odmor te nema ni ravnatelja Drame jer je ravnateljica Marina Vujčić još ranije dala ostavku, ni poslovnog ravnatelja jer je poslovna ravnateljica Marica Glavaš otišla u mirovinu.

Dok se ova situacija ne razriješi, nova kazališna sezona će se primaknuti, što znači da će biti stiske s vremenom. Datum iduće sjednice nije naznačen, ali, ako pretpostavimo da će se održati za nekih mjesec dana i da će Šestan na njoj biti smijenjen a Bilandžić imenovan, trebat će još barem tjedan za formalnosti i primopredaju - i eto nas na pragu listopada i početka nove sezone.

Sjednicu na kojoj mu Izvješće za prošlu godinu nije prihvaćeno, prokomentirao je Srećko Šestan:

- Mislim da sam ga argumentirano branio jer, kao što sam rekao, program zadan 2018. godine nije realan i ne bi ga bilo lako ostvariti ni u "mirnodopskim" uvjetima, a kamoli u pandemiji koja još traje. Na istoj sjednici prihvaćen je i programski i financijski okvir za iduće četiri godine, copy- paste iz 2010. godine. A uvjeti rada su se promijenili - kaže još uvijek aktualni intendant.

Osim na neizvjesnost zbog COVID-a, misli i na predstave koje su "propisane" za izvođenje na maloj Sceni 55 u potkrovlju. Tamo se nije mogao održavati razmak među publikom, a uz to će mala scena trebati nužne preinake, poput sanitarnog čvora i drugog izlaza za glumce, pa vjerojatno još neko vrijeme neće biti u funkciji.

- Ukratko: kao što sam u proteklom razdoblju morao katkad planirati dan za danom, tako ću i sada nastaviti. Sigurno je da će na nekoj od idućih sjednica na Gradskom vijeću biti zatražena moja smjena. Ako me smijene, već sam kazao, otići ću s dva kufera s kojima sam i došao. Ali, prije toga neću baciti koplje u trnje i zbog digniteta kuće i zbog svog vlastitog digniteta. A program za iduću sezonu imam definiran do nove godine. Ako bude imenovan vršitelj dužnosti, njegovo je legitimno pravo mijenjati ga - zaključuje Šestan.

Vicko Bilandžić, budući vršitelj dužnosti po izboru Kazališnog vijeća, kaže:

- Samu sjednicu nisam pratio jer sam bio spriječen, svakako ću snimku naknadno pogledati. Čekam da se obave najavljene procedure i nadam se da će se putem nailaziti na što manje birokratskih prepreka, vjerujem da je to u interesu grada i ministarstva.

Vrijeme je da medijski prostor počnemo koristiti za promociju naših vrijednih i talentiranih umjetnika te programa HNK da bismo zainteresirali što više publike, koja je de facto glavni financijer kazališta. Zato koristim priliku čestitati svim umjetnicima na uloženom trudu i znoju za Splitsko ljeto i sezonu te im zaželjeti ugodan zasluženi kolektivni godišnji odmor nakon druge izvedbe baleta "Veliki Gatsby" u nedjelju, zaključuje Bilandžić.

Budući da je usvajanjem četverogodišnjeg programskog i financijskog plana za iduće četiri godine ostvaren uvjet za raspisivanje natječaja za novog intendanta, može se očekivati da će Kazališno vijeće to vrlo skoro i učiniti budući da taj postupak već kasni.

Ako Bilandžić prvo bude vršitelj dužnosti, a kasnije intendant, znači da će voditi HNK Split pet godina. Kada od Šestana preuzme dužnost, prvo će morati imenovati dva ravnatelja koji nedostaju, ali o imenima još ne želi govoriti, premda se u ovakvim situacijama obično biraju ljudi iz same kuće.
