Na maratonskoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita održanoj 15. rujna, kao što je poznato, razriješen je dužnosti prije isteka mandata intendant splitskog HNK-a Srećko Šestan, a za vršitelja dužnosti imenovan je Vicko Bilandžić. Kako će se ova odluka provesti, ovisi o ministrici kulture koja ima ovlast potvrditi je ili ne potvrditi.

Šestan je smijenjen jer mu Kazališno vijeće, a potom i Gradsko vijeće, nisu prihvatili izvještaj za proteklu godinu – što se dogodilo već ranije – a takav potez je u pravilu uvod u smjenu.

Međutim, na istoj sjednici još nekoliko kulturnih ustanova nije dobilo zeleno svjetlo, odnosno njihovi izvještaji nisu prihvaćeni: među njima su Hrvatski dom Split, Muzej grada Splita te Prirodoslovni muzej i Zoološki vrt.

Znači li to i smjenu ravnatelja na nekoj od idućih sjednica? Vrlo vjerojatno. Nekima je vrijeme da odu. Nekima možda i nije.

Na pitanja vijećnika v. d. ravnateljice Muzeja Grada Branka Brekalo odgovorit će detaljno, pismenim putem, jer zbog bolesti nije mogla doći na sjednicu. Nju inače smjena neće zahvatiti, mandat joj je istekao, a trenutno radi kao vršiteljica dužnosti.

Nakon saslušanih rasprava ne može se zanemariti dojam da su sve odluke već unaprijed donesene i da nikakvi argumenti tu ne pomažu.Sada stabilna gradska vlast može to sebi priuštiti, međutim, vrlo je vjerojatno da HNK Split opet očekuje razdoblje vakuuma dok ga još vodi smijenjeni ravnatelj, a novi vršitelj dužnosti nema mogućnost početi s radom ni “rezervirati” buduće suradnike. I sam je u nezahvalnoj situaciji.

Što se tiče kulture, a posebno splitskog HNK-a, u proteklim godinama, pa i desetljećima, može se uočiti jedan fenomen: premda su svakoj vlasti interesantniji neki drugi sektori vezani uz gospodarstvo i financije, ne jednom su se događale krize, i rušili se kvorumi upravo na kazališnim pitanjima. Kao da teatar na neki način zrcali stanje u gradu.

S politikom dođu i odu

Šestanova smjena nije dobro pripremljena. Rezime gradskih razloga je: politika ga je dovela pa će ga i potjerati, a uz to, program za prošlu godinu nije mu prihvaćen. Ovo s politikom je svakome razumljivo, ali baš nitko nije uzeo u obzir činjenicu da se kazalište zbog COVID mjera nije smjelo napuniti “do čepa” – premda je za mnoge predstave bilo interesa – i da neki ansambli nisu smjeli raditi jer je država tako propisala.

Dan-dva prije sjednice plasiran je uz to u javnost intendantov ugovor o radu. Bez obzira na to što se i sam gradonačelnik od toga ogradio te rekao da ugovor nije tema rasprave, ne može se zanemariti učinak iznesenog, osobito bruto plaća od 22 tisuće kuna. Svakome tko se trese od budućih računa za struju može taj iznos – koji neto iznosi nekih 16 tisuća – izazvati frustraciju. Uz to, ​prokomentirane su i druge pogodnosti, poput službenog vozila i smještaja u gradskom stanu. Isti takav ugovor imali su svi raniji intendanti, a imat će ga i budući, jedino Bilandžić neće koristiti gradski smještaj jer živi u Splitu.

Napokon, prema Zakonu o kazalištu ministrica može stopirati smjenu. Ako se to dogodi, dogodit će se vjerojatno prvi i zadnji put jer u novom zakonu te odredbe neće biti. Ali ministrica je već ranije najavila da će gotovo sigurno podržati Šestana, stoga su mu na sjednici sugerirali da se sam povuče.

Moguće je još da sve prođe bez velikih potresa, ali u idućoj sezoni mogla bi se dogoditi i prava rovovska bitka između Kazališne uprave i Grada koji je glavni financijer teatra.

Cijena sapunice

Čini se da je bilo pametnije pronaći jače argumente za smjenu ili se posvetiti novom natječaju i omogućiti novom ravnatelju da se valjano pripremi za novi četverogodišnji mandat. Ovako, i Bilandžiću bi se moglo dogoditi da u nekom trenutku upadne u kašetu brokava i snalazi se u hodu.

Nadalje, još jedno neprihvaćanje izvješća koje bi moglo rezultirati smjenom ostaje prilično tamno. Marin Kaporelo, v. d. ravnatelja mlade ustanove Hrvatski dom – koncertna dvorana, ostao je konsterniran nakon što je iznio svoje rezultate.

Pitao je što znači to neprihvaćanje, znači li smjenu i zašto.

Nije dobio jasan odgovor – može i ne mora biti.

Koncertna dvorana koju je Split desetljećima iščekivao također je u nepovoljnom vremenu obilježenom COVID-om dobro proradila, ostvareni su solidni prihodi i u njoj su već ​gostovala velika imena.

Kaporelo je spletom okolnosti već dvije godine vršitelj dužnosti, a ne potvrđeni ravnatelj, a program mu je kvalitetan i sam ga potpisuje.

Jer Grad za Hrvatski dom nije sastavio plan i program kojeg bi se ravnatelj trebao držati. Prema tome, mogao je imati deset ili stotinu koncerata – nema plana na temelju kojeg bi mu se prigovorilo da nije ostvaren, kao što se dogodilo kod Šestana.

Bez gatanja o tome hoće li rješenja i smjene koje su se dogodile ili tek slijede biti dobre za kulturni život grada – jasno je da na ovom području nova vlast mora bolje ući u srž problema – a ima ih, itekako.

Da ne bismo za cijenu političke poruke gledali i slušali još jednu sapunicu. •

Na maratonskoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita održanoj 15. rujna, kao što je poznato, razriješen je dužnosti prije isteka mandata intendant splitskog HNK-a Srećko Šestan, a za vršitelja dužnosti imenovan je Vicko Bilandžić. Kako će se ova odluka provesti, ovisi o ministrici kulture koja ima ovlast potvrditi je ili ne potvrditi.

Šestan je smijenjen jer mu Kazališno vijeće, a potom i Gradsko vijeće, nisu prihvatili izvještaj za proteklu godinu – što se dogodilo već ranije – a takav potez je u pravilu uvod u smjenu.

Međutim, na istoj sjednici još nekoliko kulturnih ustanova nije dobilo zeleno svjetlo, odnosno njihovi izvještaji nisu prihvaćeni: među njima su Hrvatski dom Split, Muzej grada Splita te Prirodoslovni muzej i Zoološki vrt.

Znači li to i smjenu ravnatelja na nekoj od idućih sjednica? Vrlo vjerojatno. Nekima je vrijeme da odu. Nekima možda i nije.

Na pitanja vijećnika v. d. ravnateljice Muzeja Grada Branka Brekalo odgovorit će detaljno, pismenim putem, jer zbog bolesti nije mogla doći na sjednicu. Nju inače smjena neće zahvatiti, mandat joj je istekao, a trenutno radi kao vršiteljica dužnosti.

Nakon saslušanih rasprava ne može se zanemariti dojam da su sve odluke već unaprijed donesene i da nikakvi argumenti tu ne pomažu.Sada stabilna gradska vlast može to sebi priuštiti, međutim, vrlo je vjerojatno da HNK Split opet očekuje razdoblje vakuuma dok ga još vodi smijenjeni ravnatelj, a novi vršitelj dužnosti nema mogućnost početi s radom ni “rezervirati” buduće suradnike. I sam je u nezahvalnoj situaciji.

Što se tiče kulture, a posebno splitskog HNK-a, u proteklim godinama, pa i desetljećima, može se uočiti jedan fenomen: premda su svakoj vlasti interesantniji neki drugi sektori vezani uz gospodarstvo i financije, ne jednom su se događale krize, i rušili se kvorumi upravo na kazališnim pitanjima. Kao da teatar na neki način zrcali stanje u gradu.

S politikom dođu i odu

Šestanova smjena nije dobro pripremljena. Rezime gradskih razloga je: politika ga je dovela pa će ga i potjerati, a uz to, program za prošlu godinu nije mu prihvaćen. Ovo s politikom je svakome razumljivo, ali baš nitko nije uzeo u obzir činjenicu da se kazalište zbog COVID mjera nije smjelo napuniti “do čepa” – premda je za mnoge predstave bilo interesa – i da neki ansambli nisu smjeli raditi jer je država tako propisala.

Dan-dva prije sjednice plasiran je uz to u javnost intendantov ugovor o radu. Bez obzira na to što se i sam gradonačelnik od toga ogradio te rekao da ugovor nije tema rasprave, ne može se zanemariti učinak iznesenog, osobito bruto plaća od 22 tisuće kuna. Svakome tko se trese od budućih računa za struju može taj iznos – koji neto iznosi nekih 16 tisuća – izazvati frustraciju. Uz to, ​prokomentirane su i druge pogodnosti, poput službenog vozila i smještaja u gradskom stanu. Isti takav ugovor imali su svi raniji intendanti, a imat će ga i budući, jedino Bilandžić neće koristiti gradski smještaj jer živi u Splitu.

Napokon, prema Zakonu o kazalištu ministrica može stopirati smjenu. Ako se to dogodi, dogodit će se vjerojatno prvi i zadnji put jer u novom zakonu te odredbe neće biti. Ali ministrica je već ranije najavila da će gotovo sigurno podržati Šestana, stoga su mu na sjednici sugerirali da se sam povuče.

Moguće je još da sve prođe bez velikih potresa, ali u idućoj sezoni mogla bi se dogoditi i prava rovovska bitka između Kazališne uprave i Grada koji je glavni financijer teatra.

Cijena sapunice

Čini se da je bilo pametnije pronaći jače argumente za smjenu ili se posvetiti novom natječaju i omogućiti novom ravnatelju da se valjano pripremi za novi četverogodišnji mandat. Ovako, i Bilandžiću bi se moglo dogoditi da u nekom trenutku upadne u kašetu brokava i snalazi se u hodu.

Nadalje, još jedno neprihvaćanje izvješća koje bi moglo rezultirati smjenom ostaje prilično tamno. Marin Kaporelo, v. d. ravnatelja mlade ustanove Hrvatski dom – koncertna dvorana, ostao je konsterniran nakon što je iznio svoje rezultate.

Pitao je što znači to neprihvaćanje, znači li smjenu i zašto.

Nije dobio jasan odgovor – može i ne mora biti.

Koncertna dvorana koju je Split desetljećima iščekivao također je u nepovoljnom vremenu obilježenom COVID-om dobro proradila, ostvareni su solidni prihodi i u njoj su već ​gostovala velika imena.

Kaporelo je spletom okolnosti već dvije godine vršitelj dužnosti, a ne potvrđeni ravnatelj, a program mu je kvalitetan i sam ga potpisuje.

Jer Grad za Hrvatski dom nije sastavio plan i program kojeg bi se ravnatelj trebao držati. Prema tome, mogao je imati deset ili stotinu koncerata – nema plana na temelju kojeg bi mu se prigovorilo da nije ostvaren, kao što se dogodilo kod Šestana.

Bez gatanja o tome hoće li rješenja i smjene koje su se dogodile ili tek slijede biti dobre za kulturni život grada – jasno je da na ovom području nova vlast mora bolje ući u srž problema – a ima ih, itekako.

Da ne bismo za cijenu političke poruke gledali i slušali još jednu sapunicu. •
