Nema do filmskog festivala "uživo". Jasno je to i u slučaju ovogodišnjeg Split Film Festivala. Nakon lanjskog "online" eksperimenta, STFF se vratio u staro dobro kino "Karaman" za svoje 27. izdanje.

"Staro normalno", bez epidemioloških mjera, pozdravila je i splitska publika, odokativno najbrojnija na dalmatinskoj premijeri "Illyricvma" Simona Bogojevića Naratha, kojoj se festival odužio besplatnim projekcijama svih filmova.

Besplatna karta više nije se tražila, ali STFF još uvijek ima vjerni auditorij, filmofile spremne posvetiti se filmovima izvan "mainstreama" u mraku kinodvorane.

Takvih filmova je i ove godine bilo u finom broju, a u Split su stigli sa svjetskih "A" festivala poput Sundancea, Berlinalea, Rotterdama... I bili su većinski više nego dobri.

‘Moja praznina i ja‘

Sugerira to i posebna nagrada žirija konkurencije dugometražnih filmova u sastavu Aditya Kripalani, Bruno Pavić i Isabelle Piechaczyk.

Žiri je čak trima filmovima dao "special mention", i to kineskom "Povratku u prah" Li Ruijuna, francuskoj "Babysitterici" redateljice Monie Chokri i španjolskoj drami "Moja praznina i ja" Adriana Silvestre.

Uz "Ubojstvo eunuha Khana" Abeda Abesta, prikazano u nenatjecateljskom programu Frame Extended, dva od ova tri filma ("Moja praznina i ja", "Povratak u prah") spadaju u osobne STFF favorite ovog kritičara koji bi posebno priznanje prije dao "Napadu" Adilkhana Yerzhanova nego "Babysitterici", ako ne "Skakavcu" Faezeh Azizkhani, ali odluku žirija treba respektirati.

Poštovanja je vrijedno i dodjeljivanje glavne nagrade festivala. Grand Prix STFF-a dodijeljen je japanskom filmu "Yamabuki" Juichira Yamasakija, jednom od boljih sa 27. izdanja neumornog festivala.

Kratki metar i Ivan Martinac
Žiri konkurencije kratkometražnih filmova u sastavu Zulfikar Filandra, Sunčica Fradelić i Tina Frank dao je nagradu Grand Prix filmu "Sirene" redateljice Illarie di Carlo. Posebnu nagradu podijelila su dva filma, "My Name Is Anti" (Andreas Vakalios i Fili Olsefski) i "Otvoren mi je šlic. Kao i moje srce" (Marie Luise Lehner). Nagrada Ivan Martinac za hrvatske filmove dodijeljena je, pak, kratkometražnom filmu Vladislava Kneževića "Aqualia".

Nema do filmskog festivala "uživo". Jasno je to i u slučaju ovogodišnjeg Split Film Festivala. Nakon lanjskog "online" eksperimenta, STFF se vratio u staro dobro kino "Karaman" za svoje 27. izdanje.

"Staro normalno", bez epidemioloških mjera, pozdravila je i splitska publika, odokativno najbrojnija na dalmatinskoj premijeri "Illyricvma" Simona Bogojevića Naratha, kojoj se festival odužio besplatnim projekcijama svih filmova.

Besplatna karta više nije se tražila, ali STFF još uvijek ima vjerni auditorij, filmofile spremne posvetiti se filmovima izvan "mainstreama" u mraku kinodvorane.

Takvih filmova je i ove godine bilo u finom broju, a u Split su stigli sa svjetskih "A" festivala poput Sundancea, Berlinalea, Rotterdama... I bili su većinski više nego dobri.

‘Moja praznina i ja‘

Sugerira to i posebna nagrada žirija konkurencije dugometražnih filmova u sastavu Aditya Kripalani, Bruno Pavić i Isabelle Piechaczyk.

Žiri je čak trima filmovima dao "special mention", i to kineskom "Povratku u prah" Li Ruijuna, francuskoj "Babysitterici" redateljice Monie Chokri i španjolskoj drami "Moja praznina i ja" Adriana Silvestre.

Uz "Ubojstvo eunuha Khana" Abeda Abesta, prikazano u nenatjecateljskom programu Frame Extended, dva od ova tri filma ("Moja praznina i ja", "Povratak u prah") spadaju u osobne STFF favorite ovog kritičara koji bi posebno priznanje prije dao "Napadu" Adilkhana Yerzhanova nego "Babysitterici", ako ne "Skakavcu" Faezeh Azizkhani, ali odluku žirija treba respektirati.

Poštovanja je vrijedno i dodjeljivanje glavne nagrade festivala. Grand Prix STFF-a dodijeljen je japanskom filmu "Yamabuki" Juichira Yamasakija, jednom od boljih sa 27. izdanja neumornog festivala.

Kratki metar i Ivan Martinac
Žiri konkurencije kratkometražnih filmova u sastavu Zulfikar Filandra, Sunčica Fradelić i Tina Frank dao je nagradu Grand Prix filmu "Sirene" redateljice Illarie di Carlo. Posebnu nagradu podijelila su dva filma, "My Name Is Anti" (Andreas Vakalios i Fili Olsefski) i "Otvoren mi je šlic. Kao i moje srce" (Marie Luise Lehner). Nagrada Ivan Martinac za hrvatske filmove dodijeljena je, pak, kratkometražnom filmu Vladislava Kneževića "Aqualia".
