Film o djevojčici koja pokušava preživjeti u zloglasnom ustaškom logoru - pod nazivom "Dara iz Jasenovca" - kandidat je srpske kinematografije za filmsku nagradu Oscar za 2021. u konkurenciji najboljih stranih filmova. Političku i, još značajnije, financijsku podršku od oko tri milijuna eura za snimanje osigurala je vlada Republike Srbije, što je najavljeno još prije godinu dana, piše jutarnji.

Stjecajem okolnosti, filmski publicist Veljko Krulčić nedavno je na društvenim mrežama prvi predvidio da će Srbija kandidirati "Daru iz Jasenovca", a prema njegovu mišljenju, neće biti iznenađenje ako uđe među posljednjih devet filmova koji konkuriraju za Oscara.

Iz Bosne film o Srebrenici

Genocid je tema i bosanskohercegovačkog filma koji konkurira za Oscar. "Quo Vadis, Aida?", film Jasmile Žbanić, bavi se genocidom u Srebrenici u ljeto 1995. U središtu radnje filma je Aida, nekadašnja profesorica koja tijekom ljeta 1995. radi kao prevoditeljica za Ujedinjene narode u Srebrenici. Kada srpska vojska uđe u grad, trideset tisuća stanovnika Srebrenice, među kojima je i Aidina obitelj, traži spas u bazi UN-a.

Za Hrvatsku je puno važniji film "Dara iz Jasenovca" koji priča o srpskoj djevojčici koja 1942. završava u jasenovačkom logoru. U sinopsisu se navodi da poslije ustaško-njemačke ofenzive na Kozari lokalno stanovništvo završava u koncentracijskim logorima, a među njima je i desetogodišnja Dara s majkom i dva brata.

Ustaše joj ubijaju majku i brata, nakon čega se smisao Darina života svodi na borbu da spasi mlađeg brata.

Antonijevićeva ekipa je za glumačku ekipu angažirala djecu s područja Kozarske Dubice i izabrana je Biljana Čekić, djevojčica koja će glumiti Daru, a uloga ustaškog zapovjednika jasenovačkog logora Vjekoslava Maksa Luburića pripala je, vjerojatno zbog slične fizionomije, glumcu Marku Janketiću. Glavna glumica "Dare iz Jasenovca", Biljana Čekić, ima 12 godina, završila je sedmi razred osnovne škole i dolazi iz Kozarske Dubice.

Na čelu projekta je redatelj Predrag Gaga Antonijević, koji je prošle godine najavio, i to na konferenciji koja je održana u zgradi vlade Srbije, kako se radi o filmu na koji se čekalo skoro 75 godina. "Jasenovac je mjesto zla i ubijanja i država je stala iza ovog filma koji bi se trebao naći pred publikom u ožujku ili travnju sljedeće godine kada se obilježava 75 godina od oslobađanja logora Jasenovac", izjavio je Antonijević.

No, zbog pandemije covida-19 to se dogodilo tek prije nekoliko dana, i to na - Kosovu. Naime, film koji želi biti kandidat za Oscara mora se tjedan dana prikazivati u kontinuitetu u kinima u komercijalnoj distribuciji i zato je u srpskoj enklavi, Gračanici na Kosovu, 25. studenoga u tamošnjem Domu kulture počelo prikazivanje "Dare iz Jasenovca". Zbog policijskog sata na Kosovu projekcije su održavane točno u podne.

Pitanje distribucije

Stručni konzultant filma je Michael Berenbaum, direktor Sigi Ziering instituta koji istražuje etičke i religijske posljedice holokausta.

On je čest sudionik u dokumentarnim filmovima koji se bave holokaustom, poput vrhunske dokumentarne serije "Annihilation - The Destruction of European Jews". Nedavno je plasirana informacija da je "Daru iz Jasenovca" otkupio za američko, moguće i svjetsko, tržište David Glasser i njegov "101 Studios", respektabilni igrač u tamošnjem filmskom businessu.

Za Veljka Krulčića, ne treba se ljutiti na Srbiju jer ništa nije sprečavalo HAVC u prošlim godinama da poput Filmskog centra Srbije, tj. još prije njih napravi natječaj za "film s nacionalnom temom", kamo bi spadale i teme poput Jasenovca. "Ali, sad će u svijet ići film u kojem se Hrvati prikazuju kao loši, jer je jedan od središnjih likova Maks Luburić. Usto, Antonijević i Nataša Drakulić su kvalitetan redatelj i scenaristica, a koliko sam vidio, produkcija je dobra i sigurno je uložen velik novac".

Beogradski mediji još su 2017. najavili kako je objavljeno da je "vlada Srbije spremna, na inicijativu predsjednika Aleksandra Vučića, financirati grandiozni filmski projekt u koji bi uložila 20 milijuna eura o stradanju Srba, Židova i Roma u Jasenovcu", a sad je to i realizirano.

Tko je redatelj?

Redatelja Predraga Antonijevića opisuje se kao Srbina s najboljim vezama u Hollywoodu kamo je otišao 1991., nakon što je u Jugoslaviji snimao filmove "O pokojniku sve najbolje" i "Balkan Express". U Americi se zbližio s Oliverom Stoneom, koji je 1998. producirao njegov film "Spasitelj" (Savior) u kojem glumi Dennis Quaid.

Film je tipično srpsko gledanje na rat u Bosni, odnosno klasičan primjer prekrajanja povijesti u kojem se kroz naglašavanje zločina pripadnika HVO-a i Armije BiH zapadnoj publici brutalno ponašanje srpske strane pokušalo pokazati kao nešto sasvim razumljivo.

Scenaristica "Dare iz Jasenovca" je Nataša Drakulić koja je iz Hrvatske, točnije iz Korenice koju je kao 16-godišnjakinja s roditeljima napustila tijekom operacije "Oluja".

Film o djevojčici koja pokušava preživjeti u zloglasnom ustaškom logoru - pod nazivom "Dara iz Jasenovca" - kandidat je srpske kinematografije za filmsku nagradu Oscar za 2021. u konkurenciji najboljih stranih filmova. Političku i, još značajnije, financijsku podršku od oko tri milijuna eura za snimanje osigurala je vlada Republike Srbije, što je najavljeno još prije godinu dana, piše jutarnji.

Stjecajem okolnosti, filmski publicist Veljko Krulčić nedavno je na društvenim mrežama prvi predvidio da će Srbija kandidirati "Daru iz Jasenovca", a prema njegovu mišljenju, neće biti iznenađenje ako uđe među posljednjih devet filmova koji konkuriraju za Oscara.

Genocid je tema i bosanskohercegovačkog filma koji konkurira za Oscar. "Quo Vadis, Aida?", film Jasmile Žbanić, bavi se genocidom u Srebrenici u ljeto 1995. U središtu radnje filma je Aida, nekadašnja profesorica koja tijekom ljeta 1995. radi kao prevoditeljica za Ujedinjene narode u Srebrenici. Kada srpska vojska uđe u grad, trideset tisuća stanovnika Srebrenice, među kojima je i Aidina obitelj, traži spas u bazi UN-a.

Za Hrvatsku je puno važniji film "Dara iz Jasenovca" koji priča o srpskoj djevojčici koja 1942. završava u jasenovačkom logoru. U sinopsisu se navodi da poslije ustaško-njemačke ofenzive na Kozari lokalno stanovništvo završava u koncentracijskim logorima, a među njima je i desetogodišnja Dara s majkom i dva brata.

Ustaše joj ubijaju majku i brata, nakon čega se smisao Darina života svodi na borbu da spasi mlađeg brata.

Antonijevićeva ekipa je za glumačku ekipu angažirala djecu s područja Kozarske Dubice i izabrana je Biljana Čekić, djevojčica koja će glumiti Daru, a uloga ustaškog zapovjednika jasenovačkog logora Vjekoslava Maksa Luburića pripala je, vjerojatno zbog slične fizionomije, glumcu Marku Janketiću. Glavna glumica "Dare iz Jasenovca", Biljana Čekić, ima 12 godina, završila je sedmi razred osnovne škole i dolazi iz Kozarske Dubice.

Na čelu projekta je redatelj Predrag Gaga Antonijević, koji je prošle godine najavio, i to na konferenciji koja je održana u zgradi vlade Srbije, kako se radi o filmu na koji se čekalo skoro 75 godina. "Jasenovac je mjesto zla i ubijanja i država je stala iza ovog filma koji bi se trebao naći pred publikom u ožujku ili travnju sljedeće godine kada se obilježava 75 godina od oslobađanja logora Jasenovac", izjavio je Antonijević.

No, zbog pandemije covida-19 to se dogodilo tek prije nekoliko dana, i to na - Kosovu. Naime, film koji želi biti kandidat za Oscara mora se tjedan dana prikazivati u kontinuitetu u kinima u komercijalnoj distribuciji i zato je u srpskoj enklavi, Gračanici na Kosovu, 25. studenoga u tamošnjem Domu kulture počelo prikazivanje "Dare iz Jasenovca". Zbog policijskog sata na Kosovu projekcije su održavane točno u podne.

Pitanje distribucije

Stručni konzultant filma je Michael Berenbaum, direktor Sigi Ziering instituta koji istražuje etičke i religijske posljedice holokausta.

On je čest sudionik u dokumentarnim filmovima koji se bave holokaustom, poput vrhunske dokumentarne serije "Annihilation - The Destruction of European Jews". Nedavno je plasirana informacija da je "Daru iz Jasenovca" otkupio za američko, moguće i svjetsko, tržište David Glasser i njegov "101 Studios", respektabilni igrač u tamošnjem filmskom businessu.

Za Veljka Krulčića, ne treba se ljutiti na Srbiju jer ništa nije sprečavalo HAVC u prošlim godinama da poput Filmskog centra Srbije, tj. još prije njih napravi natječaj za "film s nacionalnom temom", kamo bi spadale i teme poput Jasenovca. "Ali, sad će u svijet ići film u kojem se Hrvati prikazuju kao loši, jer je jedan od središnjih likova Maks Luburić. Usto, Antonijević i Nataša Drakulić su kvalitetan redatelj i scenaristica, a koliko sam vidio, produkcija je dobra i sigurno je uložen velik novac".

Beogradski mediji još su 2017. najavili kako je objavljeno da je "vlada Srbije spremna, na inicijativu predsjednika Aleksandra Vučića, financirati grandiozni filmski projekt u koji bi uložila 20 milijuna eura o stradanju Srba, Židova i Roma u Jasenovcu", a sad je to i realizirano.

Tko je redatelj?

Redatelja Predraga Antonijevića opisuje se kao Srbina s najboljim vezama u Hollywoodu kamo je otišao 1991., nakon što je u Jugoslaviji snimao filmove "O pokojniku sve najbolje" i "Balkan Express". U Americi se zbližio s Oliverom Stoneom, koji je 1998. producirao njegov film "Spasitelj" (Savior) u kojem glumi Dennis Quaid.

Film je tipično srpsko gledanje na rat u Bosni, odnosno klasičan primjer prekrajanja povijesti u kojem se kroz naglašavanje zločina pripadnika HVO-a i Armije BiH zapadnoj publici brutalno ponašanje srpske strane pokušalo pokazati kao nešto sasvim razumljivo.

Scenaristica "Dare iz Jasenovca" je Nataša Drakulić koja je iz Hrvatske, točnije iz Korenice koju je kao 16-godišnjakinja s roditeljima napustila tijekom operacije "Oluja".

Film o djevojčici koja pokušava preživjeti u zloglasnom ustaškom logoru - pod nazivom "Dara iz Jasenovca" - kandidat je srpske kinematografije za filmsku nagradu Oscar za 2021. u konkurenciji najboljih stranih filmova. Političku i, još značajnije, financijsku podršku od oko tri milijuna eura za snimanje osigurala je vlada Republike Srbije, što je najavljeno još prije godinu dana, piše jutarnji.

Stjecajem okolnosti, filmski publicist Veljko Krulčić nedavno je na društvenim mrežama prvi predvidio da će Srbija kandidirati "Daru iz Jasenovca", a prema njegovu mišljenju, neće biti iznenađenje ako uđe među posljednjih devet filmova koji konkuriraju za Oscara.
