Prva sezona "Reachera", objavljena početkom 2022., najuspješnija je serija u produkciji streaming servisa Amazon Prime Video. Nastavak je bio logičan potez i druga sezona "Reachera" krenula je krajem prošle godine u jednotjednom ritmu nakon premijere prvih par epizoda.

Prije nego što je "Reacher 2" došao do posljednje, osme epizode, emitirane 19. siječnja, odobrena je i treća sezona. Amazon je pronašao zlatnu koku u ekranizaciji popularnog serijala romana Leeja Childa o akcijskom junaku Jacku Reacheru, započetog 1997. godine.

Reacher je u kratkom roku stekao obožavatelj(ic)e kao bivši vojni policajac koji luta Amerikom i istjeruje pravdu na vlastiti način pa nije čudno da je s vremenom i Hollywood posegnuo za njim, najprije u formi filma s Tomom Cruiseom u glavnoj ulozi.

"Jack Reacher" iz 2013. bio je više nego dobar, a ako Cruise nije fizički odgovarao Childovu liku, s naglaskom na visinu, kompenzirao je to svojom akcijskom spremom.

Nastavak "Jack Reacher: Nema povratka" iz 2016. bio je, međutim, nedostojan prethodnika i jedan od najslabijih Cruiseovih filmova uopće, tako da je junak stavljen na led dok ga nije "odledio" Amazon i napravio serijski "reboot".

Ulogu je preuzeo ogromni Alan Ritchson koji odgovara liku iz romana i pokazao potencijal akcijske zvijezde u prvoj sezoni, da bi ga u drugoj potvrdio.

Dobili smo nabildanog akcijaša po tjelesnoj mjeri Schwarzeneggera, Stallonea, Van Dammea i Dolpha Lundgrena, odnosno Dwaynea "The Rock" Johnsona, Vina Diesela, Jasona Stathama i Johna Cene, stoga ne čudi što se Ritchson u međuvremenu pojavio u serijalu "Brzi i žestoki".

Na plakatu serije (mišićava leđa/ramena) Ritchson se referira na poster prvih "Plaćenika" i mogao je komotno dobiti ulogu u "Expendables 4", a to je samo jedna od referencija serije na klasične akcijaše (Reachera nazovu "Cocky Balboa"...).

Glavnog negativca Shanea Langstona glumi Robert Patrick ("Umri muški 2", "Terminator 2", "Cop Land") koji je bio "bad guy" i u prvom Ceninom akcijskom filmu "Marinac iznad zakona".

Negativaca iz prve sezone malo se tko više sjeća i Patrick je dobrodošao dodatak nastavku koji je brži, veći i bolji od prethodnika, svakako iznad recentnog serijskog prosjeka.

Ekranizirajući jedanaesti Childov roman "Bad Luck and Trouble", kreator Nick Santoro u "Reacheru 2" zarana uspostavlja zaplet dok je prvoj sezoni trebalo vremena da uhvati korak nakon dojmljiva predstavljanja junaka u nastupnoj epizodi.

Ovaj put Reacher riješava misteriju stradavanja pripadnika 110. Istražne jedinice počevši od Calvina Franza (bačen iz helikoptera), a istrazi se, među ostalim, pridružuje i Karla Dixon (Serinda Swan) s kojom će junak ostvariti romansu kao s policajkom Roscoe Conklin (Willa Fitzgerald) u prvoj sezoni.

Ritchson je i dalje najbolja stavka serije koja u drugoj sezoni ne izgleda kao je snimljena za kabelsku TV devedesetih/ranih dvijetisućitih, s čime Santoro kao da se zeza ("Zar ne propuštaš neku CBS dramu?").

Produkcija je bogatija, akcija razvedenija i posvećena junakovoj snazi, ali i povremenim "one-linerima" tipa "Obećao sam mami da ću glupanima poput tebe dati priliku da odstupe" i "Nisam ga ubio, samo sam mu slomio nos".

Tjelesnost junaka je naročito impozantna: u jednoj sceni Ritchson/Reacher udari automobil nogom toliko snažno da se aktivira zračni jastuk kao pri sudaru. Nova akcijska zvijezda je rođena.

Prva sezona "Reachera", objavljena početkom 2022., najuspješnija je serija u produkciji streaming servisa Amazon Prime Video. Nastavak je bio logičan potez i druga sezona "Reachera" krenula je krajem prošle godine u jednotjednom ritmu nakon premijere prvih par epizoda.

Prije nego što je "Reacher 2" došao do posljednje, osme epizode, emitirane 19. siječnja, odobrena je i treća sezona. Amazon je pronašao zlatnu koku u ekranizaciji popularnog serijala romana Leeja Childa o akcijskom junaku Jacku Reacheru, započetog 1997. godine.

Reacher je u kratkom roku stekao obožavatelj(ic)e kao bivši vojni policajac koji luta Amerikom i istjeruje pravdu na vlastiti način pa nije čudno da je s vremenom i Hollywood posegnuo za njim, najprije u formi filma s Tomom Cruiseom u glavnoj ulozi.

"Jack Reacher" iz 2013. bio je više nego dobar, a ako Cruise nije fizički odgovarao Childovu liku, s naglaskom na visinu, kompenzirao je to svojom akcijskom spremom.

Nastavak "Jack Reacher: Nema povratka" iz 2016. bio je, međutim, nedostojan prethodnika i jedan od najslabijih Cruiseovih filmova uopće, tako da je junak stavljen na led dok ga nije "odledio" Amazon i napravio serijski "reboot".

Ulogu je preuzeo ogromni Alan Ritchson koji odgovara liku iz romana i pokazao potencijal akcijske zvijezde u prvoj sezoni, da bi ga u drugoj potvrdio.

Dobili smo nabildanog akcijaša po tjelesnoj mjeri Schwarzeneggera, Stallonea, Van Dammea i Dolpha Lundgrena, odnosno Dwaynea "The Rock" Johnsona, Vina Diesela, Jasona Stathama i Johna Cene, stoga ne čudi što se Ritchson u međuvremenu pojavio u serijalu "Brzi i žestoki".

Na plakatu serije (mišićava leđa/ramena) Ritchson se referira na poster prvih "Plaćenika" i mogao je komotno dobiti ulogu u "Expendables 4", a to je samo jedna od referencija serije na klasične akcijaše (Reachera nazovu "Cocky Balboa"...).

Glavnog negativca Shanea Langstona glumi Robert Patrick ("Umri muški 2", "Terminator 2", "Cop Land") koji je bio "bad guy" i u prvom Ceninom akcijskom filmu "Marinac iznad zakona".

Negativaca iz prve sezone malo se tko više sjeća i Patrick je dobrodošao dodatak nastavku koji je brži, veći i bolji od prethodnika, svakako iznad recentnog serijskog prosjeka.

Ekranizirajući jedanaesti Childov roman "Bad Luck and Trouble", kreator Nick Santoro u "Reacheru 2" zarana uspostavlja zaplet dok je prvoj sezoni trebalo vremena da uhvati korak nakon dojmljiva predstavljanja junaka u nastupnoj epizodi.

Ovaj put Reacher riješava misteriju stradavanja pripadnika 110. Istražne jedinice počevši od Calvina Franza (bačen iz helikoptera), a istrazi se, među ostalim, pridružuje i Karla Dixon (Serinda Swan) s kojom će junak ostvariti romansu kao s policajkom Roscoe Conklin (Willa Fitzgerald) u prvoj sezoni.

Ritchson je i dalje najbolja stavka serije koja u drugoj sezoni ne izgleda kao je snimljena za kabelsku TV devedesetih/ranih dvijetisućitih, s čime Santoro kao da se zeza ("Zar ne propuštaš neku CBS dramu?").

Produkcija je bogatija, akcija razvedenija i posvećena junakovoj snazi, ali i povremenim "one-linerima" tipa "Obećao sam mami da ću glupanima poput tebe dati priliku da odstupe" i "Nisam ga ubio, samo sam mu slomio nos".

Tjelesnost junaka je naročito impozantna: u jednoj sceni Ritchson/Reacher udari automobil nogom toliko snažno da se aktivira zračni jastuk kao pri sudaru. Nova akcijska zvijezda je rođena.
