Pobrojati poznate glumaca u novom filmu Wesa Andersona "Asteroid City" moglo bi zauzeti blizu 300 znakova teksta. Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Edward Norton, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Steve Carell, Margot Robbie, Willem Dafoe, Matt Dillon, Maya Hawke, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman, Hope Davis, Jeffrey Wright, Bryan Cranston, Sophia Lillis, Liev Schreiber, Rupert Friend, Rita Wilson...

Okej, 278 znakova, što je opet više u odnosu na prethodnog Andersonovog rekordera ("Francuska depeša"). Svaki Andersonov film ima zvučan casting, ali "Asteroid City" prednjači u tome. Ovo nije samo još jedan njegov film s najzvučnijim castingom godine, već i u posljednje vrijeme zajedno s "Amsterdamom" Davida O. Russella.

Stalnu glumačku trupu Anderson je uspio upotpuniti s hollywoodskim megazvijezdama poput Hanksa, Johansson i Robbie.

Hanks i Johansson igraju važnije likove, a Robbie ima scenu od jedva nekoliko minuta u ulozi glumice izrezane iz priče zbog minutaže, kao i još neki od gorenavedenih, no to im ne smeta, sve dok mogu reći da su nastupili u Andersonovu filmu, makar kao statisti.

Anderson još uvijek visoko kotira među glumcima, ali njegovi filmovi više nisu tako dobri kao nekoć ("Kraljevstvo izlazećeg mjeseca", "Obitelj čudaka", "Hotel Grand Budapest", "Panika pod morem", "Darjeeling Doo"), računajući i animacije ("Fantastični gospodin Lisac", "Pseći otok").

Ekscentrična komična "deadpan" otkačenost, nekoć spontana i prirodna, odnedavno djeluje prilično forsirano, a kreativna vizualna hiperstilizacija, satkana od pastelnih boja i simetričnih kadrova, pojela je naraciju, pa i emociju i interakciju među likovima u interpretaciji zvijezda.

Narativno je "Asteroid City" načelno intrigantan. Upoznajemo se s likovima glumaca kazališne predstave "Asteroid City" iz pera dramatičara Conrada Earpa (Norton) koja bi trebala zaživjeti u formi televizijske drame ili "vice versa". Dakle, struktura je u domeni drame unutar drame/filma unutar filma.

TV voditelj prema modelu Roda Sterlinga (Cranston) uvodi nas u priču u crno-bijelim kadrovima i odvodi iza scene predstave/drame koju glumci pripremaju. Crno-bijela tehnika ustupa mjesto "full coloru" kad se radnja prebaci u fiktivni pustinjski američki gradić iz pedesetih Asteroid City s namještenom scenografijom a la "Trumanov show", uključujući ponavljajući štos potjere policajaca u automobilu i na motociklu za odbjeglim kriminalcima, odigrane u pravilnim intervalima.

"Widescreen" kompozicije kadrova su krajnje "andersonovski" Anderson i potenciraju filmičnost vesterna Johna Forda iz tog perioda s narančastim stijenama i plavim nebom, pokušavajući anulirati činjenicu da scenografija izgleda kao umjetni (kazališni ili filmski) set, pirandelovska imitacija imitacije života.

Nije sve to nezanimljivo na temu igranja uloga s glumcima koji glume glumce/glumu na granici umjetnosti i života čiji smisao usput i traže. Segment oko uvježbavanja predstave rekreira vibru "Tramvaja zvanog čežnja", s Nortonom kao Tennesseejem Williamsom i Brodyjem kao Elijom Kazanom, dijelom i Marlonom Brandom.

Rekreira Anderson i crno-bijele filmove epohe pa c/b scene sa Johansson u vlaku dozivaju Hitchcockovog "Nepoznatog iz Nord-Ekstresa", ali na način da je u njemu glumila Kim Novak ("Vrtoglavica"), Tippi Hedren ("Ptice") ili Grace Kelly ("Prozor u dvorište", "Drž‘te lopova").

Kolorni segment obećava Andersonov odgovor na SF filmove o invaziji izvanzemaljaca s kraterima od meteora i došljacima iz svemira u letećim tanjurima, a atomsko doba potencirano je testiranjem nuklearne bombe, manje realističnim spram "Oppenheimera". Međutim, likovi se gube u tim crno-bijelo-u-boji svjetovima i jedva da se uspijevaju registrirati, mahom nasumično nabacani u kadru.

Do izražaja dolaze samo fotograf Augie Steenbeck (Schwartzman) i njegov svekar (Hanks), čiji će telefonski razgovor Anderson snimiti u dojmljivom podijeljenom ekranu andersonovske simetrije, te glumica Midge Campbell koju Johansson igra s potenciranom prigušenom melankolijom njezina lika iz "Izgubljenih u prijevodu".

Dašak kozmičkog nakratko donosi pojava aliena i film zna zabljesnuti "andersonovskom" kreativnošću, ali pretežito ostavlja dojam pozerstva i/li samosvrhovitosti, a nerijetko je režiran s distance. "Asteroid City" je daleki susret treće vrste.

Ovo je rijetki Andersonov film bez Billa Murrayja kojeg je zamijenio Carell kad je obolio od korone netom pred snimanje.

Pobrojati poznate glumaca u novom filmu Wesa Andersona "Asteroid City" moglo bi zauzeti blizu 300 znakova teksta. Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Edward Norton, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Steve Carell, Margot Robbie, Willem Dafoe, Matt Dillon, Maya Hawke, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman, Hope Davis, Jeffrey Wright, Bryan Cranston, Sophia Lillis, Liev Schreiber, Rupert Friend, Rita Wilson...

Okej, 278 znakova, što je opet više u odnosu na prethodnog Andersonovog rekordera ("Francuska depeša"). Svaki Andersonov film ima zvučan casting, ali "Asteroid City" prednjači u tome. Ovo nije samo još jedan njegov film s najzvučnijim castingom godine, već i u posljednje vrijeme zajedno s "Amsterdamom" Davida O. Russella.

Stalnu glumačku trupu Anderson je uspio upotpuniti s hollywoodskim megazvijezdama poput Hanksa, Johansson i Robbie.

Hanks i Johansson igraju važnije likove, a Robbie ima scenu od jedva nekoliko minuta u ulozi glumice izrezane iz priče zbog minutaže, kao i još neki od gorenavedenih, no to im ne smeta, sve dok mogu reći da su nastupili u Andersonovu filmu, makar kao statisti.

Anderson još uvijek visoko kotira među glumcima, ali njegovi filmovi više nisu tako dobri kao nekoć ("Kraljevstvo izlazećeg mjeseca", "Obitelj čudaka", "Hotel Grand Budapest", "Panika pod morem", "Darjeeling Doo"), računajući i animacije ("Fantastični gospodin Lisac", "Pseći otok").

Ekscentrična komična "deadpan" otkačenost, nekoć spontana i prirodna, odnedavno djeluje prilično forsirano, a kreativna vizualna hiperstilizacija, satkana od pastelnih boja i simetričnih kadrova, pojela je naraciju, pa i emociju i interakciju među likovima u interpretaciji zvijezda.

Narativno je "Asteroid City" načelno intrigantan. Upoznajemo se s likovima glumaca kazališne predstave "Asteroid City" iz pera dramatičara Conrada Earpa (Norton) koja bi trebala zaživjeti u formi televizijske drame ili "vice versa". Dakle, struktura je u domeni drame unutar drame/filma unutar filma.

TV voditelj prema modelu Roda Sterlinga (Cranston) uvodi nas u priču u crno-bijelim kadrovima i odvodi iza scene predstave/drame koju glumci pripremaju. Crno-bijela tehnika ustupa mjesto "full coloru" kad se radnja prebaci u fiktivni pustinjski američki gradić iz pedesetih Asteroid City s namještenom scenografijom a la "Trumanov show", uključujući ponavljajući štos potjere policajaca u automobilu i na motociklu za odbjeglim kriminalcima, odigrane u pravilnim intervalima.

"Widescreen" kompozicije kadrova su krajnje "andersonovski" Anderson i potenciraju filmičnost vesterna Johna Forda iz tog perioda s narančastim stijenama i plavim nebom, pokušavajući anulirati činjenicu da scenografija izgleda kao umjetni (kazališni ili filmski) set, pirandelovska imitacija imitacije života.

Nije sve to nezanimljivo na temu igranja uloga s glumcima koji glume glumce/glumu na granici umjetnosti i života čiji smisao usput i traže. Segment oko uvježbavanja predstave rekreira vibru "Tramvaja zvanog čežnja", s Nortonom kao Tennesseejem Williamsom i Brodyjem kao Elijom Kazanom, dijelom i Marlonom Brandom.

Rekreira Anderson i crno-bijele filmove epohe pa c/b scene sa Johansson u vlaku dozivaju Hitchcockovog "Nepoznatog iz Nord-Ekstresa", ali na način da je u njemu glumila Kim Novak ("Vrtoglavica"), Tippi Hedren ("Ptice") ili Grace Kelly ("Prozor u dvorište", "Drž‘te lopova").

Kolorni segment obećava Andersonov odgovor na SF filmove o invaziji izvanzemaljaca s kraterima od meteora i došljacima iz svemira u letećim tanjurima, a atomsko doba potencirano je testiranjem nuklearne bombe, manje realističnim spram "Oppenheimera". Međutim, likovi se gube u tim crno-bijelo-u-boji svjetovima i jedva da se uspijevaju registrirati, mahom nasumično nabacani u kadru.

Do izražaja dolaze samo fotograf Augie Steenbeck (Schwartzman) i njegov svekar (Hanks), čiji će telefonski razgovor Anderson snimiti u dojmljivom podijeljenom ekranu andersonovske simetrije, te glumica Midge Campbell koju Johansson igra s potenciranom prigušenom melankolijom njezina lika iz "Izgubljenih u prijevodu".

Dašak kozmičkog nakratko donosi pojava aliena i film zna zabljesnuti "andersonovskom" kreativnošću, ali pretežito ostavlja dojam pozerstva i/li samosvrhovitosti, a nerijetko je režiran s distance. "Asteroid City" je daleki susret treće vrste.

‘Asteroid City‘: Daleki susreti treće vrste

Pobrojati poznate glumaca u novom filmu Wesa Andersona "Asteroid City" moglo bi zauzeti blizu 300 znakova teksta. Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Edward Norton, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Steve Carell, Margot Robbie, Willem Dafoe, Matt Dillon, Maya Hawke, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman, Hope Davis, Jeffrey Wright, Bryan Cranston, Sophia Lillis, Liev Schreiber, Rupert Friend, Rita Wilson...

Okej, 278 znakova, što je opet više u odnosu na prethodnog Andersonovog rekordera ("Francuska depeša"). Svaki Andersonov film ima zvučan casting, ali "Asteroid City" prednjači u tome. Ovo nije samo još jedan njegov film s najzvučnijim castingom godine, već i u posljednje vrijeme zajedno s "Amsterdamom" Davida O. Russella.

Stalnu glumačku trupu Anderson je uspio upotpuniti s hollywoodskim megazvijezdama poput Hanksa, Johansson i Robbie.

Hanks i Johansson igraju važnije likove, a Robbie ima scenu od jedva nekoliko minuta u ulozi glumice izrezane iz priče zbog minutaže, kao i još neki od gorenavedenih, no to im ne smeta, sve dok mogu reći da su nastupili u Andersonovu filmu, makar kao statisti.

Anderson još uvijek visoko kotira među glumcima, ali njegovi filmovi više nisu tako dobri kao nekoć ("Kraljevstvo izlazećeg mjeseca", "Obitelj čudaka", "Hotel Grand Budapest", "Panika pod morem", "Darjeeling Doo"), računajući i animacije ("Fantastični gospodin Lisac", "Pseći otok").

Ekscentrična komična "deadpan" otkačenost, nekoć spontana i prirodna, odnedavno djeluje prilično forsirano, a kreativna vizualna hiperstilizacija, satkana od pastelnih boja i simetričnih kadrova, pojela je naraciju, pa i emociju i interakciju među likovima u interpretaciji zvijezda.

Narativno je "Asteroid City" načelno intrigantan. Upoznajemo se s likovima glumaca kazališne predstave "Asteroid City" iz pera dramatičara Conrada Earpa (Norton) koja bi trebala zaživjeti u formi televizijske drame ili "vice versa". Dakle, struktura je u domeni drame unutar drame/filma unutar filma.

TV voditelj prema modelu Roda Sterlinga (Cranston) uvodi nas u priču u crno-bijelim kadrovima i odvodi iza scene predstave/drame koju glumci pripremaju. Crno-bijela tehnika ustupa mjesto "full coloru" kad se radnja prebaci u fiktivni pustinjski američki gradić iz pedesetih Asteroid City s namještenom scenografijom a la "Trumanov show", uključujući ponavljajući štos potjere policajaca u automobilu i na motociklu za odbjeglim kriminalcima, odigrane u pravilnim intervalima.

"Widescreen" kompozicije kadrova su krajnje "andersonovski" Anderson i potenciraju filmičnost vesterna Johna Forda iz tog perioda s narančastim stijenama i plavim nebom, pokušavajući anulirati činjenicu da scenografija izgleda kao umjetni (kazališni ili filmski) set, pirandelovska imitacija imitacije života.

Nije sve to nezanimljivo na temu igranja uloga s glumcima koji glume glumce/glumu na granici umjetnosti i života čiji smisao usput i traže. Segment oko uvježbavanja predstave rekreira vibru "Tramvaja zvanog čežnja", s Nortonom kao Tennesseejem Williamsom i Brodyjem kao Elijom Kazanom, dijelom i Marlonom Brandom.

Rekreira Anderson i crno-bijele filmove epohe pa c/b scene sa Johansson u vlaku dozivaju Hitchcockovog "Nepoznatog iz Nord-Ekstresa", ali na način da je u njemu glumila Kim Novak ("Vrtoglavica"), Tippi Hedren ("Ptice") ili Grace Kelly ("Prozor u dvorište", "Drž‘te lopova").

Kolorni segment obećava Andersonov odgovor na SF filmove o invaziji izvanzemaljaca s kraterima od meteora i došljacima iz svemira u letećim tanjurima, a atomsko doba potencirano je testiranjem nuklearne bombe, manje realističnim spram "Oppenheimera". Međutim, likovi se gube u tim crno-bijelo-u-boji svjetovima i jedva da se uspijevaju registrirati, mahom nasumično nabacani u kadru.

Do izražaja dolaze samo fotograf Augie Steenbeck (Schwartzman) i njegov svekar (Hanks), čiji će telefonski razgovor Anderson snimiti u dojmljivom podijeljenom ekranu andersonovske simetrije, te glumica Midge Campbell koju Johansson igra s potenciranom prigušenom melankolijom njezina lika iz "Izgubljenih u prijevodu".

Dašak kozmičkog nakratko donosi pojava aliena i film zna zabljesnuti "andersonovskom" kreativnošću, ali pretežito ostavlja dojam pozerstva i/li samosvrhovitosti, a nerijetko je režiran s distance. "Asteroid City" je daleki susret treće vrste.

Steve Carell zamijenio Billa Murrayja

Ovo je rijetki Andersonov film bez Billa Murrayja kojeg je zamijenio Carell kad je obolio od korone netom pred snimanje.
