Ovih dana će put Sinja pješke krenuti tisuće hodočasnika kako bi se poklonili Čudotvornoj Gospi Sinjskoj. Brojni idu iz Splita, Solina, Kaštela, Makarske, otoka, BiH... Sinj i Split dijeli 35 kilometara, a to se pješke prijeđe za nekih 6 do 8 sati. Proteklih godina u Sinj bi tijekom 14. i 15. kolovoza došlo i do 100 tisuća hodočasnika.
Evo savjeta.
– Šetajte u starim, provjerenim tenisicama. Ne krećite na put u novoj, nerazgaženoj obući. Baš takva uzrokuje žuljeve.
– Tijekom subote i nedjelje u Sinju se očekuje sunčano vrijeme. Bit će vedro, s maksimalnim dnevnim temperaturama od oko 34 stupnja, a noću oko 25 stupnjeva. No na mikrolokacijama (Dicmo, Kukuzovac) temperatura tijekom noći može pasti i ispod 20 stupnjeva, pa ponesite i laganu jaknu.

– Ne idite na put u sandalama ili japankama. One na ovako zahtjevnim dionicama znaju puknuti, a onda ste ostavljeni na cjedilu. Također, pošto je noć, mogućnost ozljeda u japankama je veća.
– Na sebi nosite svjetleći prsluk i držite bateriju u ruci.
– Ponesite vodu, izbjegavajte gazirana i cola pića. Možete ponijeti i neko izotonično piće.
– Kavu možete popiti, ali ne pretjerujte. Kava uzrokuje dehidraciju, a uz kombinaciju fizičke aktivnosti može vas potjerati i na nuždu "broj dva". Obvezno izbjegavajte alkoholna pića!
– Od hrane ponesite integralne kekse, banane, jabuku, sendvič sa sirom i šunkom, grožđe... Izbjegavajte slanu i preslatku hranu. Tijekom puta možete povremeno pojesti i sladoled. U subotu će mnogi od hodočasnika postiti, no hranu koja nije posna ipak mogu jesti iza ponoći, dakle u nedjelju.

– Na put prema Sinju se kreće između 7 i 10 sati navečer, pa se neki od vas pitaju što jesti prije puta. Uglavnom, savjet je da ne jede nikakvu tešku spizu, izbjegavajte alkohol. Možete pojesti neko voće, idealne su banane koje u sebi imaju dovoljno ugljikohidrata i kalija. Pošto je post, možete kombinirati banane i bademe.
– Tijekom puta redovito se odmarajte, posebno stariji od 50 godina i oni koji nisu u formi.
– Ako imate dijabetes, problema s plućima, srcem i neke druge bolesti, posavjetujte se s liječnikom prije ove zahtjevne hodnje.
– U Sinju držite razmak, a ako želite ući u crkvu obvezno stavite masku. maske koristite i na otvorenom ako ste u gužvi.
– U ruksaku imajte i ovo: flaster, 70-postotni alkohol (za dezinfekciju ruku i moguću dezinfekciju rane), zavoj, vodu, osobne dokumente, punjač za mobitel i bateriju za mobitel, bombone – ako vam padne nivo energije, voće, kekse...

Ovih dana će put Sinja pješke krenuti tisuće hodočasnika kako bi se poklonili Čudotvornoj Gospi Sinjskoj. Brojni idu iz Splita, Solina, Kaštela, Makarske, otoka, BiH... Sinj i Split dijeli 35 kilometara, a to se pješke prijeđe za nekih 6 do 8 sati. Proteklih godina u Sinj bi tijekom 14. i 15. kolovoza došlo i do 100 tisuća hodočasnika.
Evo savjeta.
– Šetajte u starim, provjerenim tenisicama. Ne krećite na put u novoj, nerazgaženoj obući. Baš takva uzrokuje žuljeve.
– Tijekom subote i nedjelje u Sinju se očekuje sunčano vrijeme. Bit će vedro, s maksimalnim dnevnim temperaturama od oko 34 stupnja, a noću oko 25 stupnjeva. No na mikrolokacijama (Dicmo, Kukuzovac) temperatura tijekom noći može pasti i ispod 20 stupnjeva, pa ponesite i laganu jaknu.

– Ne idite na put u sandalama ili japankama. One na ovako zahtjevnim dionicama znaju puknuti, a onda ste ostavljeni na cjedilu. Također, pošto je noć, mogućnost ozljeda u japankama je veća.
– Na sebi nosite svjetleći prsluk i držite bateriju u ruci.
– Ponesite vodu, izbjegavajte gazirana i cola pića. Možete ponijeti i neko izotonično piće.
– Kavu možete popiti, ali ne pretjerujte. Kava uzrokuje dehidraciju, a uz kombinaciju fizičke aktivnosti može vas potjerati i na nuždu "broj dva". Obvezno izbjegavajte alkoholna pića!
– Od hrane ponesite integralne kekse, banane, jabuku, sendvič sa sirom i šunkom, grožđe... Izbjegavajte slanu i preslatku hranu. Tijekom puta možete povremeno pojesti i sladoled. U subotu će mnogi od hodočasnika postiti, no hranu koja nije posna ipak mogu jesti iza ponoći, dakle u nedjelju.

– Na put prema Sinju se kreće između 7 i 10 sati navečer, pa se neki od vas pitaju što jesti prije puta. Uglavnom, savjet je da ne jede nikakvu tešku spizu, izbjegavajte alkohol. Možete pojesti neko voće, idealne su banane koje u sebi imaju dovoljno ugljikohidrata i kalija. Pošto je post, možete kombinirati banane i bademe.
– Tijekom puta redovito se odmarajte, posebno stariji od 50 godina i oni koji nisu u formi.
– Ako imate dijabetes, problema s plućima, srcem i neke druge bolesti, posavjetujte se s liječnikom prije ove zahtjevne hodnje.
– U Sinju držite razmak, a ako želite ući u crkvu obvezno stavite masku. maske koristite i na otvorenom ako ste u gužvi.
– U ruksaku imajte i ovo: flaster, 70-postotni alkohol (za dezinfekciju ruku i moguću dezinfekciju rane), zavoj, vodu, osobne dokumente, punjač za mobitel i bateriju za mobitel, bombone – ako vam padne nivo energije, voće, kekse...
