Trideset šesta je obljetnica od kada se ondašnja vlast smilovala i asfaltirala sedam kilometara dugu dionicu ceste od Šestanovca do Blata na Cetini, koja je, eto, svoj rođendan dočekala nagrđena i urušena.

Podlokana kišnim bujicama i podzemnim vodama koje se strmoglavljuju niz Kreševnicu, brda sa sjeverne strane u čijem se podnožju usjekao sporni prometni pravac koji je s južne strane omeđen kanjonom rijeke Cetine, njom se već petnaestak dana vozi jednim trakom, jer je dio ceste na dijelu neposredno do središta Blata završio gotovo u - Cetini.

To se moglo i očekivati, jer zbog nebrige i sustavnog zapostavljanja spomenute ceste zub vremena učinio svoje i na koncu dokosurio. Iako smo u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" u više navrata upozoravali na možebitne poslijedice loše skrbi o spomenutoj dionici, nažalost to se i obistinilo.

I najvećem nestručnjaku bilo je jasno da već godinama dio kolnika lagano klizi prema Cetini. Tamo je već završilo nekoliko smjerokaznih signalizirajućih stupića s napomenom da je bilo samo pitanje zle sudbine i vremenskih (ne)prilika kada će se u kanjon dislocirati i sama prometnica.

Klizište je već prije četiri godine prouzročilo odvajanje asfaltnog sloja u dužini od tridesetak metara što je za posljedicu imalo širenje pukotina iz kojih je rasla trava. Prije koju godinu na pojedinim dijelovima, odnosno u opasnim zavojima, izvedeni su radovi površinske obrade asfalta s ciljem sprečavanja proklizavanja vozila.

Tada su nas iz Županijske uprave za ceste Split (ŽUC) obavijestili kako se kod obrade asfalta koriste materijali eruptivnog podrijetla koji povećavaju trenje i tako sprječavaju iskliznuće vozila s kolnika. Međutim, u prvim danima vožnje po novom-starom asfaltu, došlo je do odvajanja tog sloja, pa je nakon dva dana izvođač uklonio tobožnji asfaltni višak.

Tom prilikom su nam županijski "cestari" odgovorili kako su upoznati sa stanjem županijske prometnice na potezu Blato na Cetini-Kreševo Polje. Tobože zbog "skućenih" redovitih prihoda i velike mreže županijskih i lokalnih cesta, trenutno nisu bili u mogućnosti izdvojiti novac za cjelovitu rekonstrukciju spomenute prometnice.

Iako su se usporedno na području Imotske krajine sanirale i one prometnice kojima dnevni promet vozila nije ni upola velik u odnosu na cestu od Šestanovca do ulaska na autocestovno čvorište kod Blata na Cetini. Jedino što su tada odgovorni konstatirali, nakon vizualnog pregleda, da se radi o "cesti koja je izgrađena na laporovitom području s jakim dotokom podzemnih i površinskih pribrežnih voda koji ju dodatno ugrožavaju".

I sami su uočili vidljive pukotine na asfaltu i denivelaciju kolnika, ali ne i klizanje trupa ceste. Tek na jednoj lokaciji zapaženo je proklizavanje kao posljedica izljeva propusta.

Nažalost, oni tada nisu vidjeli, a svi ostali jesu. Kako mještani, tako i vozači koji svakodnevno ili tek povremeno prolaze tom prometnicom koja je ne tako davno imala i status državne ceste. Žalosno je što je (ne)stručna većina dokazala da "struka" nije predvidjela ovakvi razvoj situacije.

Valjda će sada izvršiti detaljniji obilazak i donijeti odgovarajuće mjere koje će obuhvatiti kontrolu cjelokupnog sustava odvodnje i sanirati glavu ispusta na mjestu klizanja rubova asfalta, sanirati postojeće pukotine i urediti križanje s lokalnom cestom za zaselak Zečići što su i obećali.

Naime, povijest njezina građenja u najmanju ruku bila je nevjerovatna, a to podrazumjeva kako onda tako i danas, usku povezanost uz politička razmišljanja tamošnjih žitelja. Iz godine u godinu ljudima se obećavala nova cesta. Novac je (kao) bio osiguran i onda bi umjesto asfalta dobili bi jalovinu koju bi tada cestari uz pomoć motike i mašura raznosili od rupe do rupe.

I onda su te "davne" 1986. godine uz blagoslov zemaljskih i nebeskih vlasti Katunjani i Kreševljani možda i posljednji u Dalmaciji dobili toliko očekivani asfaltni sloj. Radobiljani nikada nisu bili režimlije, ali daleko od toga da nisu bili domoljubi, pa ni danas kada te ljepive i vrlo viskozne tvari ima na pretek, za njih i njihove potrebe tek malo i ništa.

Da je suprotno, ta nekada državna, a sada županijska prometnica, nakon što su prošla tri i pol desetljeća od njezine izgradnje, na njoj bi se već odavno crnio novi asfaltni sloj.

Ovako čekamo odgovor struke iz ŽUC-a kada i kako će završiti trakavica na županijskoj cesti od krucijalne važnost za tamošnje stanovnike i jedinoj alternativi zamosorskom dijelu autoceste od Dugopolja do Šestanovca.

Trideset šesta je obljetnica od kada se ondašnja vlast smilovala i asfaltirala sedam kilometara dugu dionicu ceste od Šestanovca do Blata na Cetini, koja je, eto, svoj rođendan dočekala nagrđena i urušena.

Podlokana kišnim bujicama i podzemnim vodama koje se strmoglavljuju niz Kreševnicu, brda sa sjeverne strane u čijem se podnožju usjekao sporni prometni pravac koji je s južne strane omeđen kanjonom rijeke Cetine, njom se već petnaestak dana vozi jednim trakom, jer je dio ceste na dijelu neposredno do središta Blata završio gotovo u - Cetini.

To se moglo i očekivati, jer zbog nebrige i sustavnog zapostavljanja spomenute ceste zub vremena učinio svoje i na koncu dokosurio. Iako smo u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" u više navrata upozoravali na možebitne poslijedice loše skrbi o spomenutoj dionici, nažalost to se i obistinilo.

I najvećem nestručnjaku bilo je jasno da već godinama dio kolnika lagano klizi prema Cetini. Tamo je već završilo nekoliko smjerokaznih signalizirajućih stupića s napomenom da je bilo samo pitanje zle sudbine i vremenskih (ne)prilika kada će se u kanjon dislocirati i sama prometnica.

Klizište je već prije četiri godine prouzročilo odvajanje asfaltnog sloja u dužini od tridesetak metara što je za posljedicu imalo širenje pukotina iz kojih je rasla trava. Prije koju godinu na pojedinim dijelovima, odnosno u opasnim zavojima, izvedeni su radovi površinske obrade asfalta s ciljem sprečavanja proklizavanja vozila.

Tada su nas iz Županijske uprave za ceste Split (ŽUC) obavijestili kako se kod obrade asfalta koriste materijali eruptivnog podrijetla koji povećavaju trenje i tako sprječavaju iskliznuće vozila s kolnika. Međutim, u prvim danima vožnje po novom-starom asfaltu, došlo je do odvajanja tog sloja, pa je nakon dva dana izvođač uklonio tobožnji asfaltni višak.

Tom prilikom su nam županijski "cestari" odgovorili kako su upoznati sa stanjem županijske prometnice na potezu Blato na Cetini-Kreševo Polje. Tobože zbog "skućenih" redovitih prihoda i velike mreže županijskih i lokalnih cesta, trenutno nisu bili u mogućnosti izdvojiti novac za cjelovitu rekonstrukciju spomenute prometnice.

Iako su se usporedno na području Imotske krajine sanirale i one prometnice kojima dnevni promet vozila nije ni upola velik u odnosu na cestu od Šestanovca do ulaska na autocestovno čvorište kod Blata na Cetini. Jedino što su tada odgovorni konstatirali, nakon vizualnog pregleda, da se radi o "cesti koja je izgrađena na laporovitom području s jakim dotokom podzemnih i površinskih pribrežnih voda koji ju dodatno ugrožavaju".

I sami su uočili vidljive pukotine na asfaltu i denivelaciju kolnika, ali ne i klizanje trupa ceste. Tek na jednoj lokaciji zapaženo je proklizavanje kao posljedica izljeva propusta.

Nažalost, oni tada nisu vidjeli, a svi ostali jesu. Kako mještani, tako i vozači koji svakodnevno ili tek povremeno prolaze tom prometnicom koja je ne tako davno imala i status državne ceste. Žalosno je što je (ne)stručna većina dokazala da "struka" nije predvidjela ovakvi razvoj situacije.

Valjda će sada izvršiti detaljniji obilazak i donijeti odgovarajuće mjere koje će obuhvatiti kontrolu cjelokupnog sustava odvodnje i sanirati glavu ispusta na mjestu klizanja rubova asfalta, sanirati postojeće pukotine i urediti križanje s lokalnom cestom za zaselak Zečići što su i obećali.

Naime, povijest njezina građenja u najmanju ruku bila je nevjerovatna, a to podrazumjeva kako onda tako i danas, usku povezanost uz politička razmišljanja tamošnjih žitelja. Iz godine u godinu ljudima se obećavala nova cesta. Novac je (kao) bio osiguran i onda bi umjesto asfalta dobili bi jalovinu koju bi tada cestari uz pomoć motike i mašura raznosili od rupe do rupe.

I onda su te "davne" 1986. godine uz blagoslov zemaljskih i nebeskih vlasti Katunjani i Kreševljani možda i posljednji u Dalmaciji dobili toliko očekivani asfaltni sloj. Radobiljani nikada nisu bili režimlije, ali daleko od toga da nisu bili domoljubi, pa ni danas kada te ljepive i vrlo viskozne tvari ima na pretek, za njih i njihove potrebe tek malo i ništa.

Da je suprotno, ta nekada državna, a sada županijska prometnica, nakon što su prošla tri i pol desetljeća od njezine izgradnje, na njoj bi se već odavno crnio novi asfaltni sloj.

Ovako čekamo odgovor struke iz ŽUC-a kada i kako će završiti trakavica na županijskoj cesti od krucijalne važnost za tamošnje stanovnike i jedinoj alternativi zamosorskom dijelu autoceste od Dugopolja do Šestanovca.
