Imoćani su na nogama. Na kamenoj Perinuši na rijeci Vrljici, zaštićenom kulturnom dobru i omiljenom motivu s razglednica i inspiraciji slikara, bušenjem je postavljena neprimjerena ograda nebesko plave boje.

Glavni i odgovorni za nemir je investitorska tvrtka Hrvatske vode koja gospodari ovim područjem i koja je, slikovito kažu mještani, ćorava na oba oka za estetiku i baštinu. A imotska javnost je jako osjetljiva na svoje atrakcije, posebno kada su pod zaštitom konzervatora.

Na administrativnoj tromeđi općina Proložac i Podbablje i Grada Imotskog, kao na ničijoj zemlji, a ustvari na zemlji s kojom se poistovjećuje cjelokupna Imotska krajina, smjestilo se slikovito zdanje opasano rijekom i zelenilom kojem domaći ljudi, a ni putnici namjernici u ljepoti ne nalaze mane.

Perinušu se od pamtivijeka doživljava kao odmorište, mjesto susreta i okrjepe za ljude i stoku, ali i stanicu na kojoj će udahnuti i umočiti ruku u studenu mater Vrljiku koja je upravo na toj lokaciji u punom zamahu i sjaju. A pamte se i mlinica i kamene vacade, šetnica uz rukavce rijeke, gospodska kuća obitelji Franceschi s kraja 19. stoljeća, a prema nekim navodima, konture kompleksa Perinuše i njezin smiraj za domaću čeljad sežu sve do srednjeg vijeka.

Novije doba se tu lokaciju povezuje uz popularan festival "Magic Time Vinyl" koji se uz tisuće posjetitelja posljednjih godina održava na livadama uz Vrljiku. Pred očima biciklista, izletnika i turista od prije nekoliko dana nalazi se i masivna željezna konstrukcija duž čitavog prepoznatljivog zaštićenog zida.

Mještani su bijesni, društvene mreže pune gnjeva, a institucijama uključenima u priču zvone telefoni i dolazi elektronička pošta s konkretnim pitanjima. Tko je bio nepromišljen, a dovoljno hrabar, za donošenje odluke da se na stoljetni kamen na kojem generacije počivaju, postavi u najmanju ruku neprimjerena ograda kao da je riječ o kakvoj neuglednoj brani izvan dosega ljudskih očiju, lišenu ikakvog smisla i osjećaja za estetiku, povijest i naslijeđe?

Trag vodi do vodopravnog inspektora iz Hrvatskih voda koje su nadležne za područje Perinuše. Na naše pitanje iz te državne tvrtke odgovaraju kako je sve napravljeno kako treba, po propisima, bez namjere kršenja pravila, ali kako će se ipak, u dogovoru s Konzervatorskim odjelom u Imotskom, pronaći sretnije rješenje.

Slično kažu i iz Ministarstva kulture – utvrđeno je da se prostor morao ograditi sukladno odredbama zaštite na radu, ali da ih prethodno nitko nije kontaktirao. Slažu se, ograda je neprimjerena, ali potrebna.

- Smanjit ćemo vizualni utjecaj ograde na kulturno dobro, te će se u narednom razdoblju, zajedno s navedenim investitorom naći odgovarajuće rješenje za spornu ogradu - navode iz resorne administracije u pisanom odgovoru.

Općine Podbablje, Proložac i Grad Imotski po čijim granicama vijuga rijeka i nalazi se Perinuša o postavljanju plave ograde nemaju nikakvih saznanja, baš kao ni županijska ustanova "More i krš", zadužena za upravljanje Vrljikom koja je posebni rezervat prirode.

Imoćani se ne zadovoljavaju takvim odgovorima; ne priznaju suhoparne odredbe. Radijski voditelj Tomo Matković, istraživač i zaljubljenik u stare imotske običaje, kao i jedan od organizatora festivala "Magic Time Vinyl", zgrožen je postupanjima institucija:

- Perinuša je zaštićeno kulturno dobro i njena vizura, koja je jedna od prepoznatljivih slika Imotskog, nije se dirala već stoljećima, a sada je to upropašteno suludom birokratskom odlukom. Evo, neka se i na splitsku rivu, cijelom dužinom, također postavi ovakva ograda. Dubrovačke zidine također predstavljaju ugrozu života, zato ovim putem apeliram da se ovakva ograda stavi i tamo!

Po čemu bi imotski životi bili vrjedniji od splitskih ili dubrovačkih? Pitam se, je li netko od lokalnih institucija nešto poduzeo? Ili samo slijegao ramenima – ogorčen je Matković.

Čini se da poduzimaju, ali retroaktivno, po sistemu "stavi pa paraj". Ograda će se preinačiti, ovoga puta u skladu s uputama konzervatora. Lokalne ćakule govore kako će se ograda samo prebojiti iz "kričavo plave" u nijansu sive, prikladniju stoljetnom kamenu. Zaštita svakako ostaje, iako je lokalnom stanovništvu upitna i sama činjenica je li ona uopće potrebna.

Imoćane puno više muči kako će sada toćati noge i krijepiti dušu kad ih je silom i željezom odvojilo od njihova izvora života.

Imoćani su na nogama. Na kamenoj Perinuši na rijeci Vrljici, zaštićenom kulturnom dobru i omiljenom motivu s razglednica i inspiraciji slikara, bušenjem je postavljena neprimjerena ograda nebesko plave boje.

Glavni i odgovorni za nemir je investitorska tvrtka Hrvatske vode koja gospodari ovim područjem i koja je, slikovito kažu mještani, ćorava na oba oka za estetiku i baštinu. A imotska javnost je jako osjetljiva na svoje atrakcije, posebno kada su pod zaštitom konzervatora.

Na administrativnoj tromeđi općina Proložac i Podbablje i Grada Imotskog, kao na ničijoj zemlji, a ustvari na zemlji s kojom se poistovjećuje cjelokupna Imotska krajina, smjestilo se slikovito zdanje opasano rijekom i zelenilom kojem domaći ljudi, a ni putnici namjernici u ljepoti ne nalaze mane.

Perinušu se od pamtivijeka doživljava kao odmorište, mjesto susreta i okrjepe za ljude i stoku, ali i stanicu na kojoj će udahnuti i umočiti ruku u studenu mater Vrljiku koja je upravo na toj lokaciji u punom zamahu i sjaju. A pamte se i mlinica i kamene vacade, šetnica uz rukavce rijeke, gospodska kuća obitelji Franceschi s kraja 19. stoljeća, a prema nekim navodima, konture kompleksa Perinuše i njezin smiraj za domaću čeljad sežu sve do srednjeg vijeka.

Novije doba se tu lokaciju povezuje uz popularan festival "Magic Time Vinyl" koji se uz tisuće posjetitelja posljednjih godina održava na livadama uz Vrljiku. Pred očima biciklista, izletnika i turista od prije nekoliko dana nalazi se i masivna željezna konstrukcija duž čitavog prepoznatljivog zaštićenog zida.

Mještani su bijesni, društvene mreže pune gnjeva, a institucijama uključenima u priču zvone telefoni i dolazi elektronička pošta s konkretnim pitanjima. Tko je bio nepromišljen, a dovoljno hrabar, za donošenje odluke da se na stoljetni kamen na kojem generacije počivaju, postavi u najmanju ruku neprimjerena ograda kao da je riječ o kakvoj neuglednoj brani izvan dosega ljudskih očiju, lišenu ikakvog smisla i osjećaja za estetiku, povijest i naslijeđe?

Trag vodi do vodopravnog inspektora iz Hrvatskih voda koje su nadležne za područje Perinuše. Na naše pitanje iz te državne tvrtke odgovaraju kako je sve napravljeno kako treba, po propisima, bez namjere kršenja pravila, ali kako će se ipak, u dogovoru s Konzervatorskim odjelom u Imotskom, pronaći sretnije rješenje.

Slično kažu i iz Ministarstva kulture – utvrđeno je da se prostor morao ograditi sukladno odredbama zaštite na radu, ali da ih prethodno nitko nije kontaktirao. Slažu se, ograda je neprimjerena, ali potrebna.

- Smanjit ćemo vizualni utjecaj ograde na kulturno dobro, te će se u narednom razdoblju, zajedno s navedenim investitorom naći odgovarajuće rješenje za spornu ogradu - navode iz resorne administracije u pisanom odgovoru.

Općine Podbablje, Proložac i Grad Imotski po čijim granicama vijuga rijeka i nalazi se Perinuša o postavljanju plave ograde nemaju nikakvih saznanja, baš kao ni županijska ustanova "More i krš", zadužena za upravljanje Vrljikom koja je posebni rezervat prirode.

Imoćani se ne zadovoljavaju takvim odgovorima; ne priznaju suhoparne odredbe. Radijski voditelj Tomo Matković, istraživač i zaljubljenik u stare imotske običaje, kao i jedan od organizatora festivala "Magic Time Vinyl", zgrožen je postupanjima institucija:

- Perinuša je zaštićeno kulturno dobro i njena vizura, koja je jedna od prepoznatljivih slika Imotskog, nije se dirala već stoljećima, a sada je to upropašteno suludom birokratskom odlukom. Evo, neka se i na splitsku rivu, cijelom dužinom, također postavi ovakva ograda. Dubrovačke zidine također predstavljaju ugrozu života, zato ovim putem apeliram da se ovakva ograda stavi i tamo!

Po čemu bi imotski životi bili vrjedniji od splitskih ili dubrovačkih? Pitam se, je li netko od lokalnih institucija nešto poduzeo? Ili samo slijegao ramenima – ogorčen je Matković.

Čini se da poduzimaju, ali retroaktivno, po sistemu "stavi pa paraj". Ograda će se preinačiti, ovoga puta u skladu s uputama konzervatora. Lokalne ćakule govore kako će se ograda samo prebojiti iz "kričavo plave" u nijansu sive, prikladniju stoljetnom kamenu. Zaštita svakako ostaje, iako je lokalnom stanovništvu upitna i sama činjenica je li ona uopće potrebna.

Imoćane puno više muči kako će sada toćati noge i krijepiti dušu kad ih je silom i željezom odvojilo od njihova izvora života.
