Izgradnja Veteranskog centra u Sinju, za što je upravo u tijeku postupak javne nabave, barem će donekle spasiti obraz gradske vlasti kad je u pitanju iskorištenost prostora bivše Vojarne Ivaniša Nelipića.
Već desetak godina sinjski čelnici muljaju što će i kako će, što se zapravo svelo na “ništa će”, sve dok u Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja nisu odabrali Sinj kao lokaciju za Veteranski centar u ovom dijelu države.
Još 2007. godine tadašnja sinjska gradska vlast zatražila je od Vlade RH da joj daruje bivšu Vojarnu Ivaniša Nelipića, koju je MORH tri godine ranije proglasio neperspektivnom za potrebe HV-a. Radi se u vojarni u neposrednoj blizini gradskog centra, izgrađenoj u vrijeme Austro-Ugarske Monarhije, znanoj kao Rajn-kasarna.
Od izgradnje pa sve do prije 20-ak godina u kontinuitetu je bila dom vojske država i režima koji su se stalno mijenjali. Posljednji su je koristili pripadnici 126. brigade i još neke manje postrojbe HV-a kao svoju bazu tijekom Domovinskog rata.
Vlada Jadranke Kosor u kolovozu 2011. godine uručila je Gradu Sinju odluku o darovanju bivše vojarne, i to za potrebe navedene u zahtjevu Sinja iz 2007. godine: prostora za smještaj gradske uprave, nove zgrade osnovne i glazbene škole, gradske sportske dvorane te prostora za potrebe pojedinih ministarstava.
Vlada je pritom prijenos vlasništva uvjetovala izradom Detaljnog plana uređenja (DPU). Sinjani su naručili izradu toga dokumenta i u njegovu prvom izdanju prostor bivše vojarne namijenili za staračke domove, zdravstvene ambulante i državne službe. Još prije toga, a i godinama kasnije, gradsko čelništvo uvjeravalo je svoje sugrađane da imaju investitora koji bi u bivšoj vojarni izgradio regionalni dom za starije osobe kapaciteta 450 smještajnih jedinica, uz ulaganje oko 100 milijuna kuna i zapošljavanje stotinjak osoba.
Treba li ponavljati da je to bila samo jedna od šupljih priča na koju su nasjeli punoljetni žitelji alkarskoga grada dajući uzastopno u tri navrata povjerenje jednoj političkoj opciji.

Rezultat nesposobnosti gradske vlasti u kontinuitetu u posljednjem desetljeću jest potpuna devastacija objekata u bivšoj vojarni, dva požara u kojima je jedan objekt potpuno izgorio, a najveća je dosadašnja korist za građane veliko besplatno parkiralište.
Inicijativa branitelja pokrenuta prije kojih pet-šest godina sada je, čini se, došla pred realizaciju, pa će barem dio bivše vojarne napokon biti stavljen u službu korisnika. Gradsko vijeće, kao nominalni vlasnik bivše vojarne, donijelo je odluku da se za potrebe Veteranskog centra Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja bez naknade ustupa parcela u površini od 7838 četvornih metara i zgrada čija je površina 12.901 kvadrat.
Gradsko vijeće također je bez naknade na Ministarstvo za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku prenijelo zgradu od 283 četvorna metra i nedefiniranu površinu njezina dvorišta namijenjenog parkiralištu, a za potrebe Centra za socijalnu skrb u Sinju, koji već desetljećima radi u unajmljenom prostoru.
Država je, dakle, darovala Sinju bivšu vojarnu i, vidjevši da Sinjani ne znaju što će s tim zlata vrijednim prostorom, uzela natrag ono što joj je sada zatrebalo. U iščekivanju početka realizacije ovih dvaju državnih projekata, Grad Sinj nedavno je ugovorio izgradnju glavne sabirne ceste u bivšoj vojarni, vrijedne 5,7 milijuna kuna s PDV-om. U sklopu kompleksa bivše vojarne, na raspolaganju Gradu Sinju još je površina od 17.236 četvornih metara.
Pitali smo gradonačelnicu Kristinu Križanac jesu li definirani sadržaji koji bi se gradili na tom prostoru te postoje li potencijalni investitori. U kratkom odgovoru Križanac nam je kazala: “Preostalih 17.236 četvornih metara ima namjenu određenu DPU-om. Povremeno su nam se javljali zainteresirani investitori, ali do danas, po našoj ocjeni, ni jedna poslovna inicijativa nije bila realna.”

Izgradnja Veteranskog centra u Sinju, za što je upravo u tijeku postupak javne nabave, barem će donekle spasiti obraz gradske vlasti kad je u pitanju iskorištenost prostora bivše Vojarne Ivaniša Nelipića.
Već desetak godina sinjski čelnici muljaju što će i kako će, što se zapravo svelo na “ništa će”, sve dok u Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja nisu odabrali Sinj kao lokaciju za Veteranski centar u ovom dijelu države.
Još 2007. godine tadašnja sinjska gradska vlast zatražila je od Vlade RH da joj daruje bivšu Vojarnu Ivaniša Nelipića, koju je MORH tri godine ranije proglasio neperspektivnom za potrebe HV-a. Radi se u vojarni u neposrednoj blizini gradskog centra, izgrađenoj u vrijeme Austro-Ugarske Monarhije, znanoj kao Rajn-kasarna.
Od izgradnje pa sve do prije 20-ak godina u kontinuitetu je bila dom vojske država i režima koji su se stalno mijenjali. Posljednji su je koristili pripadnici 126. brigade i još neke manje postrojbe HV-a kao svoju bazu tijekom Domovinskog rata.
Vlada Jadranke Kosor u kolovozu 2011. godine uručila je Gradu Sinju odluku o darovanju bivše vojarne, i to za potrebe navedene u zahtjevu Sinja iz 2007. godine: prostora za smještaj gradske uprave, nove zgrade osnovne i glazbene škole, gradske sportske dvorane te prostora za potrebe pojedinih ministarstava.
Vlada je pritom prijenos vlasništva uvjetovala izradom Detaljnog plana uređenja (DPU). Sinjani su naručili izradu toga dokumenta i u njegovu prvom izdanju prostor bivše vojarne namijenili za staračke domove, zdravstvene ambulante i državne službe. Još prije toga, a i godinama kasnije, gradsko čelništvo uvjeravalo je svoje sugrađane da imaju investitora koji bi u bivšoj vojarni izgradio regionalni dom za starije osobe kapaciteta 450 smještajnih jedinica, uz ulaganje oko 100 milijuna kuna i zapošljavanje stotinjak osoba.
Treba li ponavljati da je to bila samo jedna od šupljih priča na koju su nasjeli punoljetni žitelji alkarskoga grada dajući uzastopno u tri navrata povjerenje jednoj političkoj opciji.

Rezultat nesposobnosti gradske vlasti u kontinuitetu u posljednjem desetljeću jest potpuna devastacija objekata u bivšoj vojarni, dva požara u kojima je jedan objekt potpuno izgorio, a najveća je dosadašnja korist za građane veliko besplatno parkiralište.
Inicijativa branitelja pokrenuta prije kojih pet-šest godina sada je, čini se, došla pred realizaciju, pa će barem dio bivše vojarne napokon biti stavljen u službu korisnika. Gradsko vijeće, kao nominalni vlasnik bivše vojarne, donijelo je odluku da se za potrebe Veteranskog centra Ministarstvu hrvatskih branitelja bez naknade ustupa parcela u površini od 7838 četvornih metara i zgrada čija je površina 12.901 kvadrat.
Gradsko vijeće također je bez naknade na Ministarstvo za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku prenijelo zgradu od 283 četvorna metra i nedefiniranu površinu njezina dvorišta namijenjenog parkiralištu, a za potrebe Centra za socijalnu skrb u Sinju, koji već desetljećima radi u unajmljenom prostoru.
Država je, dakle, darovala Sinju bivšu vojarnu i, vidjevši da Sinjani ne znaju što će s tim zlata vrijednim prostorom, uzela natrag ono što joj je sada zatrebalo. U iščekivanju početka realizacije ovih dvaju državnih projekata, Grad Sinj nedavno je ugovorio izgradnju glavne sabirne ceste u bivšoj vojarni, vrijedne 5,7 milijuna kuna s PDV-om. U sklopu kompleksa bivše vojarne, na raspolaganju Gradu Sinju još je površina od 17.236 četvornih metara.
Pitali smo gradonačelnicu Kristinu Križanac jesu li definirani sadržaji koji bi se gradili na tom prostoru te postoje li potencijalni investitori. U kratkom odgovoru Križanac nam je kazala: “Preostalih 17.236 četvornih metara ima namjenu određenu DPU-om. Povremeno su nam se javljali zainteresirani investitori, ali do danas, po našoj ocjeni, ni jedna poslovna inicijativa nije bila realna.”
