"Ekološka kriza je ponajprije kriza morala i zbiljski prijezir spram čovjeka", izjavio je to svojedobno danas pokojni papa Ivan Pavao II., a te velike riječi slušao je grad i svijet. Međutim, malo je toga palo na plodno tlo ili gotovo ništa.

Da jest, onda ne bismo svjedočili slikama poput one u Blatu na Cetini gdje je "savjestan" netko u naljepšem dijelu kanjona krške ljepotice iskrcao hrpu otpada na gotovo nepristupačnom terenu. Najvjerojatnije, a to nalaže zdravi razum, da je taj ljubitelj prirodnih ljepota, otpad u rijeku izbacio iz kamiona s prometnice smještene tridesetak metara iznad ne bi li skrio svoje nedjelo.

Dobro je odvagnuo prije nego što je u djelo proveo svoj nasilnički naum prema prirodi. Budući da na tom dijelu ceste što od Blata vodi prema Šestanovcu nema metalnih odbojnika, a svjestan da se padina pruža oštro okomito prema kanjonu i da nema šanse da itko vidi s ceste, osim u slučaju da zaustavi vozilo i dobro se nagne prema Cetini, pod okriljem noći, proveo je svoje nedjelo.

Nažalost, nije prvi put da se na tom području događa ekocid. Prije nekoliko godina upravo je na tom lokalitetu pronađeno uginulo govedo. A tamo je završilo na već opisan način.

Žalosno je što i danas, jednako kao unatrag pola stoljeća, svjedočimo ovakvim stvarima. Govoriti o razvrstavanju otpada, reciklažnim dvorištima i ostalim naprednim ekološkim novotarijama, jednako je kao gluhu govoriti ili slijepu namigivati.

Ništa nismo naučili i svojski se trudimo da tako i ostane. Tobože, negodujemo kada nas u kojekavim serijama uspoređuju sa srednjovjekovnom zabiti ili Afrikom sa strujom. Nismo bolje ni zaslužili. Ako se mi pravimo slijepi, drugi itekako dobro vide.

"Ekološka kriza je ponajprije kriza morala i zbiljski prijezir spram čovjeka", izjavio je to svojedobno danas pokojni papa Ivan Pavao II., a te velike riječi slušao je grad i svijet. Međutim, malo je toga palo na plodno tlo ili gotovo ništa.

Da jest, onda ne bismo svjedočili slikama poput one u Blatu na Cetini gdje je "savjestan" netko u naljepšem dijelu kanjona krške ljepotice iskrcao hrpu otpada na gotovo nepristupačnom terenu. Najvjerojatnije, a to nalaže zdravi razum, da je taj ljubitelj prirodnih ljepota, otpad u rijeku izbacio iz kamiona s prometnice smještene tridesetak metara iznad ne bi li skrio svoje nedjelo.

Dobro je odvagnuo prije nego što je u djelo proveo svoj nasilnički naum prema prirodi. Budući da na tom dijelu ceste što od Blata vodi prema Šestanovcu nema metalnih odbojnika, a svjestan da se padina pruža oštro okomito prema kanjonu i da nema šanse da itko vidi s ceste, osim u slučaju da zaustavi vozilo i dobro se nagne prema Cetini, pod okriljem noći, proveo je svoje nedjelo.

Nažalost, nije prvi put da se na tom području događa ekocid. Prije nekoliko godina upravo je na tom lokalitetu pronađeno uginulo govedo. A tamo je završilo na već opisan način.

Žalosno je što i danas, jednako kao unatrag pola stoljeća, svjedočimo ovakvim stvarima. Govoriti o razvrstavanju otpada, reciklažnim dvorištima i ostalim naprednim ekološkim novotarijama, jednako je kao gluhu govoriti ili slijepu namigivati.

Ništa nismo naučili i svojski se trudimo da tako i ostane. Tobože, negodujemo kada nas u kojekavim serijama uspoređuju sa srednjovjekovnom zabiti ili Afrikom sa strujom. Nismo bolje ni zaslužili. Ako se mi pravimo slijepi, drugi itekako dobro vide.
