Stanovnici Splita i naše županije imaju potrebu za šest mobilnih timova palijativne skrbi, ali ni 10 mjeseci nakon što je započela s radom prva takva "ekipa" pri regionalnom Domu zdravlja, stvari se nisu pomaknule od te pozicije.

U timu su dr. Maja Božić-Šakić, specijalistica onkologije i radioterapije koja je ranije radila na bolničkoj Onkologiji, te medicinska sestra Kadira Slivar, prvostupnica sestrinstva. Njih dvije već 10 mjeseci obilaze sve one građane u našoj županiji kojima treba palijativna skrb i koji se nalaze na popisu koordinatora za palijativnu skrb pri Domu zdravlja.

- Mobilni palijativni tim je s radom započeo 4. siječnja i do sada su izišli na ukupno 1300 intervencija. Da bi ljudima objasnili koliko su velik posao napravile, najbolje govori brojka da su dnevno prosječno obavile više od šest intervencija, odnosno 130 posjeta mjesečno - ističe Amneris Milano Bekavac, glavna sestra regionalne medicinske institucije, s kojom smo razgovarali pred kraj listopada, mjeseca posvećenog palijativnoj skrbi.

Osobu kojoj treba palijativna skrb koordinatoru za palijativnu skrb može prijaviti KBC prilikom otpusta takvog pacijenta s liječenja, te obitelj, liječnik obiteljske medicine ili bilo koja osoba koja zna da nekome treba palijativna skrb.

- Naš tim odlazi kod pacijenta ovisno o njegovim potrebama, tako da je kod 300 od spomenutih 1300 intervencija u pitanju bio prvi posjet pacijentu, a sve ostalo su bili ponovljeni posjeti - kaže sestra Milano Bekavac.

Međutim, ima situacija kada obitelj ili netko drugi kasno prijavi pacijenta kojem je potrebna skrb, pa takva osoba umre prije nego što ga posjeti stručna ekipa.

- U našem registru za palijativnu skrb od početka godine prijavljeno je tisuću osoba, od čega je njih 505 još uvijek na životu, dok ih je nažalost 495 preminulo. Prema našim procjenama, u županiji postoji najmanje dvije tisuće osoba koje imaju potrebu za palijativnom skrbi - tvrdi naša sugovornica.

Tim palijativne skrbi po potrebi odlazi u najudaljenije krajeve, gdje god nekome treba pomoć.

- Split, Sinj, Imotski, sva mala mjesta i sela u županiji mi pokrivamo s tim jednim timom. Da ih imamo više, puno bi nam bilo lakše, a kao što znate imamo potrebu za šest takvih timova. Zbog nedostatka kadra, ponajprije liječnika, nismo u mogućnosti oformiti još poneki tim.

Stoga, pozivamo sve liječnike bilo koje specijalizacije, umirovljene liječnike koji bi radili četiri sata dnevno, mlade liječnike koji su tek specijalizirali, a koji bi rado radili u palijativi, da nas nazovu i dođu kako bismo oformili još poneki mobilni palijativni tim. Na taj bi način oni najpotrebitiji pacijenti, osobe koje su na zalasku života, imale još bolju medicinsku skrb i mogli dostojanstveno napustiti ovozemaljski život - kaže Amneris Milano Bekavac.

Naravno, svi oni koji bi radili u mobilnom timu trebali bi proći edukaciju iz palijativne skrbi, ali to je nešto što se radi "u hodu".

- Plaća liječnika u mobilnom timu palijativne skrbi je na razini specijalističke plaće u KBC-u, bez dežurstava. Interes postoji, javila nam se naša liječnica koji živi i radi u Švicarskoj, ali to još nismo finalizirali.

Ima upita i liječnika iz bolnice, ali za sada sve ostaje na upitima. Nadamo se da ćemo u najskorije vrijeme moći oformiti barem još jedan ovakav tim, na dobrobit svih onih kojima je naša pomoć potrebna - zaključuje glavna sestra Doma zdravlja.

Stanovnici Splita i naše županije imaju potrebu za šest mobilnih timova palijativne skrbi, ali ni 10 mjeseci nakon što je započela s radom prva takva "ekipa" pri regionalnom Domu zdravlja, stvari se nisu pomaknule od te pozicije.

U timu su dr. Maja Božić-Šakić, specijalistica onkologije i radioterapije koja je ranije radila na bolničkoj Onkologiji, te medicinska sestra Kadira Slivar, prvostupnica sestrinstva. Njih dvije već 10 mjeseci obilaze sve one građane u našoj županiji kojima treba palijativna skrb i koji se nalaze na popisu koordinatora za palijativnu skrb pri Domu zdravlja.

- Mobilni palijativni tim je s radom započeo 4. siječnja i do sada su izišli na ukupno 1300 intervencija. Da bi ljudima objasnili koliko su velik posao napravile, najbolje govori brojka da su dnevno prosječno obavile više od šest intervencija, odnosno 130 posjeta mjesečno - ističe Amneris Milano Bekavac, glavna sestra regionalne medicinske institucije, s kojom smo razgovarali pred kraj listopada, mjeseca posvećenog palijativnoj skrbi.

Osobu kojoj treba palijativna skrb koordinatoru za palijativnu skrb može prijaviti KBC prilikom otpusta takvog pacijenta s liječenja, te obitelj, liječnik obiteljske medicine ili bilo koja osoba koja zna da nekome treba palijativna skrb.

- Naš tim odlazi kod pacijenta ovisno o njegovim potrebama, tako da je kod 300 od spomenutih 1300 intervencija u pitanju bio prvi posjet pacijentu, a sve ostalo su bili ponovljeni posjeti - kaže sestra Milano Bekavac.

Međutim, ima situacija kada obitelj ili netko drugi kasno prijavi pacijenta kojem je potrebna skrb, pa takva osoba umre prije nego što ga posjeti stručna ekipa.

- U našem registru za palijativnu skrb od početka godine prijavljeno je tisuću osoba, od čega je njih 505 još uvijek na životu, dok ih je nažalost 495 preminulo. Prema našim procjenama, u županiji postoji najmanje dvije tisuće osoba koje imaju potrebu za palijativnom skrbi - tvrdi naša sugovornica.

Tim palijativne skrbi po potrebi odlazi u najudaljenije krajeve, gdje god nekome treba pomoć.

- Split, Sinj, Imotski, sva mala mjesta i sela u županiji mi pokrivamo s tim jednim timom. Da ih imamo više, puno bi nam bilo lakše, a kao što znate imamo potrebu za šest takvih timova. Zbog nedostatka kadra, ponajprije liječnika, nismo u mogućnosti oformiti još poneki tim.

Stoga, pozivamo sve liječnike bilo koje specijalizacije, umirovljene liječnike koji bi radili četiri sata dnevno, mlade liječnike koji su tek specijalizirali, a koji bi rado radili u palijativi, da nas nazovu i dođu kako bismo oformili još poneki mobilni palijativni tim. Na taj bi način oni najpotrebitiji pacijenti, osobe koje su na zalasku života, imale još bolju medicinsku skrb i mogli dostojanstveno napustiti ovozemaljski život - kaže Amneris Milano Bekavac.

Naravno, svi oni koji bi radili u mobilnom timu trebali bi proći edukaciju iz palijativne skrbi, ali to je nešto što se radi "u hodu".

- Plaća liječnika u mobilnom timu palijativne skrbi je na razini specijalističke plaće u KBC-u, bez dežurstava. Interes postoji, javila nam se naša liječnica koji živi i radi u Švicarskoj, ali to još nismo finalizirali.

Ima upita i liječnika iz bolnice, ali za sada sve ostaje na upitima. Nadamo se da ćemo u najskorije vrijeme moći oformiti barem još jedan ovakav tim, na dobrobit svih onih kojima je naša pomoć potrebna - zaključuje glavna sestra Doma zdravlja.

Stanovnici Splita i naše županije imaju potrebu za šest mobilnih timova palijativne skrbi, ali ni 10 mjeseci nakon što je započela s radom prva takva "ekipa" pri regionalnom Domu zdravlja, stvari se nisu pomaknule od te pozicije.
