Ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat u četvrtak je u Kokorićima kod Vrgorca najavio da će se sanirati svih 16 stambenih objekata stradalih u nedavnoj poplavi.

"Agencija za stambeno zbrinjavanje, Agencija za  pravni promet nekretnina i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine imaju u proračunu  planske stavke iz kojih se može dijelom sanirati ova šteta", rekao je Horvat i dodao kako će se, kad se stvore uvjeti, domaćinstvima stradalima u poplavi nabaviti i kućanski aparati, kao što je to učinjeno i drugdje.

"Mislim da je to  najmanje što država za stanovnike Kokorića može napraviti," rekao je Horvat i ustvrdio kako je poplava nanijele veliku i gotovo trajnu štetu.

Po njegovim riječima, sada je prioritetno vidjeti na koji način, što je prije moguće, osposobiti stambene objekte da se ljudi vrate u svoje domove. 

"Mi ćemo vrlo brzo, u suradnji s Građevinskim fakultetom, vidjeti na koji način stambeni objekti mogu biti pojedinačno sanirani, a možda je ovo i prilika da se ti objekti legaliziraju," kazao je Horvat.

Objasnio je kako će građevinska struka reći na koji način i kad se može pristupiti sanaciji.

"Prioritetno je potrebno sve ono što je uništeno maknuti iz stambenih prostora, dezinficirati ih i isušiti, a nakon toga neka inženjeri građevine, odnosno arhitekti ustanove na koji način će se sanirati", rekao je i dodao kako će prihvatiti ideju struke i osigurati da stanovnici prezime što je lakše moguće, bez obzira na to hoće li božićne blagdane provesti kod najbližih ili će se za njih osigurati privremeni smještaj dok se njihovi stambeni objekti ne vrate, kako je rekao, možda i u bolje stanje nego prije poplave.

Ministar Horvat izvijestio je kako je na današnjem operativnom sastanku s gradskim i županijskim dužnosnicima u Vrgorcu dogovoreno da se hitno, već sutra, angažira Hrvatska vojska i počisti ono što je poplava uništila te da se popiše šteta kako bi se moglo pristupiti procijeni i izradi troškovnika za saniranje objekata.

Što se tiče šteta na poljoprivrednim usjevima , kazao je Horvat, to je u ovlasti Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Na pitanje ima li država 100 milijuna kuna za probijanje novog tunela koji bi služio za odvodnju vode iz poplavljenog vrgoračkog polja i polja Rastok, ministar Horvat je odgovorio potvrdio.

"Infrastrukturni projekti na koje računamo, nije ovo jedini takav, siguran sam pronaći će izvor njihova financiranja i to isključivo u državnom proračunu", rekao je Horvat i dodao da program oporavka i višegodišnji financijski okvir u segmentu i Hrvatskih voda i Hrvatskih cesta ima predviđen "ogromni iznos" sredstava.

Siguran sa da će biti potrebno, ne samo ovaj tunel (kod Vrgorca), već i neke druge lokalitete sanirati -  protupotresno, protuklizno i protupoplavno, dodao je.

Prema riječima Kokorićana, voda se sada povukla više od tri metra ispod maksimalno dosegnute razine.

Ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat u četvrtak je u Kokorićima kod Vrgorca najavio da će se sanirati svih 16 stambenih objekata stradalih u nedavnoj poplavi.

"Agencija za stambeno zbrinjavanje, Agencija za  pravni promet nekretnina i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine imaju u proračunu  planske stavke iz kojih se može dijelom sanirati ova šteta", rekao je Horvat i dodao kako će se, kad se stvore uvjeti, domaćinstvima stradalima u poplavi nabaviti i kućanski aparati, kao što je to učinjeno i drugdje.

"Mislim da je to  najmanje što država za stanovnike Kokorića može napraviti," rekao je Horvat i ustvrdio kako je poplava nanijele veliku i gotovo trajnu štetu.

Po njegovim riječima, sada je prioritetno vidjeti na koji način, što je prije moguće, osposobiti stambene objekte da se ljudi vrate u svoje domove. 

"Mi ćemo vrlo brzo, u suradnji s Građevinskim fakultetom, vidjeti na koji način stambeni objekti mogu biti pojedinačno sanirani, a možda je ovo i prilika da se ti objekti legaliziraju," kazao je Horvat.

Objasnio je kako će građevinska struka reći na koji način i kad se može pristupiti sanaciji.

"Prioritetno je potrebno sve ono što je uništeno maknuti iz stambenih prostora, dezinficirati ih i isušiti, a nakon toga neka inženjeri građevine, odnosno arhitekti ustanove na koji način će se sanirati", rekao je i dodao kako će prihvatiti ideju struke i osigurati da stanovnici prezime što je lakše moguće, bez obzira na to hoće li božićne blagdane provesti kod najbližih ili će se za njih osigurati privremeni smještaj dok se njihovi stambeni objekti ne vrate, kako je rekao, možda i u bolje stanje nego prije poplave.

Ministar Horvat izvijestio je kako je na današnjem operativnom sastanku s gradskim i županijskim dužnosnicima u Vrgorcu dogovoreno da se hitno, već sutra, angažira Hrvatska vojska i počisti ono što je poplava uništila te da se popiše šteta kako bi se moglo pristupiti procijeni i izradi troškovnika za saniranje objekata.

Što se tiče šteta na poljoprivrednim usjevima , kazao je Horvat, to je u ovlasti Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Na pitanje ima li država 100 milijuna kuna za probijanje novog tunela koji bi služio za odvodnju vode iz poplavljenog vrgoračkog polja i polja Rastok, ministar Horvat je odgovorio potvrdio.

"Infrastrukturni projekti na koje računamo, nije ovo jedini takav, siguran sam pronaći će izvor njihova financiranja i to isključivo u državnom proračunu", rekao je Horvat i dodao da program oporavka i višegodišnji financijski okvir u segmentu i Hrvatskih voda i Hrvatskih cesta ima predviđen "ogromni iznos" sredstava.

Siguran sa da će biti potrebno, ne samo ovaj tunel (kod Vrgorca), već i neke druge lokalitete sanirati -  protupotresno, protuklizno i protupoplavno, dodao je.

Prema riječima Kokorićana, voda se sada povukla više od tri metra ispod maksimalno dosegnute razine.
