ISPRAVAK
Ivan Budalić, kao gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog, izričito demantira sve navode novinarke Gabrijele Radanović iznesene u članku objavljenom u novinama i na portalu „Slobodna Dalmacija” dana 23. 4. 2021. godine vezane za njegovo navodno nestručno postupanje prilikom dodjele financijskih sredstava preko demografske mjere poticanja mladih obitelji za izgradnju i adaptaciju kuća na području Grada Imotskog, posebice da je postupljeno protivno pozitivnim zakonskim propisima i da su počinjena kaznena djela, zbog čega da je predmet dodijeljen Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (dalje: USKOK)
S obzirom kako je u cijelom članku izrečen popriličan broj neistinitih i netočnih tvrdnji na štetu g. Budalića, isti se ovim putem na navedene tvrdnje očituje, kako slijedi:
Prvenstveno, netočan je navod novinarke kako je g. Budalić kao Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog nestručno proveo cjelokupan postupak dodjele sredstava.
Naime, g. Budalić je, u skladu sa svojim ovlastima kao zakonski zastupnik Grada Imotskog, poštovao svu propisanu proceduru prilikom dodjele novčanih sredstava Korisnicima te je pritom donio propisane Odluke, Pravilnik i druge akte, a koji su javno dostupni te svi zainteresirani imaju uvida u iste.
Za pojedine Korisnike s kojima su zaključeni ugovori, konkretno njih pet, naknadnim saznanjima utvrđeno je da nisu ispunili natječajne uvjete Javnog poziva Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, što posljedično znači da nisu zadovoljili uvjete ni Javnog poziva Grada Imotskog. Naime, ti isti korisnici su neposredno prije sklapanja ugovora o dodjeli sredstava s Gradom Imotskim bili osobno obaviješteni od strane Splitsko-dalmatinske županije o neispunjavanju uvjeta te su unatoč navedenoj činjenici pristupili potpisivanju ugovora.
Stoga ih je Grad Imotski pozvao na povrat isplaćenih sredstava, a s obzirom da po pozivu nisu postupili, protiv njih su pokrenuti parnični postupci pred nadležnim Sudom, a navedeno postupanje nije ni na koji način povezano s involviranjem bilo kakvih državnih tijela, kako se pogrešno prikazuje u predmetnom članku.
Tako isti podnose neosnovane prijave nadležnim tijelima koji po svakoj prijavi moraju postupati te isto predstavlja njihovu zakonsku dužnost.
Prilikom postupanja, isti poduzimaju radnje kojima prikupljaju podatke, između ostalog i razgovore s pojedincima, a navedeno ni na koji način ne znači da postoje bilo kakve nepravilnosti.
Međutim, ni USKOK niti bilo koje državno tijelo nije kontaktiralo g. Budalića glede okolnosti istaknutih u spornom članku.
Tako isto Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog, g. Ivan Budalić ni na koji način nije utjecao na izbor pojedinih Korisnika kojima su dodijeljena određena sredstva, niti ima kakve druge ovlasti, osim uobičajenih kao zakonski zastupnik Grada Imotskog, kako se suprotno nastoji prikazati u javnosti.
S obzirom na istaknuto, provedeni postupak je proveden zakonito, u skladu s propisanim pravilima te nema govora o bilo kakvoj nepravilnosti u konkretnom slučaju.
Spornim člankom u javnosti je prikazana potpuno pogrešna i neistina slika da se Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog g. Ivan Budalić ogriješio o zakone, a što nije istina.

Ivan Budalić, kao gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog, izričito demantira sve navode novinarke Gabrijele Radanović iznesene u članku objavljenom u novinama i na portalu „Slobodna Dalmacija” dana 23. 4. 2021. godine vezane za njegovo navodno nestručno postupanje prilikom dodjele financijskih sredstava preko demografske mjere poticanja mladih obitelji za izgradnju i adaptaciju kuća na području Grada Imotskog, posebice da je postupljeno protivno pozitivnim zakonskim propisima i da su počinjena kaznena djela, zbog čega da je predmet dodijeljen Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (dalje: USKOK)
S obzirom kako je u cijelom članku izrečen popriličan broj neistinitih i netočnih tvrdnji na štetu g. Budalića, isti se ovim putem na navedene tvrdnje očituje, kako slijedi:
Prvenstveno, netočan je navod novinarke kako je g. Budalić kao Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog nestručno proveo cjelokupan postupak dodjele sredstava.
Naime, g. Budalić je, u skladu sa svojim ovlastima kao zakonski zastupnik Grada Imotskog, poštovao svu propisanu proceduru prilikom dodjele novčanih sredstava Korisnicima te je pritom donio propisane Odluke, Pravilnik i druge akte, a koji su javno dostupni te svi zainteresirani imaju uvida u iste.
Za pojedine Korisnike s kojima su zaključeni ugovori, konkretno njih pet, naknadnim saznanjima utvrđeno je da nisu ispunili natječajne uvjete Javnog poziva Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, što posljedično znači da nisu zadovoljili uvjete ni Javnog poziva Grada Imotskog. Naime, ti isti korisnici su neposredno prije sklapanja ugovora o dodjeli sredstava s Gradom Imotskim bili osobno obaviješteni od strane Splitsko-dalmatinske županije o neispunjavanju uvjeta te su unatoč navedenoj činjenici pristupili potpisivanju ugovora.
Stoga ih je Grad Imotski pozvao na povrat isplaćenih sredstava, a s obzirom da po pozivu nisu postupili, protiv njih su pokrenuti parnični postupci pred nadležnim Sudom, a navedeno postupanje nije ni na koji način povezano s involviranjem bilo kakvih državnih tijela, kako se pogrešno prikazuje u predmetnom članku.
Tako isti podnose neosnovane prijave nadležnim tijelima koji po svakoj prijavi moraju postupati te isto predstavlja njihovu zakonsku dužnost.
Prilikom postupanja, isti poduzimaju radnje kojima prikupljaju podatke, između ostalog i razgovore s pojedincima, a navedeno ni na koji način ne znači da postoje bilo kakve nepravilnosti.
Međutim, ni USKOK niti bilo koje državno tijelo nije kontaktiralo g. Budalića glede okolnosti istaknutih u spornom članku.
Tako isto Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog, g. Ivan Budalić ni na koji način nije utjecao na izbor pojedinih Korisnika kojima su dodijeljena određena sredstva, niti ima kakve druge ovlasti, osim uobičajenih kao zakonski zastupnik Grada Imotskog, kako se suprotno nastoji prikazati u javnosti.
S obzirom na istaknuto, provedeni postupak je proveden zakonito, u skladu s propisanim pravilima te nema govora o bilo kakvoj nepravilnosti u konkretnom slučaju.
Spornim člankom u javnosti je prikazana potpuno pogrešna i neistina slika da se Gradonačelnik Grada Imotskog g. Ivan Budalić ogriješio o zakone, a što nije istina.
