Dobrodošli u Ričice - selo olimpijskih pobjednika, Welcome to Ričice - the village of Olympic winners, stoji natpis sa fotografijama dva poznata svjetska sportaša na velikim panoima na ulazu u pitoreskne Ričice.

Selo je to na sjeverozapadu općine Proložac, selo poznatih pečalbara s jednim od najljepših prirodnih okružja ne samo u Imotskoj krajini, konačno i selo koje, recimo, u samo jednoj ulici u Frankfurtu ima više svojih mještana nego što ih ima u samim Ričicama.

Raseljen, predivan kraj ima i još nešto znamenito. Selo je to odakle su izniknula i dva olimpijska pobjednika. Korijene iz njega vuku Mate Parlov, proslavljeni olimpijski i svjetski šampion u profesionalnom boksu, te Josip Pavić, naš poznati vaterpolist i osvajač zlatne medalje na Olimpijskim igrama 2012. godine.

Mate Parlov zlatna olimpijska medalja u poluteškoj kategoriji 1972. godine, četrdeset godina kasnije Josip Pavić iz Londona s reprezentacijom Hrvatske u vaterpolu donosi zlatnu medalju s Olimpijade.

Njima u čast mještani Ričica odužili su se lijepim panoima. S tri ulaza u njihovo selo, tamo od Imotskog, pa od Prološca i od Studenaca postavili su se panoi s njihovim fotografijama. Neka se zna da je malo ovakvih malih sela ne samo u Hrvatskoj, već i u svijetu, koja su dala dva olimpijska zlatna momka.

- Da, ideja je moja te našega don Mladena Parlova i vrijednoga Željka Tandare iz Zavičajne eko udruge Ričice. Našim zlatnim olimpijcima na ovaj način hvala i neka se zna da nismo samo poznati pečalbari koji neizmjerno vole svoj kraj, već i da među nama ima i vrhunskih svjetskih sportaša - riječi su Davora Pavića, šefa kabineta župana Blaženka Bobana, koji je uz spomenutu dvojicu svojih sumještana realizirao ovaj projekt.

Upravo za blagdan zaštitnika župe Ričice sv. Ivana Krstitelja brojni gosti, ali i Ričičanci iz mnogih zemalja svijeta ući će u svoje selo s pogledom na svoje sportske junake.

Dobrodošli u Ričice - selo olimpijskih pobjednika, Welcome to Ričice - the village of Olympic winners, stoji natpis sa fotografijama dva poznata svjetska sportaša na velikim panoima na ulazu u pitoreskne Ričice.

Selo je to na sjeverozapadu općine Proložac, selo poznatih pečalbara s jednim od najljepših prirodnih okružja ne samo u Imotskoj krajini, konačno i selo koje, recimo, u samo jednoj ulici u Frankfurtu ima više svojih mještana nego što ih ima u samim Ričicama.

Raseljen, predivan kraj ima i još nešto znamenito. Selo je to odakle su izniknula i dva olimpijska pobjednika. Korijene iz njega vuku Mate Parlov, proslavljeni olimpijski i svjetski šampion u profesionalnom boksu, te Josip Pavić, naš poznati vaterpolist i osvajač zlatne medalje na Olimpijskim igrama 2012. godine.

Mate Parlov zlatna olimpijska medalja u poluteškoj kategoriji 1972. godine, četrdeset godina kasnije Josip Pavić iz Londona s reprezentacijom Hrvatske u vaterpolu donosi zlatnu medalju s Olimpijade.

Njima u čast mještani Ričica odužili su se lijepim panoima. S tri ulaza u njihovo selo, tamo od Imotskog, pa od Prološca i od Studenaca postavili su se panoi s njihovim fotografijama. Neka se zna da je malo ovakvih malih sela ne samo u Hrvatskoj, već i u svijetu, koja su dala dva olimpijska zlatna momka.

- Da, ideja je moja te našega don Mladena Parlova i vrijednoga Željka Tandare iz Zavičajne eko udruge Ričice. Našim zlatnim olimpijcima na ovaj način hvala i neka se zna da nismo samo poznati pečalbari koji neizmjerno vole svoj kraj, već i da među nama ima i vrhunskih svjetskih sportaša - riječi su Davora Pavića, šefa kabineta župana Blaženka Bobana, koji je uz spomenutu dvojicu svojih sumještana realizirao ovaj projekt.

Upravo za blagdan zaštitnika župe Ričice sv. Ivana Krstitelja brojni gosti, ali i Ričičanci iz mnogih zemalja svijeta ući će u svoje selo s pogledom na svoje sportske junake.

Dobrodošli u Ričice - selo olimpijskih pobjednika, Welcome to Ričice - the village of Olympic winners, stoji natpis sa fotografijama dva poznata svjetska sportaša na velikim panoima na ulazu u pitoreskne Ričice.

Selo je to na sjeverozapadu općine Proložac, selo poznatih pečalbara s jednim od najljepših prirodnih okružja ne samo u Imotskoj krajini, konačno i selo koje, recimo, u samo jednoj ulici u Frankfurtu ima više svojih mještana nego što ih ima u samim Ričicama.

Raseljen, predivan kraj ima i još nešto znamenito. Selo je to odakle su izniknula i dva olimpijska pobjednika. Korijene iz njega vuku Mate Parlov, proslavljeni olimpijski i svjetski šampion u profesionalnom boksu, te Josip Pavić, naš poznati vaterpolist i osvajač zlatne medalje na Olimpijskim igrama 2012. go...
