Radovi na državnoj cesti Ravča-Vrgorac počeli su u veljači, a projekt vrijedan 31 milijun kuna obuhvaća rekonstrukciju i dogradnju sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone “Ravča” do Vrgorca.

Zahvat čiji su investitori Hrvatske vode, HEP, Hrvatske ceste, Grad i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska trebao bi prema ranijim najavama biti završen do 1. srpnja i početka špice turističke sezone, ali već sada je jasno da radovi kasne i da će možda biti gotovi tek na jesen. Zbog toga iz dana u dan strpljenje popušta, kako kod stanovnika Ravče, ali i kod brojnih vozača koji svakodnevno prolaze tom dionicom prometnice u Zabiokovlju.

- Situacija pomalo počinje biti nepodnošljiva. Nitko od mještana nema ništa protiv radova, ali jednostavno pojedini potezi izvođača nemaju veze sa zdravim razumom.

Cesta kroz Ravču je razrovana, urušeni su stari potporni zidovi, promet se naizmjenično odvija u jednoj traci, a zeleno svjetlo na semaforu traje šest sekundi. Vozači se onda nemaju gdje mimoići, pa nastaju problemi, svađe, psovke... Na dijelu ceste od križanja prema Makarskoj do skretanja za Koteze vlada totalni kaos.

S druge strane, na dionici od restorana “Portal” do Vrgorca ne radi se gotovo ništa. Kada oni to misle onda završiti?! – pitaju se ogorčeni stanovnici Ravče koji su nas zamolili za anonimnost zbog osjetljivosti teme.

Stanovnici tog vrgorskog sela tvrde da je pitanje dana kada će netko stradati ako se nešto ne promijeni jer je sezona pred vratima i već se osjeća povećanje prometa u odnosu na zimske mjesece. Cesta je opterećena i potpuno uništena, dok je ponašanje vozača posebna priča.

Uskladite semafore!

- Tu se vozi nenormalno, svaki dan smo svjedoci naglih kočenja, “šlajfanja”, kao da je riječ o autocesti, a ne o jednoj prometnoj traci stare Napoleonove ceste, k tome i punoj rupa. Privremeni semafori se uopće ne poštuju, a kako će se poštivati kad nisu namješteni s pravilnim vremenskim intervalima?!

Strahujemo da će netko izgubiti glavu jer policajci rijetko dolaze. Ne trebaju oni pisati kazne, ali barem da autoritetom uspostave neki red. Jer ovome se ne nazire kraj - ističu u Ravči.

Zbog usporenih radova na zapadnom cestovnom ulazu zakomplicirala se situacija i na “uskom grlu” Tinova grada, Domobranskoj ulici koja je postala najprometnija lokalna prometnica.

- Prvi i osnovni problem je brzina kojom se vozi, a osim toga, to je uska ulica koja nije predviđena za toliki promet, nema pješačkih prijelaza, a svakodnevno njome prolaze kamioni, autobusi... Bilo je već nekoliko sudara, a svađe su gotovo svakodnevica.

Život ljudi u Domobranskoj ulici postao je nepodnošljiv - kaže Denis Ćulav, stanar spomenute vrgorske ulice.

Gradonačelnik Mile Herceg tvrdi da je upoznat s cijelom situacijom, no da su prava adresa za rješenje svih problema - izvođač radova i njegovi podizvođači.

- Kada će radovi završiti? Ne znam, vjerojatno u rujnu. Međutim, to je pravo pitanje za izvođača radova, tvrtku “Elektrocentar Petek” i njegove podizvođače. Nedavno sam bio na sastanku projektne koordinacije, gdje sam upoznao nadležne s problemima.

Zvao sam voditelja projekta i nadzornog inženjera, te zatražio da se saniraju oštećenja i rupe na cesti koja su nastala pod teretom teških kamiona. Nadam se da će to napraviti brzo. Isto tako zatražio sam da se asfaltira dio ceste kroz Ravču do skretanja za Koteze. Vjerujem da bi trebalo biti gotovo do početka srpnja. To je ono što mogu napraviti kao gradonačelnik - zaključuje Herceg.

Radovi na državnoj cesti Ravča-Vrgorac počeli su u veljači, a projekt vrijedan 31 milijun kuna obuhvaća rekonstrukciju i dogradnju sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone “Ravča” do Vrgorca.

Zahvat čiji su investitori Hrvatske vode, HEP, Hrvatske ceste, Grad i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska trebao bi prema ranijim najavama biti završen do 1. srpnja i početka špice turističke sezone, ali već sada je jasno da radovi kasne i da će možda biti gotovi tek na jesen. Zbog toga iz dana u dan strpljenje popušta, kako kod stanovnika Ravče, ali i kod brojnih vozača koji svakodnevno prolaze tom dionicom prometnice u Zabiokovlju.

- Situacija pomalo počinje biti nepodnošljiva. Nitko od mještana nema ništa protiv radova, ali jednostavno pojedini potezi izvođača nemaju veze sa zdravim razumom.

Cesta kroz Ravču je razrovana, urušeni su stari potporni zidovi, promet se naizmjenično odvija u jednoj traci, a zeleno svjetlo na semaforu traje šest sekundi. Vozači se onda nemaju gdje mimoići, pa nastaju problemi, svađe, psovke... Na dijelu ceste od križanja prema Makarskoj do skretanja za Koteze vlada totalni kaos.

S druge strane, na dionici od restorana “Portal” do Vrgorca ne radi se gotovo ništa. Kada oni to misle onda završiti?! – pitaju se ogorčeni stanovnici Ravče koji su nas zamolili za anonimnost zbog osjetljivosti teme.

Stanovnici tog vrgorskog sela tvrde da je pitanje dana kada će netko stradati ako se nešto ne promijeni jer je sezona pred vratima i već se osjeća povećanje prometa u odnosu na zimske mjesece. Cesta je opterećena i potpuno uništena, dok je ponašanje vozača posebna priča.

Uskladite semafore!

- Tu se vozi nenormalno, svaki dan smo svjedoci naglih kočenja, “šlajfanja”, kao da je riječ o autocesti, a ne o jednoj prometnoj traci stare Napoleonove ceste, k tome i punoj rupa. Privremeni semafori se uopće ne poštuju, a kako će se poštivati kad nisu namješteni s pravilnim vremenskim intervalima?!

Strahujemo da će netko izgubiti glavu jer policajci rijetko dolaze. Ne trebaju oni pisati kazne, ali barem da autoritetom uspostave neki red. Jer ovome se ne nazire kraj - ističu u Ravči.

Zbog usporenih radova na zapadnom cestovnom ulazu zakomplicirala se situacija i na “uskom grlu” Tinova grada, Domobranskoj ulici koja je postala najprometnija lokalna prometnica.

- Prvi i osnovni problem je brzina kojom se vozi, a osim toga, to je uska ulica koja nije predviđena za toliki promet, nema pješačkih prijelaza, a svakodnevno njome prolaze kamioni, autobusi... Bilo je već nekoliko sudara, a svađe su gotovo svakodnevica.

Život ljudi u Domobranskoj ulici postao je nepodnošljiv - kaže Denis Ćulav, stanar spomenute vrgorske ulice.

Gradonačelnik Mile Herceg tvrdi da je upoznat s cijelom situacijom, no da su prava adresa za rješenje svih problema - izvođač radova i njegovi podizvođači.

- Kada će radovi završiti? Ne znam, vjerojatno u rujnu. Međutim, to je pravo pitanje za izvođača radova, tvrtku “Elektrocentar Petek” i njegove podizvođače. Nedavno sam bio na sastanku projektne koordinacije, gdje sam upoznao nadležne s problemima.

Zvao sam voditelja projekta i nadzornog inženjera, te zatražio da se saniraju oštećenja i rupe na cesti koja su nastala pod teretom teških kamiona. Nadam se da će to napraviti brzo. Isto tako zatražio sam da se asfaltira dio ceste kroz Ravču do skretanja za Koteze. Vjerujem da bi trebalo biti gotovo do početka srpnja. To je ono što mogu napraviti kao gradonačelnik - zaključuje Herceg.

Cesti se ne nazire kraja, a Vrgorčanima popušta strpljenje: Bilo je već nekoliko sudara, a svađe su svakodnevica... Bojimo se da će netko izgubiti glavu!

Radovi na državnoj cesti Ravča-Vrgorac počeli su u veljači, a projekt vrijedan 31 milijun kuna obuhvaća rekonstrukciju i dogradnju sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone “Ravča” do Vrgorca.

Zahvat čiji su investitori Hrvatske vode, HEP, Hrvatske ceste, Grad i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska trebao bi prema ranijim najavama biti završen do 1. srpnja i početka špice turističke sezone, ali već sada je jasno da radovi kasne i da će možda biti gotovi tek na jesen. Zbog toga iz dana u dan strpljenje popušta, kako kod stanovnika Ravče, ali i kod brojnih vozača koji svakodnevno prolaze tom dionicom prometnice u Zabiokovlju.
