Teža prometna nesreća dogodila se nešto prije 13 sati na kolniku Jadranske magistrale na predjelu Banja između Rogotina i Opuzena, a riječ je o već trećem velikom sudaru na toj državnoj prometnici na dalmatinskom području unutar manje od četiri današnja sata.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, sudarila su se dva vozila njemačkih registracijskih oznaka, Mercedes kojim je upravljao mlađi vozač, najvjerovatnije albanske nacionalnosti, te Škoda Fabia karavan, za čijim je upravljačem bio stariji vozač.
Unatoč silini sudara, nitko od sudionika u prometu nije teže ozlijeđen. Trenutno su na mjestu događaja prometni policajci i radnici cestarske službe, a čeka se dolazak i vučne službe kako bi se s kolnika uklonio Mercedes koji ima automatski mjenjač, pa nije moguće njegovo fizičko pomicanje.
Sudar se dogodio na dugom cestovnom pravcu nakon Rogotinskog mosta preko rijeke Neretve u smjeru Opuzena. Riječ je o svojevrsnoj crnoj točki Magistrale, gdje mnogi vozači pokušavaju pretjecati unatoč činjenici što je uz istočni rub ceste cijeli niz malih prodajnih mjesta lokalnih voćara s pripadajućim "ugibalištima", kao i brojni prilazi poljima, a sa zapadne strane nalazi se skretanje prema Ušću Neretve, popularnom odredištu za kupače, jedriličare na dasci i ostale ljubitelje prirode.
Da ne govorimo kako je spomenuti potez prometno vrlo opterećen, jer se na dvotračnu državnu prometnicu u nedalekim Pločama slijeva sav promet s autoceste prema jugu Hrvatske, Crnoj Gori i Albaniji, a u Opuzenu i sva vozila koja stižu iz smjera tog dijela BiH.

Teža prometna nesreća dogodila se nešto prije 13 sati na kolniku Jadranske magistrale na predjelu Banja između Rogotina i Opuzena, a riječ je o već trećem velikom sudaru na toj državnoj prometnici na dalmatinskom području unutar manje od četiri današnja sata.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, sudarila su se dva vozila njemačkih registracijskih oznaka, Mercedes kojim je upravljao mlađi vozač, najvjerovatnije albanske nacionalnosti, te Škoda Fabia karavan, za čijim je upravljačem bio stariji vozač.
Unatoč silini sudara, nitko od sudionika u prometu nije teže ozlijeđen. Trenutno su na mjestu događaja prometni policajci i radnici cestarske službe, a čeka se dolazak i vučne službe kako bi se s kolnika uklonio Mercedes koji ima automatski mjenjač, pa nije moguće njegovo fizičko pomicanje.
Sudar se dogodio na dugom cestovnom pravcu nakon Rogotinskog mosta preko rijeke Neretve u smjeru Opuzena. Riječ je o svojevrsnoj crnoj točki Magistrale, gdje mnogi vozači pokušavaju pretjecati unatoč činjenici što je uz istočni rub ceste cijeli niz malih prodajnih mjesta lokalnih voćara s pripadajućim "ugibalištima", kao i brojni prilazi poljima, a sa zapadne strane nalazi se skretanje prema Ušću Neretve, popularnom odredištu za kupače, jedriličare na dasci i ostale ljubitelje prirode.
Da ne govorimo kako je spomenuti potez prometno vrlo opterećen, jer se na dvotračnu državnu prometnicu u nedalekim Pločama slijeva sav promet s autoceste prema jugu Hrvatske, Crnoj Gori i Albaniji, a u Opuzenu i sva vozila koja stižu iz smjera tog dijela BiH.
