Pandemija je, uz puno zla, donijela i poneku dobru stvar. Recimo, rad od kuće. Točnije, rad s bilo kojeg mjesta. Pokazalo se da zaposlenici nisu ništa manje produktivni ako ne dolaze u ured na posao, a poslodavcima je to značajno smanjilo troškove prijevoza, najma velikih ureda, grijanja i koječega još.
Rad od kuće do prije nekoliko godina bio je iznimka, sad je uobičajena pojava. Samo u SAD-u 26 posto svih zaposlenih radi na daljinu, četiri puta više njih u odnosu na 2019. Brojka će samo rasti. Taj trend je u Hrvatsku doveo i brojne digitalne nomade, a čini se da bi ubuduće tih stranaca koji dolaze u nas kako bi ovdje privremeno živjeli, a radili za tvrtke u inozemstvu, trebalo biti i više.
Već je u to ime dobro zaživjela i nova engleska kovanica – workation (work, vacation), odnosno primamljiva kombinacija posla i odmora. Vijest o Hrvatskoj kao zemlji u kojoj se, za zapadnjačke pojmove, može još uvijek relativno jeftino stanovati proširila se internetom. Ovih dana se i njemački "Bild" pozabavio ovom temom i sastavio top-listu najjeftinijih gradova s puno sunčanih dana, u kojima bi se isplatilo oformiti privremeni ured iz kuće.
Pobjegnite od zime i visokih troškova energije, nagovara "Bild" svoje čitatelje, trebaju vam samo laptop i pametni telefon. Vjerujemo da Nijemce neće trebati puno ni nagovarati jer, kao nikad dosad, strahuju od hladnih radijatora i visoke cijene energenata. "Bild" im nadalje čak i sugerira kamo bi se trebali uputiti, i to na temelju usporedbe cijena najmova povučenih iz pretraživača apartmana Holidu. Usporedili su podatke iz europskih gradova i sastavili rang-listu i pritom uzeli u obzir troškove stanovanja, brzinu interneta, prosječno trajanje sunčanog dana, broj dobro ocijenjenih aktivnosti u gradu i prosječnu cijenu kapučina ili pića poslije posla.
I, na prvom mjestu je Hvar! Hvar na Hvaru. Kaže "Bild" da je u Hvaru najjeftiniji smještaj tijekom zime, i to da se jednosobni stan može naći za 209,80 eura mjesečno, dok je prosječna cijene obroka u lokalnom restoranu srednje klase nešto niža od 15 eura. Drugi na listi je Istanbul, treća Atena, a četvrti Split! Nijemci su pronašli da se u Splitu jednosobni stan može unajmiti za 420 eura, a da ručak dođe 9,28 eura. Istina, može se. Nije lako, u pravilu su cijene veće, ali tko traži, zaista može naći jednosobne stanove i po toj cijeni.

Ali vratimo se mi Hvaru. Hvar je šampion u ovoj priči.
Iva Belaj Šantić, nova direktorica Turističke zajednica grada Hvara, ne krije da je veseli tekst iz "Bilda". Nije ovo, napominje nam, prvi put da ih strani mediji spominju u kontekstu supergrada za dulji boravak digitalnih nomada.
– Nažalost, broj privremenih i povremenih stanovnika, u koju skupinu pripadaju i digitalni nomadi, nije velik, no možda se poveća poslije ove objave. Nemamo službeni podatak koliko digitalnih nomada boravi na Hvaru, ali na otoku se smještaj za dugoročni najam stvarno može naći već za 200 eura, dok je sam grad Hvar nešto skuplji. U marendi možete uživati i ispod 112,50 kuna pa je tako ovih navedenih 15 eura krivi iznos – komentira Belaj Šantić.
A što otok nudi zimi? Sve ono čega nema u gradovima, kaže naša sugovornica, pa nabraja mir, priliku za koncentraciju i kontemplaciju, mogućnost istodobnog rada i "bijega od stvarnosti”.
Nudi i ured s pogledom na more uz zalazak sunca, priliku da upoznate samog sebe, ali i da uspostavite nova i kvalitetna poznanstva ili započnete aktivnosti koje si možda zbog brzine života u gradovima ne biste dopustili.
– Otok zimi jednostavno vam daje priliku da usporite, i to bez straha da će vas drugi prestići – tvrdi direktorica Iva Belaj Šantić.
Naravno, dodaje, otok je poseban, baš kao i ljudi koji tamo žive. Morate biti pomalo tvrdoglavi i samodostatni da bi vam se svidjelo. Trebali biste se znati zabaviti bez vanjskih poticaja, jer nema na Hvaru zimi nekih velikih događanja, kina, klubova, šoping-centara.

– Morate naučiti kako biti sam sa sobom, ali i kako biti dio zajednice koja želi znati sve o vama. Kad pogledate film (hvala Kinu Mediteran!), fokus je na filmu, a ne na kinodvorani, kokicama i ozvučenju. Pa onda, predavanja, radionice, predstave, događanja... svima dajete priliku da vas zainteresiraju iako inicijalno možda niste njihov konzument – vrlo je slikovita naša sugovornica.
Nije se tu zaustavila, evo što još stavlja u otočne pluseve: zdravija prehrana, jer fast foodova nema. Dalje, Hvar vas zimi nauči da postanete zahvalni i da ne birate previše jer izbora ponekad jednostavno nema.
I, da, otok nije za svakoga, osobito ne za one koji se ne mogu pomiriti s činjenicom da ni u 21. stoljeću sve nije dostupno odmah i sada... Na Hvaru tako nećete naći ni kemijsku čistionicu ni postolara, ali Split je samo na 60 minuta vožnje katamaranom (ako nije jako jugo). I online dostava savršeno funkcionira.

Pa ovaj zimski na Hvaru čini se blizak savršenstvu. Nisu Nijemci ludi.

Pandemija je, uz puno zla, donijela i poneku dobru stvar. Recimo, rad od kuće. Točnije, rad s bilo kojeg mjesta. Pokazalo se da zaposlenici nisu ništa manje produktivni ako ne dolaze u ured na posao, a poslodavcima je to značajno smanjilo troškove prijevoza, najma velikih ureda, grijanja i koječega još.
Rad od kuće do prije nekoliko godina bio je iznimka, sad je uobičajena pojava. Samo u SAD-u 26 posto svih zaposlenih radi na daljinu, četiri puta više njih u odnosu na 2019. Brojka će samo rasti. Taj trend je u Hrvatsku doveo i brojne digitalne nomade, a čini se da bi ubuduće tih stranaca koji dolaze u nas kako bi ovdje privremeno živjeli, a radili za tvrtke u inozemstvu, trebalo biti i više.
Već je u to ime dobro zaživjela i nova engleska kovanica – workation (work, vacation), odnosno primamljiva kombinacija posla i odmora. Vijest o Hrvatskoj kao zemlji u kojoj se, za zapadnjačke pojmove, može još uvijek relativno jeftino stanovati proširila se internetom. Ovih dana se i njemački "Bild" pozabavio ovom temom i sastavio top-listu najjeftinijih gradova s puno sunčanih dana, u kojima bi se isplatilo oformiti privremeni ured iz kuće.
Pobjegnite od zime i visokih troškova energije, nagovara "Bild" svoje čitatelje, trebaju vam samo laptop i pametni telefon. Vjerujemo da Nijemce neće trebati puno ni nagovarati jer, kao nikad dosad, strahuju od hladnih radijatora i visoke cijene energenata. "Bild" im nadalje čak i sugerira kamo bi se trebali uputiti, i to na temelju usporedbe cijena najmova povučenih iz pretraživača apartmana Holidu. Usporedili su podatke iz europskih gradova i sastavili rang-listu i pritom uzeli u obzir troškove stanovanja, brzinu interneta, prosječno trajanje sunčanog dana, broj dobro ocijenjenih aktivnosti u gradu i prosječnu cijenu kapučina ili pića poslije posla.
I, na prvom mjestu je Hvar! Hvar na Hvaru. Kaže "Bild" da je u Hvaru najjeftiniji smještaj tijekom zime, i to da se jednosobni stan može naći za 209,80 eura mjesečno, dok je prosječna cijene obroka u lokalnom restoranu srednje klase nešto niža od 15 eura. Drugi na listi je Istanbul, treća Atena, a četvrti Split! Nijemci su pronašli da se u Splitu jednosobni stan može unajmiti za 420 eura, a da ručak dođe 9,28 eura. Istina, može se. Nije lako, u pravilu su cijene veće, ali tko traži, zaista može naći jednosobne stanove i po toj cijeni.

Ali vratimo se mi Hvaru. Hvar je šampion u ovoj priči.
Iva Belaj Šantić, nova direktorica Turističke zajednica grada Hvara, ne krije da je veseli tekst iz "Bilda". Nije ovo, napominje nam, prvi put da ih strani mediji spominju u kontekstu supergrada za dulji boravak digitalnih nomada.
– Nažalost, broj privremenih i povremenih stanovnika, u koju skupinu pripadaju i digitalni nomadi, nije velik, no možda se poveća poslije ove objave. Nemamo službeni podatak koliko digitalnih nomada boravi na Hvaru, ali na otoku se smještaj za dugoročni najam stvarno može naći već za 200 eura, dok je sam grad Hvar nešto skuplji. U marendi možete uživati i ispod 112,50 kuna pa je tako ovih navedenih 15 eura krivi iznos – komentira Belaj Šantić.
A što otok nudi zimi? Sve ono čega nema u gradovima, kaže naša sugovornica, pa nabraja mir, priliku za koncentraciju i kontemplaciju, mogućnost istodobnog rada i "bijega od stvarnosti”.
Nudi i ured s pogledom na more uz zalazak sunca, priliku da upoznate samog sebe, ali i da uspostavite nova i kvalitetna poznanstva ili započnete aktivnosti koje si možda zbog brzine života u gradovima ne biste dopustili.
– Otok zimi jednostavno vam daje priliku da usporite, i to bez straha da će vas drugi prestići – tvrdi direktorica Iva Belaj Šantić.
Naravno, dodaje, otok je poseban, baš kao i ljudi koji tamo žive. Morate biti pomalo tvrdoglavi i samodostatni da bi vam se svidjelo. Trebali biste se znati zabaviti bez vanjskih poticaja, jer nema na Hvaru zimi nekih velikih događanja, kina, klubova, šoping-centara.

– Morate naučiti kako biti sam sa sobom, ali i kako biti dio zajednice koja želi znati sve o vama. Kad pogledate film (hvala Kinu Mediteran!), fokus je na filmu, a ne na kinodvorani, kokicama i ozvučenju. Pa onda, predavanja, radionice, predstave, događanja... svima dajete priliku da vas zainteresiraju iako inicijalno možda niste njihov konzument – vrlo je slikovita naša sugovornica.
Nije se tu zaustavila, evo što još stavlja u otočne pluseve: zdravija prehrana, jer fast foodova nema. Dalje, Hvar vas zimi nauči da postanete zahvalni i da ne birate previše jer izbora ponekad jednostavno nema.
I, da, otok nije za svakoga, osobito ne za one koji se ne mogu pomiriti s činjenicom da ni u 21. stoljeću sve nije dostupno odmah i sada... Na Hvaru tako nećete naći ni kemijsku čistionicu ni postolara, ali Split je samo na 60 minuta vožnje katamaranom (ako nije jako jugo). I online dostava savršeno funkcionira.

Pa ovaj zimski na Hvaru čini se blizak savršenstvu. Nisu Nijemci ludi.
