Na prvom ročištu, održanom u rujnu ove godine, nije se bio pojavio ni jedan kupac. Za ovu nekretninu na lokaciji Brižine, nužnu za proizvodni proces, Petar Pripuz do sada je plaćao najam, pa je bilo očekivano da će se u konačnici pojaviti i kao kupac.

Time je, naime, dobio zaokruženu cjelinu potrebnu za nesmetanu proizvodnju u valjaonici i čeličani. Valja napomenuti da je ročište na splitskome Općinskom sudu održano u ovršnom postupku što ga je na osnovi svojih potraživanja osiguranih hipotekom pokrenula tvrtka “Jadran-metal” iz Pule.

Bivšim zaposlenicima, sada vjerovnicima “Željezare”, ova prodaja nije donijela ni kune jer nakon podmirenja potraživanja “Jadran-metala” i troškova postupka nije ništa ostalo za stečajnu masu iz koje se naplaćuju vjerovnici.

Na ovom dražbenom ročištu ponuđeno je i zemljište na Mostinama (Dujmovača) u Splitu, s procijenjenom vrijednosti od 25 milijuna kuna, no zainteresiranih kupaca nije bilo, a sudac Goran Čolak naknadno će odrediti datum ponovnog održavanja.

Za danas najavljena sjednica Odbora vjerovnika Željezare “Split” u stečaju odgođena je za sljedeći tjedan.

vrijednosti od 6,1 milijun kuna.

Na prvom ročištu, održanom u rujnu ove godine, nije se bio pojavio ni jedan kupac. Za ovu nekretninu na lokaciji Brižine, nužnu za proizvodni proces, Petar Pripuz do sada je plaćao najam, pa je bilo očekivano da će se u konačnici pojaviti i kao kupac.

Time je, naime, dobio zaokruženu cjelinu potrebnu za nesmetanu proizvodnju u valjaonici i čeličani. Valja napomenuti da je ročište na splitskome Općinskom sudu održano u ovršnom postupku što ga je na osnovi svojih potraživanja osiguranih hipotekom pokrenula tvrtka “Jadran-metal” iz Pule.

Bivšim zaposlenicima, sada vjerovnicima “Željezare”, ova prodaja nije donijela ni kune jer nakon podmirenja potraživanja “Jadran-metala” i troškova postupka nije ništa ostalo za stečajnu masu iz koje se naplaćuju vjerovnici.

Na ovom dražbenom ročištu ponuđeno je i zemljište na Mostinama (Dujmovača) u Splitu, s procijenjenom vrijednosti od 25 milijuna kuna, no zainteresiranih kupaca nije bilo, a sudac Goran Čolak naknadno će odrediti datum ponovnog održavanja.

Za danas najavljena sjednica Odbora vjerovnika Željezare “Split” u stečaju odgođena je za sljedeći tjedan.

Petar Pripuz širi svoje carstvo - kupio još jednu halu za dva milijuna kuna

Za iznos od 2.062.235 kuna tvrtka CIOS Petra Pripuza kupila je na jučer održanom drugom dražbenom ročištu tvorničku halu Željezare “Split” u stečaju u Kaštel Sućurcu, što je trećina njezine procijenjene vrijednosti od 6,1 milijun kuna.

Na prvom ročištu, održanom u rujnu ove godine, nije se bio pojavio ni jedan kupac. Za ovu nekretninu na lokaciji Brižine, nužnu za proizvodni proces, Petar Pripuz do sada je plaćao najam, pa je bilo očekivano da će se u konačnici pojaviti i kao kupac.
