Prvaci smo u uništavanju svojih prirodnih ljepota, a poglavito pomorskog dobra koje je bogom dan resurs svih nas, no uvijek netko od pojedinaca želi betonirati komadić mrkinte za sebe, napraviti mul za svoj privatni brod, ograditi svoju privatnu plažu, graditi u zelenoj zoni, porušiti stabla u zaštićenoj šumi i naravno sve – bez dozvole.

Primjer najnovije devastacije je gradnja većeg objekta u zaštićenoj zoni "Š 2" na Čiovu, u Okrugu Gornjem, kao i podizanje visokog zida na plaži, na pomorskom dobru.

Naravno svo to građenje bez dozvola u zaštićenoj šumi, građani su prijavili Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, putem aplikacije "Pomorsko je dobro", pa je daljnje postupanje sada na ovlaštenim inspekcijama.

No kako saznajemo, radi se na zemljištu u vlasništvu bračnog para Rajković, vlasnika privatne zdravstvene ustanove Poliklinika Medikol, dio grupacije Medikol grupa.

Kako stoji u vlasničkom listu dvije su parcele 19. svibnja 2020. godine postale u jednakom suvlasničkom dijelu, vlasništvo i to bez tereta, Ivana Rajkovića te Ivanke Trstenjak-Rajković. Radi se o zemljišnoj čestici 1769/11 u naravi oranica u Labadušu od 1551 metar kvadratni, te drugoj od 1996 metara kvadratnih, oznake 1769/13 koja je u stvari oranica.

No ubrzanim građevinskim radovima, premda je sredina lipnja, nekada zelena površina, šuma uz more, dobiva sasvim druge konture.

Na plaži je betoniran visoki zid, oblaže ga se i kamenom, no pogledom na slike vidljivo je kako se to gradi na pomorskom dobru. A svi znamo kako je granica pomorskog dobra šest metara od najvišeg vala koji oplahuje obalu Okruga!

Što će "izniknuti" u velikoj rupi, koju radnici nalijevaju još uvijek se ne zna, budući na tom povećem gradilištu tabele s oznakom investitora, izvođača radova, projektanta, ovlaštenog nadzora - nema!

Jer očito nema ni dozvole za gradnju u zaštićenoj zoni!

Odgovore na ove pitanja zatražili smo i od vlasnika, bračnog para Rajković, uspješnih poduzetnika koji su poznati u državi kao ulagači u vrijedne najsuvremenije dijagnostičke PET/CT uređaje, budući je njihova Poliklinika Medikol pružatelj zdravstvenih usluga u javno-zdravstvenom sustavu putem HZZO-a.

Upit smo poslali ravnateljici Medikola, Ivanki Trstenjak-Rajković, no odgovora još nema.

Što će poduzeti inspekcije, čime će rezultirati izlazi na teren djelatnika ovlaštenih institucija, koje bi trebale u ime svih nas, štiti prostor, šume i more, ostaje nam naravno tek pratiti.

No iskustvo u svezi ilegalnih građevina, devastatora zaštićenih područja i pomorskog dobra, baš nam i ne ulijevaju nadu u brze reakcije i zabrane građenja.

Mještani zgroženi


Kako ovo područje Okruga Gornjeg, svi turistički djelatnici nazivaju "pravim malim rajem", i reakcija mještana je očekivana. Svi s zgražanjem prate izvođenje građevinskih radova u zaštićenoj zoni, zelenom dijelu gdje je i prekrasna plaža Labaduša, pa u blizini otočić Sv. Eufemije u narodu poznat kao Umija, gdje su ostaci ranosrednjovjekovne crkvice sv. Eufemije.

Kako mještani uglavnom žive od turizma, svako zadiranje i uništavanje pridodnih resursa, izaziva pravi bojkot među građanima.

Prvaci smo u uništavanju svojih prirodnih ljepota, a poglavito pomorskog dobra koje je bogom dan resurs svih nas, no uvijek netko od pojedinaca želi betonirati komadić mrkinte za sebe, napraviti mul za svoj privatni brod, ograditi svoju privatnu plažu, graditi u zelenoj zoni, porušiti stabla u zaštićenoj šumi i naravno sve – bez dozvole.

Primjer najnovije devastacije je gradnja većeg objekta u zaštićenoj zoni "Š 2" na Čiovu, u Okrugu Gornjem, kao i podizanje visokog zida na plaži, na pomorskom dobru.

Naravno svo to građenje bez dozvola u zaštićenoj šumi, građani su prijavili Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, putem aplikacije "Pomorsko je dobro", pa je daljnje postupanje sada na ovlaštenim inspekcijama.

No kako saznajemo, radi se na zemljištu u vlasništvu bračnog para Rajković, vlasnika privatne zdravstvene ustanove Poliklinika Medikol, dio grupacije Medikol grupa.

Kako stoji u vlasničkom listu dvije su parcele 19. svibnja 2020. godine postale u jednakom suvlasničkom dijelu, vlasništvo i to bez tereta, Ivana Rajkovića te Ivanke Trstenjak-Rajković. Radi se o zemljišnoj čestici 1769/11 u naravi oranica u Labadušu od 1551 metar kvadratni, te drugoj od 1996 metara kvadratnih, oznake 1769/13 koja je u stvari oranica.

No ubrzanim građevinskim radovima, premda je sredina lipnja, nekada zelena površina, šuma uz more, dobiva sasvim druge konture.

Na plaži je betoniran visoki zid, oblaže ga se i kamenom, no pogledom na slike vidljivo je kako se to gradi na pomorskom dobru. A svi znamo kako je granica pomorskog dobra šest metara od najvišeg vala koji oplahuje obalu Okruga!

Što će "izniknuti" u velikoj rupi, koju radnici nalijevaju još uvijek se ne zna, budući na tom povećem gradilištu tabele s oznakom investitora, izvođača radova, projektanta, ovlaštenog nadzora - nema!

Jer očito nema ni dozvole za gradnju u zaštićenoj zoni!

Odgovore na ove pitanja zatražili smo i od vlasnika, bračnog para Rajković, uspješnih poduzetnika koji su poznati u državi kao ulagači u vrijedne najsuvremenije dijagnostičke PET/CT uređaje, budući je njihova Poliklinika Medikol pružatelj zdravstvenih usluga u javno-zdravstvenom sustavu putem HZZO-a.

Upit smo poslali ravnateljici Medikola, Ivanki Trstenjak-Rajković, no odgovora još nema.

Što će poduzeti inspekcije, čime će rezultirati izlazi na teren djelatnika ovlaštenih institucija, koje bi trebale u ime svih nas, štiti prostor, šume i more, ostaje nam naravno tek pratiti.

No iskustvo u svezi ilegalnih građevina, devastatora zaštićenih područja i pomorskog dobra, baš nam i ne ulijevaju nadu u brze reakcije i zabrane građenja.

Mještani zgroženi


Kako ovo područje Okruga Gornjeg, svi turistički djelatnici nazivaju "pravim malim rajem", i reakcija mještana je očekivana. Svi s zgražanjem prate izvođenje građevinskih radova u zaštićenoj zoni, zelenom dijelu gdje je i prekrasna plaža Labaduša, pa u blizini otočić Sv. Eufemije u narodu poznat kao Umija, gdje su ostaci ranosrednjovjekovne crkvice sv. Eufemije.

Kako mještani uglavnom žive od turizma, svako zadiranje i uništavanje pridodnih resursa, izaziva pravi bojkot među građanima.

Prvaci smo u uništavanju svojih prirodnih ljepota, a poglavito pomorskog dobra koje je bogom dan resurs svih nas, no uvijek netko od pojedinaca želi betonirati komadić mrkinte za sebe, napraviti mul za svoj privatni brod, ograditi svoju privatnu plažu, graditi u zelenoj zoni, porušiti stabla u zaštićenoj šumi i naravno sve – bez dozvole.

Primjer najnovije devastacije je gradnja većeg objekta u zaštićenoj zoni "Š 2" na Čiovu, u Okrugu Gornjem, kao i podizanje visokog zida na plaži, na pomorskom dobru.

Naravno svo to građenje bez dozvola u zaštićenoj šumi, građani su prijavili Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, putem aplikacije "Pomorsko je dobro", pa je daljnje postupanje sada na ovlaštenim inspekcijama.

No kako saznajemo, radi se na zemljištu u vlasništvu bračnog para...
