Otok Hvar bi, kako kažu, do 2035. godine trebao biti energetski održiv, a zašto i ne bi bio kada taj škoj prosječno na razini godine ima čak 2722 sunčevih sati i središnju godišnju temperaturu od 16,2 Celzijeva stupnja. Za sada se govori o tri lokacije koje su predviđene za instalaciju solarnih elektrana, ukupne snage 42 megavata, i to na području grada Hvara te općina Jelsa i Sućuraj.
Polovicom ove godine Općinsko vijeće u Jelsi je prihvatilo zaključak o davanju suglasnosti za potpisivanje sporazuma na projektu "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", čije bi ćelije trebale proizvoditi 20 megavata energije. Istini za volju o njoj se govori već čitavo jedno desetljeće, začetnici te ideje Griša Ćurin i dr. Silvio Ćurin prošli su "Tantalove muke" dok su je progurali u prostorne planove, ali sada je to napokon riješeno, projekt ide dalje.
Strateško partnerstvo
Uglavnom, u međuvremenu je osnovana tvrtka "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", čiji je direktor splitski odvjetnik Vinko Radovani, Općina Jelsa s vremenom treba pripremiti projektnu dokumentaciju i ishoditi potrebne dozvole, a HEP s kojim tek predstoji potpisivanje ugovora će joj naknadno refundirati troškove. Dakle, cilj grupe mještana je strateško partnerstvo vlasnika terena, lokalne vlasti i HEP-a, a o njihovim interesima i daljnjem djelovanju razgovaralo se ovih dana na skupštini Društva, koja je održana u "Dravuli" u Gdinju.
– Zanimljivo je da smo uz skupštinare imali i zainteresiranu javnost, došlo nam je petnaestak ljudi uključujući i Melkiora Ćurina, predsjednika Mjesnog odbora Gdinj. Svi skupa smo zaključili da je rješavanje imovinskopravnih pitanja na lokaciji buduće solarne elektrane od presudnog značenja. Vratili smo se nekako na početak, dakle, nasljednicima prvoupisanih suvlasnika. Oni će učiniti maksimalne napore da između sebe rasprave sva sporna pitanja, da usklade posjedovno i vlasničko stanje te da postignu međusobne dogovore. Svi oni koji to žele mogu se uključiti na strani tužitelja u parnicu koja je u tijeku pri Općinskom sudu u Splitu, Stalnoj službi u Starome Gradu, gdje će se rješavati pitanje najma, mogu nam se priključiti i kao udjeličari – kazao je Radovani.
Tome dodaje da se prva faza rješavanja imovinskopravnih odnosa proteže na 150.000 četvornih metara zemljišta, dok bi završna faza trebala obuhvatiti još oko 350.000 četvornih metara. Osnovni postulat je da se u tom pogledu postupa potpuno transparentno i da nitko ne smije biti zakinut u svojim pravima, a o svemu tome će se još raspravljati na sastanku s mještanima, koji je planiran za rujan ili početak listopada ove godine.
Više od 700 suvlasnika
– Riječ je o projektu koji je zapravo preduvjet daljnjeg razvoja proizvodnje energije na tom području, što će omogućiti da se u nekom budućem vremenu razvijaju projekti poput proizvodnje vode, proizvodnje vodika, razvoja turizma i slično. Njime se nitko od uključenih neće obogatiti, ali taj projekt je potrebno promatrati u širem kontekstu, ključno je prepoznati i podržati više ciljeve – smatra Griša Ćurin, dok novi predsjednik Skupštine dr. Silvio Ćurin sugerira: "...
Oko ovoga se naprosto moramo ujediniti, jer u protivnom nećemo s 'mrtve točke'. Na zemljištu je uknjiženo više od 700 suvlasnika, a bez riješenih imovinskopravnih pitanja ne možemo naprijed. U tom pogledu imamo podršku Mjesnog odbora Gdinj i Općinskog vijeća u Jelsi, kolega Alen Ćurin je u kontaktu sa svim važnim institucijama, koje će biti uključene u izradu tehničke dokumentacije, i prava bi bila šteta da ne razvijemo projekt elektrane koja će osigurati revitalizaciju Gdinja, donijeti novi život i sretniju budućnost."
Sve je to lijepo i krasno, rekli bismo, samo da se ne dogodi situacija kao i s izgradnjom hotelskog kompleksa "Zaljev sv. Jurja" kod Sućurja. Naime, Norvežani tamo još od 2007. godine žele uložiti čak 250 milijuna eura i zaposliti 500 ljudi, ali su još uvijek u "slijepoj ulici". što zbog neriješenih imovinskopravnih odnosa, što zbog politikantstva unutar lokalne zajednice, a dijelom i zbog nekih nezakonitih radnji. Nadajmo se da takav scenarij, zbog sebičnih i uskogrudnih osobnih interesa, neće doživjeti i "Solarna elektrana Gdinj".

Otok Hvar bi, kako kažu, do 2035. godine trebao biti energetski održiv, a zašto i ne bi bio kada taj škoj prosječno na razini godine ima čak 2722 sunčevih sati i središnju godišnju temperaturu od 16,2 Celzijeva stupnja. Za sada se govori o tri lokacije koje su predviđene za instalaciju solarnih elektrana, ukupne snage 42 megavata, i to na području grada Hvara te općina Jelsa i Sućuraj.
Polovicom ove godine Općinsko vijeće u Jelsi je prihvatilo zaključak o davanju suglasnosti za potpisivanje sporazuma na projektu "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", čije bi ćelije trebale proizvoditi 20 megavata energije. Istini za volju o njoj se govori već čitavo jedno desetljeće, začetnici te ideje Griša Ćurin i dr. Silvio Ćurin prošli su "Tantalove muke" dok su je progurali u prostorne planove, ali sada je to napokon riješeno, projekt ide dalje.
Strateško partnerstvo
Uglavnom, u međuvremenu je osnovana tvrtka "Solarna elektrana Gdinj", čiji je direktor splitski odvjetnik Vinko Radovani, Općina Jelsa s vremenom treba pripremiti projektnu dokumentaciju i ishoditi potrebne dozvole, a HEP s kojim tek predstoji potpisivanje ugovora će joj naknadno refundirati troškove. Dakle, cilj grupe mještana je strateško partnerstvo vlasnika terena, lokalne vlasti i HEP-a, a o njihovim interesima i daljnjem djelovanju razgovaralo se ovih dana na skupštini Društva, koja je održana u "Dravuli" u Gdinju.
– Zanimljivo je da smo uz skupštinare imali i zainteresiranu javnost, došlo nam je petnaestak ljudi uključujući i Melkiora Ćurina, predsjednika Mjesnog odbora Gdinj. Svi skupa smo zaključili da je rješavanje imovinskopravnih pitanja na lokaciji buduće solarne elektrane od presudnog značenja. Vratili smo se nekako na početak, dakle, nasljednicima prvoupisanih suvlasnika. Oni će učiniti maksimalne napore da između sebe rasprave sva sporna pitanja, da usklade posjedovno i vlasničko stanje te da postignu međusobne dogovore. Svi oni koji to žele mogu se uključiti na strani tužitelja u parnicu koja je u tijeku pri Općinskom sudu u Splitu, Stalnoj službi u Starome Gradu, gdje će se rješavati pitanje najma, mogu nam se priključiti i kao udjeličari – kazao je Radovani.
Tome dodaje da se prva faza rješavanja imovinskopravnih odnosa proteže na 150.000 četvornih metara zemljišta, dok bi završna faza trebala obuhvatiti još oko 350.000 četvornih metara. Osnovni postulat je da se u tom pogledu postupa potpuno transparentno i da nitko ne smije biti zakinut u svojim pravima, a o svemu tome će se još raspravljati na sastanku s mještanima, koji je planiran za rujan ili početak listopada ove godine.
Više od 700 suvlasnika
– Riječ je o projektu koji je zapravo preduvjet daljnjeg razvoja proizvodnje energije na tom području, što će omogućiti da se u nekom budućem vremenu razvijaju projekti poput proizvodnje vode, proizvodnje vodika, razvoja turizma i slično. Njime se nitko od uključenih neće obogatiti, ali taj projekt je potrebno promatrati u širem kontekstu, ključno je prepoznati i podržati više ciljeve – smatra Griša Ćurin, dok novi predsjednik Skupštine dr. Silvio Ćurin sugerira: "...
Oko ovoga se naprosto moramo ujediniti, jer u protivnom nećemo s 'mrtve točke'. Na zemljištu je uknjiženo više od 700 suvlasnika, a bez riješenih imovinskopravnih pitanja ne možemo naprijed. U tom pogledu imamo podršku Mjesnog odbora Gdinj i Općinskog vijeća u Jelsi, kolega Alen Ćurin je u kontaktu sa svim važnim institucijama, koje će biti uključene u izradu tehničke dokumentacije, i prava bi bila šteta da ne razvijemo projekt elektrane koja će osigurati revitalizaciju Gdinja, donijeti novi život i sretniju budućnost."
Sve je to lijepo i krasno, rekli bismo, samo da se ne dogodi situacija kao i s izgradnjom hotelskog kompleksa "Zaljev sv. Jurja" kod Sućurja. Naime, Norvežani tamo još od 2007. godine žele uložiti čak 250 milijuna eura i zaposliti 500 ljudi, ali su još uvijek u "slijepoj ulici". što zbog neriješenih imovinskopravnih odnosa, što zbog politikantstva unutar lokalne zajednice, a dijelom i zbog nekih nezakonitih radnji. Nadajmo se da takav scenarij, zbog sebičnih i uskogrudnih osobnih interesa, neće doživjeti i "Solarna elektrana Gdinj".
