Kakve su vremenske (ne)prilike, sa nedjelje na ponedjeljak vladale na području Srednje Dalmacije možda najbolje pokazuju fotografije sa Sv. Klementa-Palmižana, odnosno iz poznatog hrvatskog turističkog Resorta "Meneghello".
- Bijesnio je orkanski jugo - zapadni vjetar, koji je na udare puhao jače od 200 km/h. Ma to nije bio vjetar, to je bio tajfun, koji je prošao poviše otoka. Bilo je stravično, u noći slušati "zavijanje" vjetra i lomljavu borova. Nevrijeme koje je trajalo više od tri sata, negdje od pola noći, pa sve do ponedjeljka ujutro u tri sata polomilo je više od 20 borova, nešto maslina i uništilo je stupove koji se nalaze na ulazu u Resort.
Jedan veliki bor se "naslonio" na sam restoran i tu smo imali sreće, jer da je pao kao i ostali borovi srušio bi kompletni restoran, rekla nam je Romina Krstulović - Meneghello, kći vlasnice Resorta Dagmar Meneghello.
Odmah, čim je svanulo jutro ponedjeljka pozvali su pomoć Hrvatskih šuma, odnosno Šumarije Hvar.

- Razgovarala sam sa ljudima iz Šumarije Hvar i rekli su mi da imaju puno posla, a malo ljudi i da će, kod nas na Sv. Klement doći ćim budu mogli.
Mi sami ne možemo riješiti ovaj problem, odnosno ovu pustoš koju nam je nevrijeme napravilo i ostavilo. Trebamo njihovu asistenciju, jer nam oni moraju reći, koje bi još borove morali otpilati i da li prijeti opasnost od njihovog urušavanja. Radi se o stoljetnim borovima. Iskreno, ja se ne sjećam da je ikada ovakvo nevrijeme bilo na Sv. Klementu, a tu sam cijeli svoj život, kazuje Romina Krstulović - Meneghello.

- Ma sve se treslo, vi to ne možete zamisliti. Kuće su se tresle na Sv. Klementu. Kako je ovo zaštićeno područje, ne želimo ništa dirati bez Šumarije Hvar, tako da očekujemo njihovu pomoć - zaključuje naša sugovornica.
Nevrijeme je na Sv. Klementu napavilo je nemalu materijalnu štetu, uništivši veliki dio jednog od najljepših privatnih botaničkih vrtova u Hrvatskoj.

Kakve su vremenske (ne)prilike, sa nedjelje na ponedjeljak vladale na području Srednje Dalmacije možda najbolje pokazuju fotografije sa Sv. Klementa-Palmižana, odnosno iz poznatog hrvatskog turističkog Resorta "Meneghello".
- Bijesnio je orkanski jugo - zapadni vjetar, koji je na udare puhao jače od 200 km/h. Ma to nije bio vjetar, to je bio tajfun, koji je prošao poviše otoka. Bilo je stravično, u noći slušati "zavijanje" vjetra i lomljavu borova. Nevrijeme koje je trajalo više od tri sata, negdje od pola noći, pa sve do ponedjeljka ujutro u tri sata polomilo je više od 20 borova, nešto maslina i uništilo je stupove koji se nalaze na ulazu u Resort.
Jedan veliki bor se "naslonio" na sam restoran i tu smo imali sreće, jer da je pao kao i ostali borovi srušio bi kompletni restoran, rekla nam je Romina Krstulović - Meneghello, kći vlasnice Resorta Dagmar Meneghello.
Odmah, čim je svanulo jutro ponedjeljka pozvali su pomoć Hrvatskih šuma, odnosno Šumarije Hvar.

- Razgovarala sam sa ljudima iz Šumarije Hvar i rekli su mi da imaju puno posla, a malo ljudi i da će, kod nas na Sv. Klement doći ćim budu mogli.
Mi sami ne možemo riješiti ovaj problem, odnosno ovu pustoš koju nam je nevrijeme napravilo i ostavilo. Trebamo njihovu asistenciju, jer nam oni moraju reći, koje bi još borove morali otpilati i da li prijeti opasnost od njihovog urušavanja. Radi se o stoljetnim borovima. Iskreno, ja se ne sjećam da je ikada ovakvo nevrijeme bilo na Sv. Klementu, a tu sam cijeli svoj život, kazuje Romina Krstulović - Meneghello.
Naša sugovornica priča kako je na trenutke izgledalo da je potres.
- Ma sve se treslo, vi to ne možete zamisliti. Kuće su se tresle na Sv. Klementu. Kako je ovo zaštićeno područje, ne želimo ništa dirati bez Šumarije Hvar, tako da očekujemo njihovu pomoć - zaključuje naša sugovornica.
Nevrijeme je na Sv. Klementu napavilo je nemalu materijalnu štetu, uništivši veliki dio jednog od najljepših privatnih botaničkih vrtova u Hrvatskoj.
