Stečajni postupak nad tvrtkom "Kerum", nekoć stožernom kompanijom poduzetnika i bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, uskoro će otpuhnuti i petu svjećicu na torti.

I dok se ta obljetnica na prvi pogled čini neugodnom, svojedobno najmoćniji Splićanin s neskrivenim podsvilajskim korijenima nastavio je poslovati preko brojnih paralelnih firmi koje, za razliku od prethodna dva desetljeća, nisu toliko naslonjene na krug prijatelja nego na obiteljsko okruženje. Na popisu formalnih vlasnika i direktora cijelog kolopleta uspješnih poduzeća i onih nešto manje uspješnih, od kojih su mnoga u međuvremenu ugašena ili posrnula u (pred)stečaju, nalaze se njegova supruga Fani, nećaci Igor i Goran Sapunar, šura Saša Horvat i očito omiljena punica Anita Horvat.

Ipak, temeljna tvrtka "Kerum" i njezine žute trgovačke vrećice u kolektivnoj memoriji ostali su sinonim za osnivača, pa se i sve što se događa u stečaju prati s posebnom pozornošću. Od trakavice s prodajom nekoć vrlo uspješne svinjogojske farme u Petrovom polju kod Drniša, preko rušenja nesuđenog trgovačkog centra i prodaje stanova u Zadru, do traženja novih vlasnika spremišta u jednoj zadarskoj zgradi, kolokvijalno nazvanih - Kerumove šupe.

A nakon šupa, došao je red na - Kerumove potoke. Da, upravo zemljišta takvog statusa, zajedno s još pet susjednih parcela smještenih na rubu bračkoga "glavnoga grada" Supetra, za nepunih mjesec dana naći će se pred potencijalnim kupcima na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu.

Njima će biti ponuđeno više od 12.200 četvornih metara terena, redom u poljoprivrednoj zoni nedaleko od državne ceste Supetar - Sutivan, i to po početnoj cijeni većoj od 172 tisuće eura. Zemljišta na "bubanj" stavlja Natalija Mladineo, stečajna upraviteljica tvrtke "Kerum", koja pokušava što unosnije unovčiti očito brojnu imovinu propale tvrtke.

Zapuštene vinograde, vrtove i, eto, potoke, Kerum je kupio prije točno 14 godina od tadašnjeg privatnog vlasnika, neosporno bračkih korijena. Što je splitski poduzetnik tada planirao, teško je konkretno dokučiti, jer nije riječ o prostoru koji se nalazi baš na korak od područja na kojem je dopuštena gradnja, premda to, kako znamo, za Keruma ne predstavlja veliku prepreku, jer je prije nekoliko godina potpuno ilegalno i ne mareći za inspektorske prijave, podigao objekte svojeg OPG-a u Kaštel Štafiliću, nedaleko od Jadranske magistrale.

Kako bilo, bit će zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li netko posegnuti za tim dijelom aktualne imovine tvrtke "Kerum" u stečaju, za nekretninama koje su tijekom proteklog desetljeća i pol bile opterećene do danas brisanim hipotekama i ovrhama tadašnje Hypo banke, bračke tvornice "Sardina", tvrtke "Grikula" iz Pučišća i same države zbog raznih dugovanja tvrtke bivšeg poteštata od kojih su neka dosezala i 5 milijuna eura.

I dok se ta obljetnica na prvi pogled čini neugodnom, svojedobno najmoćniji Splićanin s neskrivenim podsvilajskim korijenima nastavio je poslovati preko brojnih paralelnih firmi koje, za razliku od prethodna dva desetljeća, nisu toliko naslonjene na krug prijatelja nego na obiteljsko okruženje. Na popisu formalnih vlasnika i direktora cijelog kolopleta uspješnih poduzeća i onih nešto manje uspješnih, od kojih su mnoga u međuvremenu ugašena ili posrnula u (pred)stečaju, nalaze se njegova supruga Fani, nećaci Igor i Goran Sapunar, šura Saša Horvat i očito omiljena punica Anita Horvat.

Ipak, temeljna tvrtka "Kerum" i njezine žute trgovačke vrećice u kolektivnoj memoriji ostali su sinonim za osnivača, pa se i sve što se događa u stečaju prati s posebnom pozornošću. Od trakavice s prodajom nekoć vrlo uspješne svinjogojske farme u Petrovom polju kod Drniša, preko rušenja nesuđenog trgovačkog centra i prodaje stanova u Zadru, do traženja novih vlasnika spremišta u jednoj zadarskoj zgradi, kolokvijalno nazvanih - Kerumove šupe.

A nakon šupa, došao je red na - Kerumove potoke. Da, upravo zemljišta takvog statusa, zajedno s još pet susjednih parcela smještenih na rubu bračkoga "glavnoga grada" Supetra, za nepunih mjesec dana naći će se pred potencijalnim kupcima na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu.

Njima će biti ponuđeno više od 12.200 četvornih metara terena, redom u poljoprivrednoj zoni nedaleko od državne ceste Supetar - Sutivan, i to po početnoj cijeni većoj od 172 tisuće eura. Zemljišta na "bubanj" stavlja Natalija Mladineo, stečajna upraviteljica tvrtke "Kerum", koja pokušava što unosnije unovčiti očito brojnu imovinu propale tvrtke.

Zapuštene vinograde, vrtove i, eto, potoke, Kerum je kupio prije točno 14 godina od tadašnjeg privatnog vlasnika, neosporno bračkih korijena. Što je splitski poduzetnik tada planirao, teško je konkretno dokučiti, jer nije riječ o prostoru koji se nalazi baš na korak od područja na kojem je dopuštena gradnja, premda to, kako znamo, za Keruma ne predstavlja veliku prepreku, jer je prije nekoliko godina potpuno ilegalno i ne mareći za inspektorske prijave, podigao objekte svojeg OPG-a u Kaštel Štafiliću, nedaleko od Jadranske magistrale.

Kako bilo, bit će zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li netko posegnuti za tim dijelom aktualne imovine tvrtke "Kerum" u stečaju, za nekretninama koje su tijekom proteklog desetljeća i pol bile opterećene do danas brisanim hipotekama i ovrhama tadašnje Hypo banke, bračke tvornice "Sardina", tvrtke "Grikula" iz Pučišća i same države zbog raznih dugovanja tvrtke bivšeg poteštata od kojih su neka dosezala i 5 milijuna eura.

Stečajni postupak nad tvrtkom "Kerum", nekoć stožernom kompanijom poduzetnika i bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, uskoro će otpuhnuti i petu svjećicu na torti.
