Galešnjak, popularni otok ljubavi u Pašmanskom kanalu, uskoro bi mogao dobiti nove suvlasnike.

Objavljena je prodaja 30 tisuća četvornih metara zemljišta na otoku u obliku srca, ukupne površine od 142 tisuće kvadrata, za nevjerojatnih 10 milijuna eura, odnosno 300 eura za četvoreni metar.

- Točno je, tri hektara otoka je oglašeno na prodaju. Interes je za sada razmjerno velik, a najozbiljniji interes pokazali su neki investicijski fondovi - potvrdio nam je Silvestro Kardum, predstavnik prodavatelja.

- Nemam agenciju za nekretnine, vlasnicima samo pomažem u prodaji. Radi se o četiri spojene parcele nekoliko vlasnika ukupne površine oko 32-33 tisuće četvornih metara.

Na tom zemljištu je makija, a nekada su bile masline. Svi papiri o vlasništvu su uredni i vlasnici su uknjiženi. Vlasnici su inače iz Mrljana na otoku Pašmanu. Ljudi koji posjeduju ostatak zemljišta nisu bili zainteresirani za prodaju - dodao je Kardum koji vjeruje da će uspjeti prodati dio najpopularnijeg hrvatskog otoka.

- Prema postojećem zakonu na takvoj je površini moguće uz obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo za uzgoj maslina ili vinove loze podići vilu ili restoran površine 400 kvadrata te još 1000 kvadrata podrumskog prostora. Dakle, investicija se sigurno može isplatiti - naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Na oglasnim stranicama navodi se da se zemljišta koje se prodaju nalaze oko 500 metara od obale.

- S ovom nekretninom možete napraviti stvarno nešto jedinstveno, pogotovo kad su vam stalno parkirani gosti s jahtama poput Beyonce i Jaya Z (Beyonce je slavila čak jednom prilikom svoj rođendan tu), Jeff Bezos, Michael Jordan..., jer uostalom tko ne bi došao posjetiti jedini morski otok prirodno oblikovan u obliku srca na svijetu - navodi se u oglasu, a kao jednu od opcija za potencijalne kupce predlažu otvaranje OPG-a.

Znanstvenici s Odjela za arheologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru 2019. su otkrili da su na njemu prije više od 7000 godina živjeli ljudi - ističe se u oglasu koji je postao hit na društvenim mrežama.

Galešnjak, popularni otok ljubavi u Pašmanskom kanalu, uskoro bi mogao dobiti nove suvlasnike.

Objavljena je prodaja 30 tisuća četvornih metara zemljišta na otoku u obliku srca, ukupne površine od 142 tisuće kvadrata, za nevjerojatnih 10 milijuna eura, odnosno 300 eura za četvoreni metar.

- Točno je, tri hektara otoka je oglašeno na prodaju. Interes je za sada razmjerno velik, a najozbiljniji interes pokazali su neki investicijski fondovi - potvrdio nam je Silvestro Kardum, predstavnik prodavatelja.

- Nemam agenciju za nekretnine, vlasnicima samo pomažem u prodaji. Radi se o četiri spojene parcele nekoliko vlasnika ukupne površine oko 32-33 tisuće četvornih metara.

Na tom zemljištu je makija, a nekada su bile masline. Svi papiri o vlasništvu su uredni i vlasnici su uknjiženi. Vlasnici su inače iz Mrljana na otoku Pašmanu. Ljudi koji posjeduju ostatak zemljišta nisu bili zainteresirani za prodaju - dodao je Kardum koji vjeruje da će uspjeti prodati dio najpopularnijeg hrvatskog otoka.

- Prema postojećem zakonu na takvoj je površini moguće uz obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo za uzgoj maslina ili vinove loze podići vilu ili restoran površine 400 kvadrata te još 1000 kvadrata podrumskog prostora. Dakle, investicija se sigurno može isplatiti - naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Na oglasnim stranicama navodi se da se zemljišta koje se prodaju nalaze oko 500 metara od obale.

- S ovom nekretninom možete napraviti stvarno nešto jedinstveno, pogotovo kad su vam stalno parkirani gosti s jahtama poput Beyonce i Jaya Z (Beyonce je slavila čak jednom prilikom svoj rođendan tu), Jeff Bezos, Michael Jordan..., jer uostalom tko ne bi došao posjetiti jedini morski otok prirodno oblikovan u obliku srca na svijetu - navodi se u oglasu, a kao jednu od opcija za potencijalne kupce predlažu otvaranje OPG-a.
