Komunalna poduzeća na otoku Hvaru, a to znači sve četiri jedinice lokalne samouprave, imaju ozbiljnih poteškoća s odlaganjem tzv. krupnog otpada, osobito u periodu neposredno prije turističke sezone, kada građani opremaju svoje kapacitete za pružanje usluga turistima.

Primjerice, važećim odlukama Općine Jelsa propisano je da korisnici usluga društva “Jelkom” imaju pravo na besplatno odvoženje krupnog otpada do maksimalno dva kubična metra godišnje, a određena je i dinamika odvoženja takvog otpada.

No, u praksi nerijetko susrećemo primjere da neodgovorni pojedinci krupni otpad odlažu pokraj kontejnera kad god im padne na pamet i u znatno većim količinama, a da se uopće ne javljaju komunalcima, jer bi u tom slučaju morali dodatno platiti prijevoz, sve više od dva kubika.

Reciklažno dvorište

Neki pak zakasne s pripremama pa se s takvim slikama susrećemo čak i početkom turističke sezone, međutim, ovo što vidimo na našoj fotografiji ne spada u krupni otpad. To je ustvari iskop pomiješan s građevinskom šutom, kojem je pridodan čak i bubanj miješalice za beton, a sve je to netko iskrenuo neposredno do kontejnera u centru Jelse. S druge strane su učenici Osnovne škole, pod paskom svoje učiteljice likovne kulture Željane Slaviček, čepovima boca oslikala Otok sunca, želeći da se ljudi lijepo osjećaju čak i kod kontejnera za otpad. Kakve li razlike u pristupu, u razmišljanju, pa i ponašanju...

Ali ubrzo je uslijedila reakcija, netko je uz “materijal” krasnim rukopisom napisao: “Ovako je kod ‘mog kontejnera’ već godinama. Ča mislite koliko će stat ovode?”

Dakle, kritika je to onima bez odgovornosti, ali čovjek se istodobno pita kada će to biti uklonjeno. Naravno, prolaznici na taj prizor masovno obraćaju pažnju, a dok smo snimali, jedan od njih nam dobacuje: “Snimite, samo snimite tu sramotu, neka svit zna da je ovdje prije stigla kuna nego kultura.”

Zanimljiva misao, zar ne? Ali radi objektivnosti valja reći da se iskop, sukladno podzakonskim aktima, na deponiju Prapatna može odlagati uz prethodno javljanje u “Jelkom”, no što učiniti s građevinskom šutom ako je imate, to nitko ne zna.

Nju se može zbrinjavati jedino u reciklažnom dvorištu za građevinski otpad, kojeg na škoju, naravno, nema, a sve dok ga ne bude, susretat ćemo se s ovakvim i sličnim primjerima onečišćavanja vlastitog životnog okoliša.

Komunalna poduzeća na otoku Hvaru, a to znači sve četiri jedinice lokalne samouprave, imaju ozbiljnih poteškoća s odlaganjem tzv. krupnog otpada, osobito u periodu neposredno prije turističke sezone, kada građani opremaju svoje kapacitete za pružanje usluga turistima.

Primjerice, važećim odlukama Općine Jelsa propisano je da korisnici usluga društva “Jelkom” imaju pravo na besplatno odvoženje krupnog otpada do maksimalno dva kubična metra godišnje, a određena je i dinamika odvoženja takvog otpada.

No, u praksi nerijetko susrećemo primjere da neodgovorni pojedinci krupni otpad odlažu pokraj kontejnera kad god im padne na pamet i u znatno većim količinama, a da se uopće ne javljaju komunalcima, jer bi u tom slučaju morali dodatno platiti prijevoz, sve više od dva kubika.

Reciklažno dvorište

Neki pak zakasne s pripremama pa se s takvim slikama susrećemo čak i početkom turističke sezone, međutim, ovo što vidimo na našoj fotografiji ne spada u krupni otpad. To je ustvari iskop pomiješan s građevinskom šutom, kojem je pridodan čak i bubanj miješalice za beton, a sve je to netko iskrenuo neposredno do kontejnera u centru Jelse. S druge strane su učenici Osnovne škole, pod paskom svoje učiteljice likovne kulture Željane Slaviček, čepovima boca oslikala Otok sunca, želeći da se ljudi lijepo osjećaju čak i kod kontejnera za otpad. Kakve li razlike u pristupu, u razmišljanju, pa i ponašanju...

Ali ubrzo je uslijedila reakcija, netko je uz “materijal” krasnim rukopisom napisao: “Ovako je kod ‘mog kontejnera’ već godinama. Ča mislite koliko će stat ovode?”

Dakle, kritika je to onima bez odgovornosti, ali čovjek se istodobno pita kada će to biti uklonjeno. Naravno, prolaznici na taj prizor masovno obraćaju pažnju, a dok smo snimali, jedan od njih nam dobacuje: “Snimite, samo snimite tu sramotu, neka svit zna da je ovdje prije stigla kuna nego kultura.”

Zanimljiva misao, zar ne? Ali radi objektivnosti valja reći da se iskop, sukladno podzakonskim aktima, na deponiju Prapatna može odlagati uz prethodno javljanje u “Jelkom”, no što učiniti s građevinskom šutom ako je imate, to nitko ne zna.

Nju se može zbrinjavati jedino u reciklažnom dvorištu za građevinski otpad, kojeg na škoju, naravno, nema, a sve dok ga ne bude, susretat ćemo se s ovakvim i sličnim primjerima onečišćavanja vlastitog životnog okoliša.

Komunalna poduzeća na otoku Hvaru, a to znači sve četiri jedinice lokalne samouprave, imaju ozbiljnih poteškoća s odlaganjem tzv. krupnog otpada, osobito u periodu neposredno prije turističke sezone, kada građani opremaju svoje kapacitete za pružanje usluga turistima.

Primjerice, važećim odlukama Općine Jelsa propisano je da korisnici usluga društva “Jelkom” imaju pravo na besplatno odvoženje krupnog otpada do maksimalno dva kubična metra godišnje, a određena je i dinamika odvoženja takvog otpada.

No, u praksi nerijetko susrećemo primjere da neodgovorni pojedinci krupni otpad odlažu pokraj kontejnera kad god im padne na pamet i u znatno većim količinama, a da se uopće ne javljaju komunalcima, jer bi u tom slučaju morali dodatno platiti prijevoz, sve više od dva kubika...
