U gradu Hvaru je, na poticaj gradskih organizacija SDP-a otoka Hvara, održan sastanak Savjeta za zdravstvo SDP-a Splitsko-dalmatinske županije na kojem se raspravljalo kako poboljšati i učiniti dostupnijom zdravstvenu zaštitu na našem najsunčanijem škoju.
Nakon cjelovite rasprave Savjet je dao priopćenje iz kojeg proizlazi da Republika Hrvatska spada u zemlje u kojima veliki broj stanovništva starijeg od 65 godina svoj zdravstveni status doživljava kao loš ili vrlo loš. Isto tako, za razliku od većine EU država, građani Hrvatske smatraju da im nisu dostupne usluge koje bi zadovoljile njihove zdravstvene potrebe.
Na EU začelju smo i po broju domova za starije i kreveta za njih, uključujući palijativnu skrb koja je postojala na Hvaru, ali je nažalost ukinuta. Događa se tiha privatizacija zdravstva jer su liste čekanja, čak i za onkološke bolesnike, nikad duže i izvan su svih medicinski prihvatljivih limita.
Sustav zdravstvene zaštite, kako se kaže, treba žurno učiniti učinkovitijim te lakše dostupnim, posebice ranjivim skupinama. Hrvatska mora biti primjer drugima te je stoga osiguranje i unapređenje dostupnosti zdravstvene skrbi jedan od glavnih temelja SDP-ove zdravstvene politike. Pri tome, posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti poboljšanju dostupnosti zdravstvenih usluga u područjima koja su udaljena od bolnica, na otocima, ruralnim te brdsko-planinskim krajevima.
Ta dostupnost je dodatno ugrožena tijekom COVID 19 pandemije, pa je očigledno da broj pregleda pada iako je incidencija cerebrovaskularnih i malignih bolesti ostala ista, navodi doc. dr. sc. Joško Markić, predsjednik Savjeta za zdravstvo SDP SDŽ.
Dodatnom digitalizacijom i nadograđivanjem sustava telemedicine, a što se pokazalo iznimno važnim tijekom sadašnje pandemije, treba jačati ulogu obiteljskih liječnika, specijalista pedijatrije i ginekologije koji djeluju u sustavu primarne zdravstvene zaštite na škojima. Njihov broj je, nažalost, u opadanju i sve više ih nedostaje, upozorava dr. Toni Lučić Lavčević, hvarski ginekolog i član Savjeta.
Također se ističe da značajno mjesto u svemu tome zauzima problem povezanosti otoka s kopnom. Uspostava samoodrživog i stalnog civilnog sustava Hitne helikopterske službe će svakoj životno ugroženoj osobi jamčiti zdravstvenu zaštitu unutar "zlatnog sata". Svi građani Republike Hrvatske moraju imati jednako liječenje bez obzira iz kojeg dijela zemlje dolaze. Vikendom i blagdanom se laboratorijska dijagnostika treba omogućiti korištenjem 'Point of Care' uređaja koji će biti od pomoći pri dijagnosticiranju težih bakterijskih infekcija, elektrolitskih poremećaja i srčanih infarkta.
Manjak liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite ima negativan učinak na demografski razvoj područja udaljenih od većih centara, posebice otoka. Sustavnim mjerama i različitim subvencijama treba učiniti rad na primarnoj razini atraktivnijim. Pri tome su posebnu ulogu, uz podršku države, spremne preuzeti jedinice lokalne samouprave, smatra Nikša Peronja, načenik općine Jelsa.
Građanima Hvara je, smatraju SDP-ovci, potreban takav sustav u kojem će moći većinu svojih zdravstvenih potreba zadovoljiti na otoku, bez nepotrebnih putovanja u KBC Split. Neophodno je uspostaviti stabilan i trajan model temeljem kojeg će im, u suradnji s bolnicom, biti dostupna specijalistička skrb na teret HZZO-a putem uputnice. Uprava Doma zdravlja splitsko-dalmatinske županije se maćehinski odnosi prema Hvaru i nije zainteresirana za poboljšanja iako razina zdravstvene zaštite na otoku iz godine u godinu opada.
Rješenja su se nudila i do sada, Hvarani već godinama financijski pomažu županijski Dom zdravlja, ali nemaju kontrolu nad trošenjem tog novca, niti utjecaj kojim bi se zdravstvena zaštita građana poboljšala. Zato je za otočane najkvalitetnije i najoptimalnije rješenje osnivanje otočnog Doma zdravlja. SDP traži da se stvore zakonske pretpostavke temeljem kojih će Dom zdravlja SDŽ, nakon izračuna opravdanosti i održivosti takvog modela organizacije zdravstvene zaštite na škoju, napokon ispoštovati izraženu želju lokalnih samouprava za osnivanjem vlastitog Doma zdravlja, zaključili su Sanja Ćurin i Perislav Petrić, predsjednici SDP-a Hvar i Stari Grad.

U gradu Hvaru je, na poticaj gradskih organizacija SDP-a otoka Hvara, održan sastanak Savjeta za zdravstvo SDP-a Splitsko-dalmatinske županije na kojem se raspravljalo kako poboljšati i učiniti dostupnijom zdravstvenu zaštitu na našem najsunčanijem škoju.
Nakon cjelovite rasprave Savjet je dao priopćenje iz kojeg proizlazi da Republika Hrvatska spada u zemlje u kojima veliki broj stanovništva starijeg od 65 godina svoj zdravstveni status doživljava kao loš ili vrlo loš. Isto tako, za razliku od većine EU država, građani Hrvatske smatraju da im nisu dostupne usluge koje bi zadovoljile njihove zdravstvene potrebe.
Na EU začelju smo i po broju domova za starije i kreveta za njih, uključujući palijativnu skrb koja je postojala na Hvaru, ali je nažalost ukinuta. Događa se tiha privatizacija zdravstva jer su liste čekanja, čak i za onkološke bolesnike, nikad duže i izvan su svih medicinski prihvatljivih limita.
Sustav zdravstvene zaštite, kako se kaže, treba žurno učiniti učinkovitijim te lakše dostupnim, posebice ranjivim skupinama. Hrvatska mora biti primjer drugima te je stoga osiguranje i unapređenje dostupnosti zdravstvene skrbi jedan od glavnih temelja SDP-ove zdravstvene politike. Pri tome, posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti poboljšanju dostupnosti zdravstvenih usluga u područjima koja su udaljena od bolnica, na otocima, ruralnim te brdsko-planinskim krajevima.
Ta dostupnost je dodatno ugrožena tijekom COVID 19 pandemije, pa je očigledno da broj pregleda pada iako je incidencija cerebrovaskularnih i malignih bolesti ostala ista, navodi doc. dr. sc. Joško Markić, predsjednik Savjeta za zdravstvo SDP SDŽ.
Dodatnom digitalizacijom i nadograđivanjem sustava telemedicine, a što se pokazalo iznimno važnim tijekom sadašnje pandemije, treba jačati ulogu obiteljskih liječnika, specijalista pedijatrije i ginekologije koji djeluju u sustavu primarne zdravstvene zaštite na škojima. Njihov broj je, nažalost, u opadanju i sve više ih nedostaje, upozorava dr. Toni Lučić Lavčević, hvarski ginekolog i član Savjeta.
Također se ističe da značajno mjesto u svemu tome zauzima problem povezanosti otoka s kopnom. Uspostava samoodrživog i stalnog civilnog sustava Hitne helikopterske službe će svakoj životno ugroženoj osobi jamčiti zdravstvenu zaštitu unutar "zlatnog sata". Svi građani Republike Hrvatske moraju imati jednako liječenje bez obzira iz kojeg dijela zemlje dolaze. Vikendom i blagdanom se laboratorijska dijagnostika treba omogućiti korištenjem 'Point of Care' uređaja koji će biti od pomoći pri dijagnosticiranju težih bakterijskih infekcija, elektrolitskih poremećaja i srčanih infarkta.
Manjak liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite ima negativan učinak na demografski razvoj područja udaljenih od većih centara, posebice otoka. Sustavnim mjerama i različitim subvencijama treba učiniti rad na primarnoj razini atraktivnijim. Pri tome su posebnu ulogu, uz podršku države, spremne preuzeti jedinice lokalne samouprave, smatra Nikša Peronja, načenik općine Jelsa.
Građanima Hvara je, smatraju SDP-ovci, potreban takav sustav u kojem će moći većinu svojih zdravstvenih potreba zadovoljiti na otoku, bez nepotrebnih putovanja u KBC Split. Neophodno je uspostaviti stabilan i trajan model temeljem kojeg će im, u suradnji s bolnicom, biti dostupna specijalistička skrb na teret HZZO-a putem uputnice. Uprava Doma zdravlja splitsko-dalmatinske županije se maćehinski odnosi prema Hvaru i nije zainteresirana za poboljšanja iako razina zdravstvene zaštite na otoku iz godine u godinu opada.
Rješenja su se nudila i do sada, Hvarani već godinama financijski pomažu županijski Dom zdravlja, ali nemaju kontrolu nad trošenjem tog novca, niti utjecaj kojim bi se zdravstvena zaštita građana poboljšala. Zato je za otočane najkvalitetnije i najoptimalnije rješenje osnivanje otočnog Doma zdravlja. SDP traži da se stvore zakonske pretpostavke temeljem kojih će Dom zdravlja SDŽ, nakon izračuna opravdanosti i održivosti takvog modela organizacije zdravstvene zaštite na škoju, napokon ispoštovati izraženu želju lokalnih samouprava za osnivanjem vlastitog Doma zdravlja, zaključili su Sanja Ćurin i Perislav Petrić, predsjednici SDP-a Hvar i Stari Grad.
