U nastavku 15. sjednice Gradskog vijeća Hvara, koja je 10. kolovoza bila prekinuta na točki imenovanja članova Upravnog vijeća Javne ustanove u kulturi "Hvar 1612", iznjedrila je nekoliko odluka za koje su građani itekako zainteresirani.
Jedna od njih je svakako usvajanje prijedloga Zaključka o prihvaćanju projekta izgradnje novoga groblja Kruvenica, što će nakon prethodne revizije projekta i troškovnika, omogućiti sklapanje ugovora između Grada i tvrtke "Komunalno Hvar" s ciljem raspisivanja javnog natječaja, financiranja i izgradnje posljednjeg počivališta otočana.
Početak radova planiran je za zadnji kvartal ove godine, a njihovo očekivano trajanje je oko dvije godine, što bi se poklopilo s posljednjih šest mjeseci uoči redovnih lokalnih izbora koji će biti na rasporedu u svibnju 2025. Prva faza obuhvaća izgradnju grobnog zida, memorijalnog trga s ulazom i mrtvačnicom, izgradnju kompletne infrastrukture, te 155 jednostrukih grobnica, 106 dvostrukih i 15 trostrukih, niša za urne i 81 grobnicu u zidu.

Hvarski vijećnici usvojili su i odluku o visini naknade u fazi izgradnje za dodjelu na korištenje budućih grobnih mjesta na Kruvenici, što se u dijelu javnosti, premda Hvarani u prosjeku spadaju među najbogatije u Hrvatskoj, komentira da je "bolje da ih spale na Mandraču, stave u urnu i onda sahrane u zagrebačkom Gaju gdje je kazeta sa četiri mjesta duplo jeftinija".
Takva reakcija posljedica je "cjenika" grobnica koje će se graditi, pri čemu će jednostruko počivalište koštati 78.750 kuna odnosno nešto više od 10.450 eura, dok će potencijalni korisnici za dvostruku grobnicu trebati izdvojiti 101.250 kuna ili 13.438 eura, što je znatno više od godišnje plaće prosječnog hrvatskog radnika, ako u obzir uzmemo nedavno objavljene podatke o "bbuštama" za srpanj.
Cijena trostruke grobnice iznosi 122.500 kuna ili 16.258 eura, mjesto u grobnom zidu košta 48.750 kuna ili 6470 eura, a niša za urnu u iznosu od 23.750 kuna ili 3152 eura. što podrazimijeva u potpunosti dovršeno grobno mjesto uključujući i ploču i spomenik.
Lokalna vlast ove iznose opravdava poskupljenjem građevinskog materijala, goriva i rada, ali za sve građane koji imaju prebivalište na području grada Hvara duže od 10 godina, odobrava se popust od 10 posto.
Također, se na navedene iznose odobrava dodatno 20-postotno "sniženje" ako se naknada plati odjednom prilikom sklapanja ugovora o izgradnji i davanju na korištenje grobnog mjesta, odnosno odobrava se dodatnih 10 posto popusta ako se iznos plati u dvije rate.

Provjerili smo i cijene mjesta za ugradbu kazete za urne u zagrebačkom Gaju, koje su građani spominjali, a on se kreću od 4625 do 12.500 kuna s PDV-om, a i "klasična" grobna mjesta na Mirogoju su jeftinija nego u Hvaru. E, da se stari Hvarani dignu, ne bi vjerovali!
Na sjednici je usvojen i prijedlog Odluke o donošenju trećih (ciljanih) Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja grada, čime su jasno definirani uvjeti izgradnje luke u Križnoj luci, sportske dvorane na Dolcu, nove školske zgrade, POS-ovih zgrada i novog Doma zdravlja u sklopu Zdravstvenog centra.

Time su ostvareni i preduvjeti za usvajanje urbanističkih planova uređenja za predjele Dolac i Križna luka, kao dva vrlo važna dokumenta prostornog planiranja u novijoj hvarskoj povijesti. Dakle, grad bi mogao doživjeti svoju "renesansu", ali ostaje bez odgovora na ključno pitanje - kada?
Recimo i to da Grad uz Muzej hvarske baštine želi osnovati još jednu ustanovu u kulturi, već spomenuti "Hvar 1612", ali na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta nije prošao prijedlog odluke o imenovanju članova Upravnog vijeća te institucije.
Šest vijećnika je glasovalo za, a isto toliko ih je bilo suzdržano, kada je riječ o prijedlogu Povjerenstva za osnivanje ustanove - prof. Zorka Bibić, magistra prava Prošperina Jeličić i viša kustosicu Dejanira Burmas Domančić. O protuprijedlogu grupe vijećnika iz vladajuće većine - prof. Milan Lakoš, ekonomist Ivo Tudor Broje i prof. Zoran Sansović - nije se ni glasovalo zbog odustajanja jednog od predloženih, zbog čega je predlagatelj povukao svoj prijedlog.
Rasplet bi, kako predviđa poslovnik Vijeća, mogao uslijediti tek za nekoliko mjeseci, ali treba spomenuti i to da je prije dvije godine postupak osnivanja Javne ustanove u kulturi "Fortica" bio obustavljen upravo zbog preduge procedure. Hvar očito ima svoje interesne skupine...

U nastavku 15. sjednice Gradskog vijeća Hvara, koja je 10. kolovoza bila prekinuta na točki imenovanja članova Upravnog vijeća Javne ustanove u kulturi "Hvar 1612", iznjedrila je nekoliko odluka za koje su građani itekako zainteresirani.
Jedna od njih je svakako usvajanje prijedloga Zaključka o prihvaćanju projekta izgradnje novoga groblja Kruvenica, što će nakon prethodne revizije projekta i troškovnika, omogućiti sklapanje ugovora između Grada i tvrtke "Komunalno Hvar" s ciljem raspisivanja javnog natječaja, financiranja i izgradnje posljednjeg počivališta otočana.
Početak radova planiran je za zadnji kvartal ove godine, a njihovo očekivano trajanje je oko dvije godine, što bi se poklopilo s posljednjih šest mjeseci uoči redovnih lokalnih izbora koji će biti na rasporedu u svibnju 2025. Prva faza obuhvaća izgradnju grobnog zida, memorijalnog trga s ulazom i mrtvačnicom, izgradnju kompletne infrastrukture, te 155 jednostrukih grobnica, 106 dvostrukih i 15 trostrukih, niša za urne i 81 grobnicu u zidu.

Hvarski vijećnici usvojili su i odluku o visini naknade u fazi izgradnje za dodjelu na korištenje budućih grobnih mjesta na Kruvenici, što se u dijelu javnosti, premda Hvarani u prosjeku spadaju među najbogatije u Hrvatskoj, komentira da je "bolje da ih spale na Mandraču, stave u urnu i onda sahrane u zagrebačkom Gaju gdje je kazeta sa četiri mjesta duplo jeftinija".
Takva reakcija posljedica je "cjenika" grobnica koje će se graditi, pri čemu će jednostruko počivalište koštati 78.750 kuna odnosno nešto više od 10.450 eura, dok će potencijalni korisnici za dvostruku grobnicu trebati izdvojiti 101.250 kuna ili 13.438 eura, što je znatno više od godišnje plaće prosječnog hrvatskog radnika, ako u obzir uzmemo nedavno objavljene podatke o "bbuštama" za srpanj.
Cijena trostruke grobnice iznosi 122.500 kuna ili 16.258 eura, mjesto u grobnom zidu košta 48.750 kuna ili 6470 eura, a niša za urnu u iznosu od 23.750 kuna ili 3152 eura. što podrazimijeva u potpunosti dovršeno grobno mjesto uključujući i ploču i spomenik.
Lokalna vlast ove iznose opravdava poskupljenjem građevinskog materijala, goriva i rada, ali za sve građane koji imaju prebivalište na području grada Hvara duže od 10 godina, odobrava se popust od 10 posto.
Također, se na navedene iznose odobrava dodatno 20-postotno "sniženje" ako se naknada plati odjednom prilikom sklapanja ugovora o izgradnji i davanju na korištenje grobnog mjesta, odnosno odobrava se dodatnih 10 posto popusta ako se iznos plati u dvije rate.

Provjerili smo i cijene mjesta za ugradbu kazete za urne u zagrebačkom Gaju, koje su građani spominjali, a on se kreću od 4625 do 12.500 kuna s PDV-om, a i "klasična" grobna mjesta na Mirogoju su jeftinija nego u Hvaru. E, da se stari Hvarani dignu, ne bi vjerovali!
Na sjednici je usvojen i prijedlog Odluke o donošenju trećih (ciljanih) Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana uređenja grada, čime su jasno definirani uvjeti izgradnje luke u Križnoj luci, sportske dvorane na Dolcu, nove školske zgrade, POS-ovih zgrada i novog Doma zdravlja u sklopu Zdravstvenog centra.

Time su ostvareni i preduvjeti za usvajanje urbanističkih planova uređenja za predjele Dolac i Križna luka, kao dva vrlo važna dokumenta prostornog planiranja u novijoj hvarskoj povijesti. Dakle, grad bi mogao doživjeti svoju "renesansu", ali ostaje bez odgovora na ključno pitanje - kada?
Recimo i to da Grad uz Muzej hvarske baštine želi osnovati još jednu ustanovu u kulturi, već spomenuti "Hvar 1612", ali na sjednici lokalnog parlamenta nije prošao prijedlog odluke o imenovanju članova Upravnog vijeća te institucije.
Šest vijećnika je glasovalo za, a isto toliko ih je bilo suzdržano, kada je riječ o prijedlogu Povjerenstva za osnivanje ustanove - prof. Zorka Bibić, magistra prava Prošperina Jeličić i viša kustosicu Dejanira Burmas Domančić. O protuprijedlogu grupe vijećnika iz vladajuće većine - prof. Milan Lakoš, ekonomist Ivo Tudor Broje i prof. Zoran Sansović - nije se ni glasovalo zbog odustajanja jednog od predloženih, zbog čega je predlagatelj povukao svoj prijedlog.
Rasplet bi, kako predviđa poslovnik Vijeća, mogao uslijediti tek za nekoliko mjeseci, ali treba spomenuti i to da je prije dvije godine postupak osnivanja Javne ustanove u kulturi "Fortica" bio obustavljen upravo zbog preduge procedure. Hvar očito ima svoje interesne skupine...
