Ako je sada ovakvo ludilo u prometu, što će se tek događati na proljeće, kad se otvori ovaj novi centar u kojem će, kako kažu, biti više od 80 dućana?

Pitanje je to o kojem u zadnje vrijeme bruje Kaštelani koji prometuju dionicom Tuđmanove ceste u Kaštel Sućurcu, bilo da se voze u pravcu Sućurca, skreću s nje u pravcu Magistrale ili se pak s Magistrale spuštaju na Staru kaštelansku cestu.

Riječ je o takozvanom raskrižju smještenom uz trgovačke centre "Lidl", "Plodine" i "Super Konzum" (bivši "Getro"), gdje će se od travnja, dakle za tri mjeseca, otvoriti novi trgovački lanac „Stop shop“ brend austrijske tvrtke "Immofinanz", inače prvi takav u Dalmaciji.

Sudionici u prometu koji prometuju tom dionicom svjedoci su svakodnevnih zastoja jer se na jednom mjestu odvija više prometnih radnji, najčešće skretanja desno i lijevo, i to bez postavljenih semafora, a mnogi će kazati - najboljeg prometnog rješenja - kružnog toka.

Regulacija prometa

Poseban prometni kaos na toj cesti događa se u frekventnim satima, kad se građani Kaštela vraćaju ili pak odlaze na posao, a mnogi se pitaju što će tek biti kada se uskoro otvori novi centar u neposrednoj blizini, sjeverno od Stare kaštelanske ceste u sklopu gospodarske zone.

- Uz postojeće centre koji su tu otvoreni zna se događati da nitko nema pojma ni gdje vozi, ni gdje skreće, ni tko ima prednost nad kime, a što će tek biti sada kad se otvori novi centar s 80 dućana? Da se razumijemo, nisam protiv trgovačkih centara, bit će i novih radnih mjesta, a nećemo ubuduće morati do Splita. Ali nadležni bi trebali prije otvaranja novog centra srediti regulaciju prometa na dnu ceste, točnije na spornom raskrižju kroz koji se prometuje do spomenutih trgovačkih centara - upozorava Kaštelanin s kojim smo izmijenili nekoliko rečenica dok je čekao da se uključi na Tuđmanovu cestu u smjeru prema Kaštel Gomilici.

Kontaktirali smo nadležne u Gradu kako bismo provjerili na koji se način planira riješiti prometovanje tom dionicom ceste kroz Kaštela.

- U tijeku je izrada prometnog elaborata, a nakon što se izradi šaljemo ga na suglasnost policiji koja mora dati suglasnost. Svjesni smo, kao i brojni građani, da bi najbolje bilo izgraditi kružni tok, međutim za realizaciju tog rješenja na toj lokaciji jednostavno nema mjesta. Umjesto kružnog toka odlučili smo se za semaforizirano raskrižje. Nakon suglasnosti policije krećemo u izradu dokumentacije, a potom i s izvođenjem radova kako bi se cijela priča što prije završila - kazao nam je gradonačelnik Denis Ivanović.

Kažimo da uz postojeće centre, koji rade godinama, "Immofinanz" dovršava izgradnju poslovnog centra na zemljištu ukupne površine 16.099 kvadrata, koje je smješteno na prostoru bivšeg "Adriachema".

No, sigurno je lokacija pažljivo odabrana budući da se nalazi na komunalno opremljenom području, neposredno iznad stare Kaštelanske ceste i uz spojnu prometnicu s Jadranskom magistralom.

Pametni kupci

Centar će se prostirati na oko 7500 kvadrata, a otvorenje je, kao što smo kazali, planirano za travanj. Zakupci će nam biti strani i domaći brendovi, a Kaštela će dobiti moderan koncept šoping-centra u kojem će posjetitelji moći kupiti od odjeće i obuće do stvari za uređenje doma, namještaja, igračaka i brojnih drugih potrepština, ali će moći i odmoriti se i popiti piće.

Ono po čemu se spomenuti lanac razlikuje od poznatih nam prodajnih centara jest nepostojanje zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, čime su, jasno, izbjegnuti i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja.

Činjenica da je "Stop shop" koncipiran na način da se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta, dodatno ukazuje za što hitnijom izgradnjom novog raskrižja sa semaforima.

Na svojoj web-stranici navode da su "svojim dobrim prometnim vezama i velikim parkirališnim prostorom usmjereni na štedljive 'pametne kupce' koji cijene dobru pristupačnost", a hoće li pristupačnost s glavne ceste do samog centra biti realizirana ostaje vidjeti, no vjerujemo u gradonačelnikovo obećanje i uređenje najopterećenije gradske prometnice.

Ako je sada ovakvo ludilo u prometu, što će se tek događati na proljeće, kad se otvori ovaj novi centar u kojem će, kako kažu, biti više od 80 dućana?

Pitanje je to o kojem u zadnje vrijeme bruje Kaštelani koji prometuju dionicom Tuđmanove ceste u Kaštel Sućurcu, bilo da se voze u pravcu Sućurca, skreću s nje u pravcu Magistrale ili se pak s Magistrale spuštaju na Staru kaštelansku cestu.

Riječ je o takozvanom raskrižju smještenom uz trgovačke centre "Lidl", "Plodine" i "Super Konzum" (bivši "Getro"), gdje će se od travnja, dakle za tri mjeseca, otvoriti novi trgovački lanac „Stop shop“ brend austrijske tvrtke "Immofinanz", inače prvi takav u Dalmaciji.

Sudionici u prometu koji prometuju tom dionicom svjedoci su svakodnevnih zastoja jer se na jednom mjestu odvija više prometnih radnji, najčešće skretanja desno i lijevo, i to bez postavljenih semafora, a mnogi će kazati - najboljeg prometnog rješenja - kružnog toka.

Regulacija prometa

Poseban prometni kaos na toj cesti događa se u frekventnim satima, kad se građani Kaštela vraćaju ili pak odlaze na posao, a mnogi se pitaju što će tek biti kada se uskoro otvori novi centar u neposrednoj blizini, sjeverno od Stare kaštelanske ceste u sklopu gospodarske zone.

- Uz postojeće centre koji su tu otvoreni zna se događati da nitko nema pojma ni gdje vozi, ni gdje skreće, ni tko ima prednost nad kime, a što će tek biti sada kad se otvori novi centar s 80 dućana? Da se razumijemo, nisam protiv trgovačkih centara, bit će i novih radnih mjesta, a nećemo ubuduće morati do Splita. Ali nadležni bi trebali prije otvaranja novog centra srediti regulaciju prometa na dnu ceste, točnije na spornom raskrižju kroz koji se prometuje do spomenutih trgovačkih centara - upozorava Kaštelanin s kojim smo izmijenili nekoliko rečenica dok je čekao da se uključi na Tuđmanovu cestu u smjeru prema Kaštel Gomilici.

Kontaktirali smo nadležne u Gradu kako bismo provjerili na koji se način planira riješiti prometovanje tom dionicom ceste kroz Kaštela.

- U tijeku je izrada prometnog elaborata, a nakon što se izradi šaljemo ga na suglasnost policiji koja mora dati suglasnost. Svjesni smo, kao i brojni građani, da bi najbolje bilo izgraditi kružni tok, međutim za realizaciju tog rješenja na toj lokaciji jednostavno nema mjesta. Umjesto kružnog toka odlučili smo se za semaforizirano raskrižje. Nakon suglasnosti policije krećemo u izradu dokumentacije, a potom i s izvođenjem radova kako bi se cijela priča što prije završila - kazao nam je gradonačelnik Denis Ivanović.

Kažimo da uz postojeće centre, koji rade godinama, "Immofinanz" dovršava izgradnju poslovnog centra na zemljištu ukupne površine 16.099 kvadrata, koje je smješteno na prostoru bivšeg "Adriachema".

No, sigurno je lokacija pažljivo odabrana budući da se nalazi na komunalno opremljenom području, neposredno iznad stare Kaštelanske ceste i uz spojnu prometnicu s Jadranskom magistralom.

Pametni kupci

Centar će se prostirati na oko 7500 kvadrata, a otvorenje je, kao što smo kazali, planirano za travanj. Zakupci će nam biti strani i domaći brendovi, a Kaštela će dobiti moderan koncept šoping-centra u kojem će posjetitelji moći kupiti od odjeće i obuće do stvari za uređenje doma, namještaja, igračaka i brojnih drugih potrepština, ali će moći i odmoriti se i popiti piće.

Ono po čemu se spomenuti lanac razlikuje od poznatih nam prodajnih centara jest nepostojanje zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, čime su, jasno, izbjegnuti i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja.

Činjenica da je "Stop shop" koncipiran na način da se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta, dodatno ukazuje za što hitnijom izgradnjom novog raskrižja sa semaforima.

Na svojoj web-stranici navode da su "svojim dobrim prometnim vezama i velikim parkirališnim prostorom usmjereni na štedljive 'pametne kupce' koji cijene dobru pristupačnost", a hoće li pristupačnost s glavne ceste do samog centra biti realizirana ostaje vidjeti, no vjerujemo u gradonačelnikovo obećanje i uređenje najopterećenije gradske prometnice.
