Dan nakon što je "Slobodna" objavila članak o nepropisnom bacanju opasnog i građevinskog otpada pokraj Omiša, stigao je odgovor i iz tvrtke "Strabag".
Podsjetimo, navedenoj građevinskoj tvrtki, kao i nadležnim inspekcijama i ministarstvima poslali smo snimku na kojoj se vidi kako bagerist "Strabaga" gura građevinski otpad u rupu, a potom ga zatrpava zemljom.
U sastavu tog otpada nalaze se i azbestno-cementne cijevi, koje se tretiraju kao opasni otpad, što nam je potvrdila i tvrtka "Cian", koja je ovlaštena za zbrinjavanje azbesta.
Iz "Strabaga" su nam objasnili da su tijekom krčenja raslinja tog prostora "uočili zatečeni, prethodno odloženi građevinski materijal u periodu prije početka izvođenja radova".

– Navedeni građevinski materijal uočen je na površini, a dio se pojavio probijanjem koridora šumske vlake prekrivenog slojem zemlje. Na gradilištu obilaznice Omiša na dijelu "Tunel Komorjak sjever sa spojnom cestom do DC70" nije započelo izvođenje stalnih radova, a to je upravo predmetna lokacija za koju se trenutno obavljaju pripreme – navode iz građevinske tvrtke.
Kažu da je "zatečeni građevinski materijal pomiješan sa zemljom preventivno, te prekriven još jednim slojem zemlje kako bi se prvenstveno spriječilo nekontrolirano raznošenje uslijed jakog vjetra i time spriječilo eventualno onečišćenje okoliša (raspršivanje čestica građevinskog materijala)".

– Danas, 27. ožujka oko 11 sati, na gradilište je izišla viša inspektorica zaštite okoliša radi uvida u stanje na terenu. Izvršen je obilazak terena, uočeno je da na toj lokaciji doista postoje tragovi nekontroliranog odlaganja smeća prije početka izvođenja radova na ovoj lokaciji (odbačene kamionske gume, stari madraci, PVC otpad, itd.) – obavijestili su nas o posjetu inspektora.
Kažu da su oni također kontaktirali ovlaštenu tvrtku za zbrinjavanje opasnog otpada i planirano je da se nakon policijskog očevida (radi prijave protiv nepoznatog počinitelja) pristupi propisanom uklanjanju i zbrinjavanju navedenog opasnog otpada.
– Preostali građevinski materijal (usitnjeni asfalt, beton i kamen) planiran je za recikliranje u "Strabagovu" reciklažnom pogonu u Križicama. Uklanjanje će biti izvršeno u skladu s pozitivnim propisima na zakonom predviđen način – poručili su, među ostalim, iz "Strabaga".
Poslali su nam i informacije koje bi, vele, "mogle pomoći u boljem razumijevanju situacije".
– Prije svega, potrebno je naglasiti da se ovdje ne radi o radovima na izradi nasipa buduće prometnice obilaznice Omiša, nego o pripremnim radovima uređivanja pristupa za mehanizaciju – u uvodu su objasnili i nastavili:
– S obzirom na to da konfiguracija terena na navedenoj lokaciji nije pogodna za slobodan gradilišni transport, bilo je potrebno izvršiti djelomično profiliranje terena u svrhu otvaranja neophodnih gradilišnih puteva. Za privremene gradilišne prometnice i prilazne rampe, uobičajeno je da se izrađuju od u tom trenutku zatečenog i raspoloživog iskopanog miješanog materijala. U ovom slučaju, radilo se na terenu gdje je neposredno završeno uklanjanje stabala i niskog raslinja – stoji u odgovoru "Strabaga".

Azbestna cijev iz Omiša...
Naime, sukladno Rješenju Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, pripremni radovi na izgradnji zahvata, krčenje vegetacije i čišćenje terena, moraju se izvoditi izvan razdoblja gniježđenja ptica i veće aktivnosti drugih životinjskih vrsta (od 15. rujna i od 15. ožujka) kako bi se umanjio negativan utjecaj na faunu, a video je snimljen 24. ožujka.
Zanimalo nas je kada su "zatekli" navedeni otpad i kada su to prijavili policiji. Pitali smo i kada su kontaktirali ovlaštenu tvrtku za zbrinjavanje opasnog otpada.

Dan nakon što je "Slobodna" objavila članak o nepropisnom bacanju opasnog i građevinskog otpada pokraj Omiša, stigao je odgovor i iz tvrtke "Strabag".
Podsjetimo, navedenoj građevinskoj tvrtki, kao i nadležnim inspekcijama i ministarstvima poslali smo snimku na kojoj se vidi kako bagerist "Strabaga" gura građevinski otpad u rupu, a potom ga zatrpava zemljom.
U sastavu tog otpada nalaze se i azbestno-cementne cijevi, koje se tretiraju kao opasni otpad, što nam je potvrdila i tvrtka "Cian", koja je ovlaštena za zbrinjavanje azbesta.
Iz "Strabaga" su nam objasnili da su tijekom krčenja raslinja tog prostora "uočili zatečeni, prethodno odloženi građevinski materijal u periodu prije početka izvođenja radova".

– Navedeni građevinski materijal uočen je na površini, a dio se pojavio probijanjem koridora šumske vlake prekrivenog slojem zemlje. Na gradilištu obilaznice Omiša na dijelu "Tunel Komorjak sjever sa spojnom cestom do DC70" nije započelo izvođenje stalnih radova, a to je upravo predmetna lokacija za koju se trenutno obavljaju pripreme – navode iz građevinske tvrtke.
Kažu da je "zatečeni građevinski materijal pomiješan sa zemljom preventivno, te prekriven još jednim slojem zemlje kako bi se prvenstveno spriječilo nekontrolirano raznošenje uslijed jakog vjetra i time spriječilo eventualno onečišćenje okoliša (raspršivanje čestica građevinskog materijala)".

– Danas, 27. ožujka oko 11 sati, na gradilište je izišla viša inspektorica zaštite okoliša radi uvida u stanje na terenu. Izvršen je obilazak terena, uočeno je da na toj lokaciji doista postoje tragovi nekontroliranog odlaganja smeća prije početka izvođenja radova na ovoj lokaciji (odbačene kamionske gume, stari madraci, PVC otpad, itd.) – obavijestili su nas o posjetu inspektora.
Kažu da su oni također kontaktirali ovlaštenu tvrtku za zbrinjavanje opasnog otpada i planirano je da se nakon policijskog očevida (radi prijave protiv nepoznatog počinitelja) pristupi propisanom uklanjanju i zbrinjavanju navedenog opasnog otpada.
– Preostali građevinski materijal (usitnjeni asfalt, beton i kamen) planiran je za recikliranje u "Strabagovu" reciklažnom pogonu u Križicama. Uklanjanje će biti izvršeno u skladu s pozitivnim propisima na zakonom predviđen način – poručili su, među ostalim, iz "Strabaga".
Poslali su nam i informacije koje bi, vele, "mogle pomoći u boljem razumijevanju situacije".
– Prije svega, potrebno je naglasiti da se ovdje ne radi o radovima na izradi nasipa buduće prometnice obilaznice Omiša, nego o pripremnim radovima uređivanja pristupa za mehanizaciju – u uvodu su objasnili i nastavili:
– S obzirom na to da konfiguracija terena na navedenoj lokaciji nije pogodna za slobodan gradilišni transport, bilo je potrebno izvršiti djelomično profiliranje terena u svrhu otvaranja neophodnih gradilišnih puteva. Za privremene gradilišne prometnice i prilazne rampe, uobičajeno je da se izrađuju od u tom trenutku zatečenog i raspoloživog iskopanog miješanog materijala. U ovom slučaju, radilo se na terenu gdje je neposredno završeno uklanjanje stabala i niskog raslinja – stoji u odgovoru "Strabaga".

Azbestna cijev iz Omiša...
Naime, sukladno Rješenju Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, pripremni radovi na izgradnji zahvata, krčenje vegetacije i čišćenje terena, moraju se izvoditi izvan razdoblja gniježđenja ptica i veće aktivnosti drugih životinjskih vrsta (od 15. rujna i od 15. ožujka) kako bi se umanjio negativan utjecaj na faunu, a video je snimljen 24. ožujka.
Zanimalo nas je kada su "zatekli" navedeni otpad i kada su to prijavili policiji. Pitali smo i kada su kontaktirali ovlaštenu tvrtku za zbrinjavanje opasnog otpada.
