Tea Cvitanović je slikarica rođena 1997. godine, a (trenutno) živi i radi u Igranima. Ljubav prema Dalmaciji, mjestu iz kojeg potječe i u kojem živi, vidljiva je i u njezinim radovima. Mediteran kakav je nekad bio, oslikan njezinom rukom na betonskim autobusnim stanicama u Igranima, još uvijek je tu, nostalgičan i duhovit, baš kakav je nekad i bio.

Kako ste došli na ideju oslikavanja autobusne stanice?

- Zajedno s vijećnicom općine Podgora Marijom Bakalić, pomislila sam kako bismo oslikavanjem autobusnih stanica uljepšali turistima i domaćima ulazak u Igrane. Proces sam započela odabirom motiva koji sam stilski htjela uklopiti s prethodno naslikanim muralom na dječjem vrtiću unutar mjesta. Stanice sam oslikala volonterski, a potrebni materijal financirala je TZ Igrane.

Inspiracija Dalmacijom

Imate li nekog u obitelji tko se također bavi ili se bavio slikarstvom?

- Već sam se od malih nogu izražavala u likovnom smislu, a talent koji imam prepoznali su roditelji i moja prva učiteljica Silvana. U užoj obitelji nitko se nije bavio time, no uz mene polako razumijevaju taj svijet. Moji sastavi u osnovnoj školi izgledali su kao likovni radovi jer sam manjak rečenica upotpunjavala slikama. Taj način izražavanja pratio me kroz cijelo školovanje.

Što vas najviše inspirira?

- Inspiraciju pronalazim u promatranju načina života u Dalmaciji. Volim sjesti na osamu uz more i promatrati kretanja ljudi i brodova. Isto tako volim promatrati arhitekturu današnjih dalmatinskih mjesta. Volim ih prikazati u šarenom koloritu bez obzira što u stvarnosti često i nisu takva. Svaki izabrani kolorit naslikane kuće inspiriran je osobom koja u njoj boravi. Život u malom mjestu, gdje se svi poznaju, omogućio mi je prikaz raznolike osobnosti mještana kroz likovno izražavanje.

Kojom se slikarskom tehnikom najradije služite?

- Najviše volim slikati akrilom i akvarelom jer mi te tehnike omogućavaju slikanje brzim potezima.

Gdje biste voljeli izlagati svoje radove?

- Naravno da svakom umjetniku imponira izložiti svoj rad u bilo kojoj svjetski poznatoj galeriji kao što je npr. The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mene možda ipak više privlači izlagati u otvorenom konceptu galerije. Na taj način je običnom čovjeku omogućeno opušteno promatranje umjetnosti bez uštogljenosti prestižnih galerija. Sviđa mi se i koncept izlaganja na lokacijama koje nisu tome namijenjene, na mjestima gdje bi umjetnost komplementirala svakodnevni život.

Restauracija i veterina

Koja vam je vaša slika najdraža i zašto?

- Teško mi je izdvojiti najdražu sliku, ali u zadnje vrijeme se često sjetim jednog plošno naslikanog trajekta, čiju prošlogodišnju prodaju do danas nisam prežalila. Slika nije ni bila namijenjena za prodaju, ali sam poklekla pri moljakanju simpatične turistice, koja je na romantičnoj večeri u obližnjem restoranu shvatila da slavi godišnjicu braka za koju nije kupila poklon.

Što najradije čitate i koju muziku slušate?

- Izbor literature i glazbe je kod mene veoma šarolik. Glazbu odabirem po trenutnom raspoloženju, od rock and rolla, mariachia do talijanskih kancona. Od knjiga preferiram popularnu psihologiju, te hrvatske autore i djela prožeta dalmatinskim humorom.

Što vas lako može naljutiti, odnosno nasmijati?

- Naljuti me vlastito nesnalaženje s modernom tehnologijom, dok se nasmijati mogu raznoraznim situacijama, često i sama sebi.

Da niste slikarica, što biste najradije bili?

- Da se ne bavim slikarstvom, vjerojatno bih se bavila nekom drugom vrstom umjetnosti, kao što je restauracija, koja me intrigira, a moguće je da bih, zbog ljubavi prema životinjama, otišla i u smjeru veterine.

Tea Cvitanović je slikarica rođena 1997. godine, a (trenutno) živi i radi u Igranima. Ljubav prema Dalmaciji, mjestu iz kojeg potječe i u kojem živi, vidljiva je i u njezinim radovima. Mediteran kakav je nekad bio, oslikan njezinom rukom na betonskim autobusnim stanicama u Igranima, još uvijek je tu, nostalgičan i duhovit, baš kakav je nekad i bio.

Kako ste došli na ideju oslikavanja autobusne stanice?

- Zajedno s vijećnicom općine Podgora Marijom Bakalić, pomislila sam kako bismo oslikavanjem autobusnih stanica uljepšali turistima i domaćima ulazak u Igrane. Proces sam započela odabirom motiva koji sam stilski htjela uklopiti s prethodno naslikanim muralom na dječjem vrtiću unutar mjesta. Stanice sam oslikala volonterski, a potrebni materijal financirala je TZ Igrane.

Inspiracija Dalmacijom

Imate li nekog u obitelji tko se također bavi ili se bavio slikarstvom?

- Već sam se od malih nogu izražavala u likovnom smislu, a talent koji imam prepoznali su roditelji i moja prva učiteljica Silvana. U užoj obitelji nitko se nije bavio time, no uz mene polako razumijevaju taj svijet. Moji sastavi u osnovnoj školi izgledali su kao likovni radovi jer sam manjak rečenica upotpunjavala slikama. Taj način izražavanja pratio me kroz cijelo školovanje.

Što vas najviše inspirira?

- Inspiraciju pronalazim u promatranju načina života u Dalmaciji. Volim sjesti na osamu uz more i promatrati kretanja ljudi i brodova. Isto tako volim promatrati arhitekturu današnjih dalmatinskih mjesta. Volim ih prikazati u šarenom koloritu bez obzira što u stvarnosti često i nisu takva. Svaki izabrani kolorit naslikane kuće inspiriran je osobom koja u njoj boravi. Život u malom mjestu, gdje se svi poznaju, omogućio mi je prikaz raznolike osobnosti mještana kroz likovno izražavanje.

Kojom se slikarskom tehnikom najradije služite?

- Najviše volim slikati akrilom i akvarelom jer mi te tehnike omogućavaju slikanje brzim potezima.

Gdje biste voljeli izlagati svoje radove?

- Naravno da svakom umjetniku imponira izložiti svoj rad u bilo kojoj svjetski poznatoj galeriji kao što je npr. The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mene možda ipak više privlači izlagati u otvorenom konceptu galerije. Na taj način je običnom čovjeku omogućeno opušteno promatranje umjetnosti bez uštogljenosti prestižnih galerija. Sviđa mi se i koncept izlaganja na lokacijama koje nisu tome namijenjene, na mjestima gdje bi umjetnost komplementirala svakodnevni život.

Restauracija i veterina

Koja vam je vaša slika najdraža i zašto?

- Teško mi je izdvojiti najdražu sliku, ali u zadnje vrijeme se često sjetim jednog plošno naslikanog trajekta, čiju prošlogodišnju prodaju do danas nisam prežalila. Slika nije ni bila namijenjena za prodaju, ali sam poklekla pri moljakanju simpatične turistice, koja je na romantičnoj večeri u obližnjem restoranu shvatila da slavi godišnjicu braka za koju nije kupila poklon.

Što najradije čitate i koju muziku slušate?

- Izbor literature i glazbe je kod mene veoma šarolik. Glazbu odabirem po trenutnom raspoloženju, od rock and rolla, mariachia do talijanskih kancona. Od knjiga preferiram popularnu psihologiju, te hrvatske autore i djela prožeta dalmatinskim humorom.

Što vas lako može naljutiti, odnosno nasmijati?

- Naljuti me vlastito nesnalaženje s modernom tehnologijom, dok se nasmijati mogu raznoraznim situacijama, često i sama sebi.

Da niste slikarica, što biste najradije bili?

- Da se ne bavim slikarstvom, vjerojatno bih se bavila nekom drugom vrstom umjetnosti, kao što je restauracija, koja me intrigira, a moguće je da bih, zbog ljubavi prema životinjama, otišla i u smjeru veterine.
