Izvršni direktor tvrtke ”Auro Domus” Davor Žic ističe kako su trenutačno sve mjenjačnice te tvrtke zatvorene:
- Mjenjačko poslovanje je privremeno obustavljeno, a ponovno pokretanje planiramo na proljeće, ali samo u jednom dijelu poslovnica. Naime, na području Hrvatske je "Auro Domus" obavljao mjenjačku djelatnost na ukupno oko 150 lokacija, ali prema planu za 2023. godinu uslugu mjenjačnice nudit ćemo u pedesetak poslovnica.
Tijekom 2022. godine ”Auro Domus” je u Dubrovniku imao šest mjenjačnica, a ove godine bi na području Dubrovnika trebala biti otvorena jedna mjenjačnica i to ona na adresi Obala Stjepana Radića 3. Samo mjenjačko poslovanje na ovoj lokaciji – kao niti na drugim lokacijama u Hrvatskoj – ne bi bilo isplativo, te je stoga naša tvrtka mjenjačnice zadržala u onim poslovnicama koje nude i druge usluge, kao što je otkup zlata, zalog na zlato ili prodaja investicijskog zlata.
Upravo je takva situacija i u Dubrovniku, gdje su sve te usluge dostupne u spomenutoj poslovnici u Gružu - ističe Žic koji na upit o prometu tijekom prošle godine i očekivanim efektima zatvaranja mjenjačnica dodaje:

-Točan podatak o ukupnom prometu još uvijek nemamo, jer je poslovna godina netom zaključena. Glede pada prometa, s obzirom da je eursko poslovanje, kao i kod većine mjenjačnica u Hrvatskoj, iznosilo između 85 posto i 90 posto ukupnog volumena pojedine lokacije, očekujemo pad upravo u tom postotku, dakle čak do 90 posto prometa od zamjene valuta.

"Globtour Dubrovnik" ima poslovnicu na Stradunu, a voditelj te turističke agencije Stanko Ljubić o budućnosti poslovnice kaže:
- Radimo u prostoru "Blagih djela" a 70 posto ukupnog prometa u mjenjačkom dijelu poslovanja odnosio se na zamjenu eura. Najvjerojatnije se kao agencija vraćamo temeljnoj aktivnosti prodaje izleta, a glede mjenjačkih poslova ćemo sačekati.
"Blaga djela" su raspisali natječaj za iznajmljivanje tog prostora, a dok se ne riješi sudbina prostora dvoje djelatnika koji su licencirani za mjenjačke poslove nalazi se trenutačno na godišnjem odmoru - kaže Ljubić koji odluku o ostanku agencije u prostoru na Stradunu očekuje do konca idućeg tjedna.

Premda Ljubić nije želio ništa komentirati, neslužbeno smo doznali kako su "Blaga djela" početnu cijenu novog zakupa poslovnih kvadrata za predstojeće razdoblje podigla za više od 20 posto.

O budućnosti mjenjačkih poslova pitali smo i poduzetnika Marija Konjuha, otac tenisačice Ane, koji nam je rekao da je njegova obiteljska tvrtka s pojavom COVID-a zatvorila dvije od ukupno četiri mjenjačnice:
- Ostavili smo samo mjenjačnice na Stradunu i onu u DOC-u Lapad. No, s uvođenjem eura, zbog velikog najma je definitivno otpao Stradun gdje su se dvije trećine posla odnosile na zamjenu eura te nismo našli nikakva modusa da nakon svega ostanemo i plaćamo veliku najamninu.
Stoga smo nakon 25 godina zatvorili mjenjačnicu na Stradunu, a ostala je samo u DOC-u koja je u prostoru obiteljske tvrtke. Do ove sezone ćemo vidjeti isplati li se ta aktivnost i na toj lokaciji jer se za mjenjačke poslove može reći kako su "páse".
Mislim da će širom Hrvatske 90 posto mjenjačnica biti zatvoreno, a skoro mislim da će ih u samom Dubrovniku od ukupno oko 20 biti zatvoreno čak 18. Zapravo, vjerujem da će jedna ili dvije raditi tek na području Gruža, ostale teško da će moći ostvariti promet temeljem kojeg bi mogli platiti radnike i ostvariti zaradu.

Izvršni direktor tvrtke ”Auro Domus” Davor Žic ističe kako su trenutačno sve mjenjačnice te tvrtke zatvorene:
- Mjenjačko poslovanje je privremeno obustavljeno, a ponovno pokretanje planiramo na proljeće, ali samo u jednom dijelu poslovnica. Naime, na području Hrvatske je "Auro Domus" obavljao mjenjačku djelatnost na ukupno oko 150 lokacija, ali prema planu za 2023. godinu uslugu mjenjačnice nudit ćemo u pedesetak poslovnica.
Tijekom 2022. godine ”Auro Domus” je u Dubrovniku imao šest mjenjačnica, a ove godine bi na području Dubrovnika trebala biti otvorena jedna mjenjačnica i to ona na adresi Obala Stjepana Radića 3. Samo mjenjačko poslovanje na ovoj lokaciji – kao niti na drugim lokacijama u Hrvatskoj – ne bi bilo isplativo, te je stoga naša tvrtka mjenjačnice zadržala u onim poslovnicama koje nude i druge usluge, kao što je otkup zlata, zalog na zlato ili prodaja investicijskog zlata.
Upravo je takva situacija i u Dubrovniku, gdje su sve te usluge dostupne u spomenutoj poslovnici u Gružu - ističe Žic koji na upit o prometu tijekom prošle godine i očekivanim efektima zatvaranja mjenjačnica dodaje:

-Točan podatak o ukupnom prometu još uvijek nemamo, jer je poslovna godina netom zaključena. Glede pada prometa, s obzirom da je eursko poslovanje, kao i kod većine mjenjačnica u Hrvatskoj, iznosilo između 85 posto i 90 posto ukupnog volumena pojedine lokacije, očekujemo pad upravo u tom postotku, dakle čak do 90 posto prometa od zamjene valuta.

"Globtour Dubrovnik" ima poslovnicu na Stradunu, a voditelj te turističke agencije Stanko Ljubić o budućnosti poslovnice kaže:
- Radimo u prostoru "Blagih djela" a 70 posto ukupnog prometa u mjenjačkom dijelu poslovanja odnosio se na zamjenu eura. Najvjerojatnije se kao agencija vraćamo temeljnoj aktivnosti prodaje izleta, a glede mjenjačkih poslova ćemo sačekati.
"Blaga djela" su raspisali natječaj za iznajmljivanje tog prostora, a dok se ne riješi sudbina prostora dvoje djelatnika koji su licencirani za mjenjačke poslove nalazi se trenutačno na godišnjem odmoru - kaže Ljubić koji odluku o ostanku agencije u prostoru na Stradunu očekuje do konca idućeg tjedna.

Premda Ljubić nije želio ništa komentirati, neslužbeno smo doznali kako su "Blaga djela" početnu cijenu novog zakupa poslovnih kvadrata za predstojeće razdoblje podigla za više od 20 posto.

O budućnosti mjenjačkih poslova pitali smo i poduzetnika Marija Konjuha, otac tenisačice Ane, koji nam je rekao da je njegova obiteljska tvrtka s pojavom COVID-a zatvorila dvije od ukupno četiri mjenjačnice:
- Ostavili smo samo mjenjačnice na Stradunu i onu u DOC-u Lapad. No, s uvođenjem eura, zbog velikog najma je definitivno otpao Stradun gdje su se dvije trećine posla odnosile na zamjenu eura te nismo našli nikakva modusa da nakon svega ostanemo i plaćamo veliku najamninu.
Stoga smo nakon 25 godina zatvorili mjenjačnicu na Stradunu, a ostala je samo u DOC-u koja je u prostoru obiteljske tvrtke. Do ove sezone ćemo vidjeti isplati li se ta aktivnost i na toj lokaciji jer se za mjenjačke poslove može reći kako su "páse".
Mislim da će širom Hrvatske 90 posto mjenjačnica biti zatvoreno, a skoro mislim da će ih u samom Dubrovniku od ukupno oko 20 biti zatvoreno čak 18. Zapravo, vjerujem da će jedna ili dvije raditi tek na području Gruža, ostale teško da će moći ostvariti promet temeljem kojeg bi mogli platiti radnike i ostvariti zaradu.
