Roditelji mogu biti mirni, i iduću pedagošku godinu njihova djeca će moći pohađati privatne vrtiće pod istim uvjetima kao i do sada.

Dakle, bit će i dalje izjednačena cijena u gradskim i privatnim vrtićima, a Grad će sufinancirati svako dijete u privatnom vrtiću s dodatnih 40 eura više nego što je bilo do sada - kazao je to solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević, iznoseći zaključak sa astanka između predstavnika lokalne vlasti i privatnih predškolskih ustanova.

- Imali smo niz konstruktivnih sastanaka s vlasnicima, odnosno ravnateljima svih pet privatnih vrtića koji obuhvaćaju oko 400 djece. Pokušali smo naći model u kojem bi vlasnici u kontekstu rastućeg povećanja cijena energenata, namirnica i ostalih troškova, mogli u financijskom smislu opstati, a s druge strane zadržati postojeću razinu pedagoške skrbi.

Unijelo je to sve nemir i nesigurnost kod roditelja koji pohađaju privatne vrtiće, pa su nam se se i obraćali s upitima. Grad je od srpnja 2021. donio odluku o izjednačavanju cijene boravka u privatnim i gradskim vrtićima. Grad je na razini godine povećao dotadašnja izdavajanja za privatne vrtiće za 63 posto, odnosno za gotovo dva milijuna kuna, što će ukupno s ovim doći ubuduće i do šest milijuna kuna, govorim u kunama da je lakše usporediti ranije brojke.

Imali smo, dakle, dvije opcije, da omogućimo privatnim vrtićima da ih oslobodimo da kreiraju vlastitu cijenu prema roditeljima ili da Grad poveća svoje sufinanciranje na razini godine. Razgovarali smo dugo, jer smo stalno gledali kako ne podignuti tu cijenu prema roditeljima, i na kraju smo se odlučili na povećanje sufinanciranja od strane Grada.

To ćemo predložiti i na Gradskom vijeću, dakle za dodatnih 40 eura za svako dijete, neovisno o duljini boravka, odnosno programa kojeg pohađa u vrtiću - kazao je gradonačelnik istaknuvši kako su se dogovorili da i privatni vrtići odmah počnu upise za novu pedagošku godinu, a da će ovo povećanje potpora uslijediti nakon proračunskog rebalansa.

- Dogovorili smo se da ćemo se ubuduće redovito sastajati, a prilikom izrade proračuna za 2024. godinu da možemo razmotriti mogućnost dodatne subvencije kako bi privatni vrtići mogli opstati.

Napravit ćemo analizu o troškovima, ako dođe do nekog manjeg povećanja cijene boravka, bit će podignuta i za gradske i privatne vrtiće i neće biti značajan udar na standard građana. Tu odluku nismo donijeli, a i pitanje je hoćemo li je i donijeti - poručio je Ninčević, te rekao kako u gradskim vrtićima "Cvrčak" čiji su osnivači Grad Solin i općine Klis i Muć, ima oko 1200 djece, a u samom Solinu 900.

- Budući da još nismo vidjeli kakav je interes u gradskim vrtićima, jer upisi počinju 28. travnja, ako bude potrebno možda ćemo i neku jasličnu skupinu prenamijeniti u desetosatni program. Inače, cijene koje roditelji plaćaju u gradskim vrtićima, a izjednačavanjem cijena i u privatnima, su gotovo simbolične, i ovisno o programu iznose: za jaslice mjesečno 620 kuna, desetosatni program 600 kuna i kraći programi, petosatni i šestosatni, 290, odnosno 310 kuna i nisu se mijenjale desetljećima - rekao je Ninčević što je potvrdio i Darko Bilandžić, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za javne djelatnosti.

Na predškolski odgoj osvrnuo se i dogradonačelnik Ivica Rakušić.

- Budući da Grad izdavaja 26 posto od svog ukupnog proračuna za predškolski odgoj, oko 38 milijuna kuna, po tom kriteriju smo na visokom šestom mjestu među lokalnim jedinicama u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, a podatak na koji smo posebno ponosni jest taj da od ukupnog broja djece u Solinu njih 84,21 posto pohađa program predškolskog odgoja.

Kriterij je to koji je posebno bitan, budući da je Hrvatska preuzela obvezu od EU-a da do 2025. godine 95 posto djece u dobi od četvrte do sedme godine života bude obuhvaćeno predškolskim odgojem. U nepune tri godine otvorili smo dva velika vrtića, dobili smo novac i za novi vrtić u Svetome Kaju tako da se nadamo da ćemo do 2025. postići da se visoki postotak još poveća - kazao je Rakušić.

Roditelji mogu biti mirni, i iduću pedagošku godinu njihova djeca će moći pohađati privatne vrtiće pod istim uvjetima kao i do sada.

Dakle, bit će i dalje izjednačena cijena u gradskim i privatnim vrtićima, a Grad će sufinancirati svako dijete u privatnom vrtiću s dodatnih 40 eura više nego što je bilo do sada - kazao je to solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević, iznoseći zaključak sa astanka između predstavnika lokalne vlasti i privatnih predškolskih ustanova.

- Imali smo niz konstruktivnih sastanaka s vlasnicima, odnosno ravnateljima svih pet privatnih vrtića koji obuhvaćaju oko 400 djece. Pokušali smo naći model u kojem bi vlasnici u kontekstu rastućeg povećanja cijena energenata, namirnica i ostalih troškova, mogli u financijskom smislu opstati, a s druge strane zadržati postojeću razinu pedagoške skrbi.

Unijelo je to sve nemir i nesigurnost kod roditelja koji pohađaju privatne vrtiće, pa su nam se se i obraćali s upitima. Grad je od srpnja 2021. donio odluku o izjednačavanju cijene boravka u privatnim i gradskim vrtićima. Grad je na razini godine povećao dotadašnja izdavajanja za privatne vrtiće za 63 posto, odnosno za gotovo dva milijuna kuna, što će ukupno s ovim doći ubuduće i do šest milijuna kuna, govorim u kunama da je lakše usporediti ranije brojke.

Imali smo, dakle, dvije opcije, da omogućimo privatnim vrtićima da ih oslobodimo da kreiraju vlastitu cijenu prema roditeljima ili da Grad poveća svoje sufinanciranje na razini godine. Razgovarali smo dugo, jer smo stalno gledali kako ne podignuti tu cijenu prema roditeljima, i na kraju smo se odlučili na povećanje sufinanciranja od strane Grada.

To ćemo predložiti i na Gradskom vijeću, dakle za dodatnih 40 eura za svako dijete, neovisno o duljini boravka, odnosno programa kojeg pohađa u vrtiću - kazao je gradonačelnik istaknuvši kako su se dogovorili da i privatni vrtići odmah počnu upise za novu pedagošku godinu, a da će ovo povećanje potpora uslijediti nakon proračunskog rebalansa.

- Dogovorili smo se da ćemo se ubuduće redovito sastajati, a prilikom izrade proračuna za 2024. godinu da možemo razmotriti mogućnost dodatne subvencije kako bi privatni vrtići mogli opstati.

Napravit ćemo analizu o troškovima, ako dođe do nekog manjeg povećanja cijene boravka, bit će podignuta i za gradske i privatne vrtiće i neće biti značajan udar na standard građana. Tu odluku nismo donijeli, a i pitanje je hoćemo li je i donijeti - poručio je Ninčević, te rekao kako u gradskim vrtićima "Cvrčak" čiji su osnivači Grad Solin i općine Klis i Muć, ima oko 1200 djece, a u samom Solinu 900.

- Budući da još nismo vidjeli kakav je interes u gradskim vrtićima, jer upisi počinju 28. travnja, ako bude potrebno možda ćemo i neku jasličnu skupinu prenamijeniti u desetosatni program. Inače, cijene koje roditelji plaćaju u gradskim vrtićima, a izjednačavanjem cijena i u privatnima, su gotovo simbolične, i ovisno o programu iznose: za jaslice mjesečno 620 kuna, desetosatni program 600 kuna i kraći programi, petosatni i šestosatni, 290, odnosno 310 kuna i nisu se mijenjale desetljećima - rekao je Ninčević što je potvrdio i Darko Bilandžić, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za javne djelatnosti.

Na predškolski odgoj osvrnuo se i dogradonačelnik Ivica Rakušić.

- Budući da Grad izdavaja 26 posto od svog ukupnog proračuna za predškolski odgoj, oko 38 milijuna kuna, po tom kriteriju smo na visokom šestom mjestu među lokalnim jedinicama u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, a podatak na koji smo posebno ponosni jest taj da od ukupnog broja djece u Solinu njih 84,21 posto pohađa program predškolskog odgoja.

Kriterij je to koji je posebno bitan, budući da je Hrvatska preuzela obvezu od EU-a da do 2025. godine 95 posto djece u dobi od četvrte do sedme godine života bude obuhvaćeno predškolskim odgojem. U nepune tri godine otvorili smo dva velika vrtića, dobili smo novac i za novi vrtić u Svetome Kaju tako da se nadamo da ćemo do 2025. postići da se visoki postotak još poveća - kazao je Rakušić.

Roditelji mogu biti mirni, i iduću pedagošku godinu njihova djeca će moći pohađati privatne vrtiće pod istim uvjetima kao i do sada.

Dakle, bit će i dalje izjednačena cijena u gradskim i privatnim vrtićima, a Grad će sufinancirati svako dijete u privatnom vrtiću s dodatnih 40 eura više nego što je bilo do sada - kazao je to solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević, iznoseći zaključak sa astanka između predstavnika lokalne vlasti i privatnih predškolskih ustanova.

- Imali smo niz konstruktivnih sastanaka s vlasnicima, odnosno ravnateljima svih pet privatnih vrtića koji obuhvaćaju oko 400 djece. Pokušali smo naći model u kojem bi vlasnici u kontekstu rastućeg povećanja cijena energenata, namirnica i ostalih troškova, mogli u financijskom smislu opstati, a s druge strane z...
