Nakon što je na Uskrs preminula Nikoll, dvogodišnja djevojčica iz Nove Gradiške koja se u Klaićevoj bolnici borila za život, roditelji djevojčice su završili u istražnom zatvoru. Sumnja se da je majka nasmrt istukla malenu i zadala joj hematome.

Nakon groznog događaja koji je šokirao cijelu Hrvatsku, porazgovarali smo s Natalijom Urlić, ravnateljicom makarskog Centra za socijalnu skrb, koja kazuje da u odnosu na podatke o broju predmeta obiteljskog nasilja koji se vode kod makarskog Centra od 1. travnja 2019. do 1. travnja 2020., usporedbom s podacima do 1. travnja ove godine nema povećanja.

Povjeravanje skrbi

- Osim iskrenog žaljenja za izgubljenim dječjim životom, tragični događaj u Novoj Gradiški ne mogu komentirati iz razloga što ne raspolažem relevantnim podacima predmeta na kojima bih temeljila svoju izjavu.

U Centru za socijalnu skrb Makarska smo nedavno imali predmet prijave nasilja nad djecom od strane roditelja i Centar je sukladno Obiteljskom zakonu, uz obveznu prijavu policiji, odmah odredio žurnu mjeru izdvajanja djece iz obitelji, nakon čega je Sudu predloženo oduzimanje prava na stanovanje s djetetom te povjeravanje svakodnevne skrbi drugoj osobi, temeljem čega su djeca sada i smještena u udomiteljsku obitelj - kazuje Urlić.

I makarski se Centar svakodnevno susreće s poteškoćama koje imaju i drugi centri u svom djelovanju, ponajprije manjkom stručnih radnika.

Suradnja institucija

- Dajemo svoj maksimum kako bismo pomogli našim korisnicima koji su itekako opterećeni svojim životnim poteškoćama. Nasilje, bez ikakvog izuzetka, treba osuditi, odnosno primjereno kazniti, no često je i sami nasilnik osoba koja je i sama doživjela nasilje i kojem treba pomoć i djelovanje s ciljem pronalaženja uzroka takvom ponašanju, odnosno sprječavanja začaranog kruga ponavljanja nasilja gdje žrtva preuzima ulogu nasilnika.

Da bi se to postiglo, potrebna je suradnja svih institucija jer probleme obitelji koji su doveli do neadekvatnog roditeljstva ne može riješiti sam Centar, već je neophodna kvalitetna međuresorna suradnja, ali i jačanje i širenje mreže socijalnih usluga na lokalnoj razini - rekla je Urlić, dodavši da pri Centru za socijalnu skrb Makarska nema registriranih udomitelja, izuzev nekolicine srodničkih udomiteljskih obitelji gdje skrb o djeci preuzimaju članovi obitelji.

U obradi Centra je tek jedna udomiteljska obitelj jer već godinama na području Makarske i Dalmacije nema interesa za udomljavanje djece ili odraslih osoba.

Nakon što je na Uskrs preminula Nikoll, dvogodišnja djevojčica iz Nove Gradiške koja se u Klaićevoj bolnici borila za život, roditelji djevojčice su završili u istražnom zatvoru. Sumnja se da je majka nasmrt istukla malenu i zadala joj hematome.

Nakon groznog događaja koji je šokirao cijelu Hrvatsku, porazgovarali smo s Natalijom Urlić, ravnateljicom makarskog Centra za socijalnu skrb, koja kazuje da u odnosu na podatke o broju predmeta obiteljskog nasilja koji se vode kod makarskog Centra od 1. travnja 2019. do 1. travnja 2020., usporedbom s podacima do 1. travnja ove godine nema povećanja.

Povjeravanje skrbi

- Osim iskrenog žaljenja za izgubljenim dječjim životom, tragični događaj u Novoj Gradiški ne mogu komentirati iz razloga što ne raspolažem relevantnim podacima predmeta na kojima bih temeljila svoju izjavu.

U Centru za socijalnu skrb Makarska smo nedavno imali predmet prijave nasilja nad djecom od strane roditelja i Centar je sukladno Obiteljskom zakonu, uz obveznu prijavu policiji, odmah odredio žurnu mjeru izdvajanja djece iz obitelji, nakon čega je Sudu predloženo oduzimanje prava na stanovanje s djetetom te povjeravanje svakodnevne skrbi drugoj osobi, temeljem čega su djeca sada i smještena u udomiteljsku obitelj - kazuje Urlić.

I makarski se Centar svakodnevno susreće s poteškoćama koje imaju i drugi centri u svom djelovanju, ponajprije manjkom stručnih radnika.

Suradnja institucija

- Dajemo svoj maksimum kako bismo pomogli našim korisnicima koji su itekako opterećeni svojim životnim poteškoćama. Nasilje, bez ikakvog izuzetka, treba osuditi, odnosno primjereno kazniti, no često je i sami nasilnik osoba koja je i sama doživjela nasilje i kojem treba pomoć i djelovanje s ciljem pronalaženja uzroka takvom ponašanju, odnosno sprječavanja začaranog kruga ponavljanja nasilja gdje žrtva preuzima ulogu nasilnika.

Da bi se to postiglo, potrebna je suradnja svih institucija jer probleme obitelji koji su doveli do neadekvatnog roditeljstva ne može riješiti sam Centar, već je neophodna kvalitetna međuresorna suradnja, ali i jačanje i širenje mreže socijalnih usluga na lokalnoj razini - rekla je Urlić, dodavši da pri Centru za socijalnu skrb Makarska nema registriranih udomitelja, izuzev nekolicine srodničkih udomiteljskih obitelji gdje skrb o djeci preuzimaju članovi obitelji.

U obradi Centra je tek jedna udomiteljska obitelj jer već godinama na području Makarske i Dalmacije nema interesa za udomljavanje djece ili odraslih osoba.

Ravnateljica makarskog Centra za socijalnu skrb: Nedavno smo zbog prijave roditeljskog nasilja izdvojili djecu iz obitelji i smjestili ih kod udomitelja

Nakon što je na Uskrs preminula Nikoll, dvogodišnja djevojčica iz Nove Gradiške koja se u Klaićevoj bolnici borila za život, roditelji djevojčice su završili u istražnom zatvoru. Sumnja se da je majka nasmrt istukla malenu i zadala joj hematome.

Nakon groznog događaja koji je šokirao cijelu Hrvatsku, porazgovarali smo s Natalijom Urlić, ravnateljicom makarskog Centra za socijalnu skrb, koja kazuje da u odnosu na podatke o broju predmeta obiteljskog nasilja koji se vode kod makarskog Centra od 1. travnja 2019. do 1. travnja 2020., usporedbom s podacima do 1. travnja ove godine nema povećanja.
