Hotelu "Maestral", remek-djelu modernističke i turističke arhitekture, istekla je privremena zaštita, čime se, doznajemo, gubi svaka mogućnost stjecanja trajne zaštite.

Prijedlog trajne zaštite izrađen je pri nadležnom Konzervatorskom odjelu u Splitu, što su nam potvrdili i konzervatori u Splitu, kazavši kako je konzervatorica Sandi Bulimbašić izradila prijedlog i uputila u Zagreb.

Upućen je u proceduru i upisan u postupke u novoj bazi Registra kulturnih dobara RH, no Stručno povjerenstvo za utvrđivanje svojstva kulturnog dobra pri Ministarstvu kulture o slučaju nije ni odlučivalo, budući da već duže vrijeme sjednica Stručnog povjerenstva nije održana.

- Konzervatori daju sugestije, međutim, odluku donosi Vijeće pri Ministarstvu kulture koje se trebalo sastati još prije par mjeseci. Nikome nije jasno zašto se nisu sastali, a problem je u tome da se sad ne može pokrenuti trajna zaštita. Prvo jest bila korona, no postoji mogućnost organiziranja sastanaka i u takvim okolnostima. Također, udruga "Motel" iz Trogira uputila je dopis Ministarstvu još u listopadu, tražeći odgovor na pitanje kad će se održati ta sjednica, i nikakav odgovor nisu dobili - rekla nam je Antonia Vodanović, predsjednica Udruge "Kačić".

Učestalo upozoravali

Maroje Mrduljaš s Arhitektonskog fakulteta, koautor serijala "Betonski spavači" i kustos izložbe "Towards Concrete Utopia" u New Yorku (Arhitektura u Jugoslaviji), kaže kako su konzervatori uz njegovu suradnju pripremili prijedlog zaštite. Kako znamo, sastanak se nije dogodio, a Mrduljaš o tome kaže:

- Možda je to i namjerno, upozorili smo na situaciju s više strana. Upravo s ciljem da ubrzamo stvar, napravili smo izložbu "Sunčana strana modernizma" u Orisu i izašli u medije. Nažalost, ništa nije pomoglo i privremena zaštita je istekla - kaže Mrduljaš.

Stipe Ursić, načelnik općine Brela, kaže kako njih ne zamara činjenica da je hotelu "Maestral" istekla privremena zaštita jer su kroz prostorni plan općine propisali zaštitu tog područja.

- Može se dignuti na pet zvjezdica, ali samo u postojećim gabaritima i to je tako još od 2008. Također, razgovarali smo s vlasnikom i on kaže kako je i njima u interesu zadržati postojeći izgled. Mogu rekonstruirati unutarnje dijelove, ali zbog situacije s koronom sve su investicije stale. No, ni u jednom trenutku nitko nije ni pomislio na rušenje ili dogradnju - veli Ursić.

Antonia Vodanović kaže kako dvoji oko toga štiti li prostorni plan uistinu dovoljno.

- Prostorni su planovi uvijek podložni promjenama, a prostorni plan ne štiti interijer, a ovdje je interijer kao cjelinu nužno zaštititi jer ga je Bernardo Bernardi kao arhitekt interijera pomno osmislio, i u realizaciju uključio i likovne umjetnike i produkt dizajnere i stručnjake za hortikulturu. Pri interijeru mislim na javni prostor, dakle lobi i sve ostale dijelove, što ne uključuje sobe - objasnila je Vodanović.

Autori "Maestrala" su arhitekti Julije DeLuca, Ante Rožić i Matija Salaj.

Bluesun Hotels&Resorts: Rekonstrukcija će se raditi s maksimalnim poštovanjem


Josip Zečević, direktor Sektora investicija i održavanja, Bluesun Hotels & Resorts, kaže kako je u dogledno vrijeme u planu rekonstrukcija 'Maestrala'.
- Naglasak bi bio na nužnim zahvatima za održavanje. Budući da je riječ o neprocjenjivo vrijednom arhitektonskom djelu i naslijeđu najznačajnijih arhitekata i dizajnera hrvatskog modernizma - sve što će ulaziti u njegovu rekonstrukciju planirano je s maksimalnim poštovanjem i očuvanjem izvornih elemenata i postojećih arhitektonskih rješenja - kazao je Zečević.

- Obavještavamo vas kako se sjednice Stručnog povjerenstva odvijaju redovito te se sukladno zakonu provode procedure utvrđivanja svojstva kulturnog dobra. Na jednoj od sljedećih sjednica Stručnog povjerenstva razmatrat će se status hotela 'Maestral' u Brelima - odgovorili su iz Ministarstva.

Hotelu "Maestral", remek-djelu modernističke i turističke arhitekture, istekla je privremena zaštita, čime se, doznajemo, gubi svaka mogućnost stjecanja trajne zaštite.

Prijedlog trajne zaštite izrađen je pri nadležnom Konzervatorskom odjelu u Splitu, što su nam potvrdili i konzervatori u Splitu, kazavši kako je konzervatorica Sandi Bulimbašić izradila prijedlog i uputila u Zagreb.

Upućen je u proceduru i upisan u postupke u novoj bazi Registra kulturnih dobara RH, no Stručno povjerenstvo za utvrđivanje svojstva kulturnog dobra pri Ministarstvu kulture o slučaju nije ni odlučivalo, budući da već duže vrijeme sjednica Stručnog povjerenstva nije održana.

- Konzervatori daju sugestije, međutim, odluku donosi Vijeće pri Ministarstvu kulture koje se trebalo sastati još prije par mjeseci. Nikome nije jasno zašto se nisu sastali, a problem je u tome da se sad ne može pokrenuti trajna zaštita. Prvo jest bila korona, no postoji mogućnost organiziranja sastanaka i u takvim okolnostima. Također, udruga "Motel" iz Trogira uputila je dopis Ministarstvu još u listopadu, tražeći odgovor na pitanje kad će se održati ta sjednica, i nikakav odgovor nisu dobili - rekla nam je Antonia Vodanović, predsjednica Udruge "Kačić".

Učestalo upozoravali

Maroje Mrduljaš s Arhitektonskog fakulteta, koautor serijala "Betonski spavači" i kustos izložbe "Towards Concrete Utopia" u New Yorku (Arhitektura u Jugoslaviji), kaže kako su konzervatori uz njegovu suradnju pripremili prijedlog zaštite. Kako znamo, sastanak se nije dogodio, a Mrduljaš o tome kaže:

- Možda je to i namjerno, upozorili smo na situaciju s više strana. Upravo s ciljem da ubrzamo stvar, napravili smo izložbu "Sunčana strana modernizma" u Orisu i izašli u medije. Nažalost, ništa nije pomoglo i privremena zaštita je istekla - kaže Mrduljaš.

Stipe Ursić, načelnik općine Brela, kaže kako njih ne zamara činjenica da je hotelu "Maestral" istekla privremena zaštita jer su kroz prostorni plan općine propisali zaštitu tog područja.

- Može se dignuti na pet zvjezdica, ali samo u postojećim gabaritima i to je tako još od 2008. Također, razgovarali smo s vlasnikom i on kaže kako je i njima u interesu zadržati postojeći izgled. Mogu rekonstruirati unutarnje dijelove, ali zbog situacije s koronom sve su investicije stale. No, ni u jednom trenutku nitko nije ni pomislio na rušenje ili dogradnju - veli Ursić.

Antonia Vodanović kaže kako dvoji oko toga štiti li prostorni plan uistinu dovoljno.

- Prostorni su planovi uvijek podložni promjenama, a prostorni plan ne štiti interijer, a ovdje je interijer kao cjelinu nužno zaštititi jer ga je Bernardo Bernardi kao arhitekt interijera pomno osmislio, i u realizaciju uključio i likovne umjetnike i produkt dizajnere i stručnjake za hortikulturu. Pri interijeru mislim na javni prostor, dakle lobi i sve ostale dijelove, što ne uključuje sobe - objasnila je Vodanović.

Autori "Maestrala" su arhitekti Julije DeLuca, Ante Rožić i Matija Salaj.

Bluesun Hotels&Resorts: Rekonstrukcija će se raditi s maksimalnim poštovanjem


Josip Zečević, direktor Sektora investicija i održavanja, Bluesun Hotels & Resorts, kaže kako je u dogledno vrijeme u planu rekonstrukcija 'Maestrala'.
- Naglasak bi bio na nužnim zahvatima za održavanje. Budući da je riječ o neprocjenjivo vrijednom arhitektonskom djelu i naslijeđu najznačajnijih arhitekata i dizajnera hrvatskog modernizma - sve što će ulaziti u njegovu rekonstrukciju planirano je s maksimalnim poštovanjem i očuvanjem izvornih elemenata i postojećih arhitektonskih rješenja - kazao je Zečević.

Ministarstvo: ‘Maestral‘ uskoro na sjednici


- Obavještavamo vas kako se sjednice Stručnog povjerenstva odvijaju redovito te se sukladno zakonu provode procedure utvrđivanja svojstva kulturnog dobra. Na jednoj od sljedećih sjednica Stručnog povjerenstva razmatrat će se status hotela 'Maestral' u Brelima - odgovorili su iz Ministarstva.
