Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Benkovac-Obrovac proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana u svezi kaznenih djela prijevare i nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, piše Zadarski. 

Sumnja se kako su 38-godišnjakinja i 41-godišnjak s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi tijekom rujna prošle godine na društvenoj mreži oglasili prodaju traktora, na koji oglas se javio oštećeni 69-godišnjak te im po dogovoru uplatio predujam, dok je ostatak trebao platiti pri isporuci, a također im je dostavio i svoje osobne podatke.

Nakon uplate predujma, odugovlačili su s isporukom, da bi u studenom mjesecu 2022. godine na temelju njegovih osobnih podataka kod jednog teleoperatera sklopili ugovor o kupnji mobitela i pretplati.

Na navedeni način su sebi pribavili nepripadnu materijalnu korist od nekoliko stotina eura.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživana protiv oboje osumnjičenih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Benkovac-Obrovac proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana u svezi kaznenih djela prijevare i nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, piše Zadarski. 

Sumnja se kako su 38-godišnjakinja i 41-godišnjak s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi tijekom rujna prošle godine na društvenoj mreži oglasili prodaju traktora, na koji oglas se javio oštećeni 69-godišnjak te im po dogovoru uplatio predujam, dok je ostatak trebao platiti pri isporuci, a također im je dostavio i svoje osobne podatke.

Nakon uplate predujma, odugovlačili su s isporukom, da bi u studenom mjesecu 2022. godine na temelju njegovih osobnih podataka kod jednog teleoperatera sklopili ugovor o kupnji mobitela i pretplati.

Na navedeni način su sebi pribavili nepripadnu materijalnu korist od nekoliko stotina eura.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživana protiv oboje osumnjičenih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Benkovac-Obrovac proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvoje hrvatskih državljana u svezi kaznenih djela prijevare i nedozvoljene uporabe osobnih podataka, piše Zadarski. 

Sumnja se kako su 38-godišnjakinja i 41-godišnjak s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi tijekom rujna prošle godine na društvenoj mreži oglasili prodaju traktora, na koji oglas se javio oštećeni 69-godišnjak te im po dogovoru uplatio predujam, dok je ostatak trebao platiti pri isporuci, a također im je dostavio i svoje osobne podatke.

Nakon uplate predujma, odugovlačili su s isporukom, da bi u studenom mjesecu 2022. godine na temelju njegovih osobnih podataka kod jednog teleoperatera sklopili ugovor o kupnji mobitela i pretplati.

Na navedeni način su sebi pribavili nepripadnu materijalnu korist od nekoliko stotina eura.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživana protiv oboje osumnjičenih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava.
