Nakon niza slučajeva nezakonite gradnje na našem priobalju gdje se uništava i zadnja vala, a manjak političke volje za donošenjem potrebne regulative rezultira uništavanjem dragocjenog prostora, iz Baške Vode ovog puta stiže nevjerojatan prizor zakonite izgradnje.

Na predjelu Kuki investitor po svim važećim dozvolama i parametrima gradi objekt s bazenom na litici desetak metara iznad kuća čiji vlasnici stahuju od mogućeg urušavanja terena, što nije isključeno.

Jedna od tih ugroženih mještana je dr. Anka Pranić Kragić, splitska liječnica koja je cijeli slučaj prijavila policiji. Nije joj jasno, kako kaže, kako je moguće izvodite tako opsežne radove bez da se kontaktiraju vlasnici okolnih parcela koji bi trebali dati suglasnost za nastavak radova.

Tim više što, kako tvrdi naša sugovornica, gradilište na početku aktivnosti nije bilo ograđeno, odnosno zaštičeno, pa je postojala mogućnost da se kamenje sruši na nečiju kuću.

- Ne da postoji, već mi se to i dogodilo. Najvjerojatnije uslijed miniranja ili rada teških strojeva, komadi kamenja oštetili su mi ulazna vrata, o čemu sam također pravovremeno obavijestila policiju. Međutim, oni su me uputili na adresu komunalnog redarstva.

Zamislite da vam netko iznad glave izvodi radove na krajnje nesigurnom terenu, jer izvođač doslovno u litici kopa bazen. I sad količina kamenja podebljana tko zna kolikom količinom vode, prijeti rušenjem. Razgovarala sam i s investitorom, upozoravajući ga o mogućim posljedicama, na što su mi odgovorili da oni nemaju nikakve veze sa općinskim dijelom sporne litice i da za njezinu sigurnost trebaju brinuti u Općini - naglašava dr. Pranić Kragić koja dodaje da je do sada uvijek imala dobru komunikaciju za vlastima u Baškoj Vodi.

Ona traži hitnu sanaciju litice na način da se izgradi potporni zid ili da se prostor zaštiti adekvatnom mrežom kako ne bi došlo do urušavanja kamenja i ostalog materijala na njezin posjed.

- Kuća je moja dota, a dograđena je prije pet godina. Međutim, nikada nismo imali problema, sve donedavno. Bavim se turizmom već petnaest godina i sva ušteđena sredstva investirali smo u gradnju dizala u zgradi u Splitu zbog potreba mojeg supruga koji je osoba sa stopostotnim invaliditetom.

I normalno da ovakvi zahvati u prostoru izazivaju nelagodu, jer osim što nagrđuje prostor, predstavlja i veliku opasnost. Samo je očito puno "slijepih", pa ne vide ili ne žele vidjeti što se događa - ističe dr. Pranić Kragić.

S druge strane, investitor se navodno proširio na općinsko zemljište. O tome je upozoren od dr. Pranić Kragić na što je ona dobila odgovor kako će "Općina dovesti službenog geodeta koji će utvrditi moguću uzurpaciju".

U lokalnoj vlasti demantiraju da je investitor kuće s bazenom "uletio" i na javnu parcelu. Načelnik Josko Roščić tvrdi da su odmah nakon početka radova komunalni redari obišli teren i utvrdili da se radi po svim potrebnim dozvolama i regulama.

- Budući da je dio stijena u vlasništvu Općine, nije utvrđeno da je investitor uzurpirao naše zemljište ili je to činio na način da su možda bageri s našeg dijela obavljali iskope na privatnoj parceli. Znači, nema nikakvog govora o uzurpaciji.

Što se tiče problema oko možebitnog urušavanja, komunalci su utvrdili da nema takve opasnosti. Osim ovoga gradilišta, na našem području gradi se na još nekoliko mjesta, pa općinske službe redovito obilaze teren i po nekoliko puta, tako ako dođe do kakvih nepravilnosti, mi smo tu - tvrdi Roščić.

Nakon niza slučajeva nezakonite gradnje na našem priobalju gdje se uništava i zadnja vala, a manjak političke volje za donošenjem potrebne regulative rezultira uništavanjem dragocjenog prostora, iz Baške Vode ovog puta stiže nevjerojatan prizor zakonite izgradnje.

Na predjelu Kuki investitor po svim važećim dozvolama i parametrima gradi objekt s bazenom na litici desetak metara iznad kuća čiji vlasnici stahuju od mogućeg urušavanja terena, što nije isključeno.

Jedna od tih ugroženih mještana je dr. Anka Pranić Kragić, splitska liječnica koja je cijeli slučaj prijavila policiji. Nije joj jasno, kako kaže, kako je moguće izvodite tako opsežne radove bez da se kontaktiraju vlasnici okolnih parcela koji bi trebali dati suglasnost za nastavak radova.

Tim više što, kako tvrdi naša sugovornica, gradilište na početku aktivnosti nije bilo ograđeno, odnosno zaštičeno, pa je postojala mogućnost da se kamenje sruši na nečiju kuću.

- Ne da postoji, već mi se to i dogodilo. Najvjerojatnije uslijed miniranja ili rada teških strojeva, komadi kamenja oštetili su mi ulazna vrata, o čemu sam također pravovremeno obavijestila policiju. Međutim, oni su me uputili na adresu komunalnog redarstva.

Zamislite da vam netko iznad glave izvodi radove na krajnje nesigurnom terenu, jer izvođač doslovno u litici kopa bazen. I sad količina kamenja podebljana tko zna kolikom količinom vode, prijeti rušenjem. Razgovarala sam i s investitorom, upozoravajući ga o mogućim posljedicama, na što su mi odgovorili da oni nemaju nikakve veze sa općinskim dijelom sporne litice i da za njezinu sigurnost trebaju brinuti u Općini - naglašava dr. Pranić Kragić koja dodaje da je do sada uvijek imala dobru komunikaciju za vlastima u Baškoj Vodi.

Ona traži hitnu sanaciju litice na način da se izgradi potporni zid ili da se prostor zaštiti adekvatnom mrežom kako ne bi došlo do urušavanja kamenja i ostalog materijala na njezin posjed.

- Kuća je moja dota, a dograđena je prije pet godina. Međutim, nikada nismo imali problema, sve donedavno. Bavim se turizmom već petnaest godina i sva ušteđena sredstva investirali smo u gradnju dizala u zgradi u Splitu zbog potreba mojeg supruga koji je osoba sa stopostotnim invaliditetom.

I normalno da ovakvi zahvati u prostoru izazivaju nelagodu, jer osim što nagrđuje prostor, predstavlja i veliku opasnost. Samo je očito puno "slijepih", pa ne vide ili ne žele vidjeti što se događa - ističe dr. Pranić Kragić.

S druge strane, investitor se navodno proširio na općinsko zemljište. O tome je upozoren od dr. Pranić Kragić na što je ona dobila odgovor kako će "Općina dovesti službenog geodeta koji će utvrditi moguću uzurpaciju".

U lokalnoj vlasti demantiraju da je investitor kuće s bazenom "uletio" i na javnu parcelu. Načelnik Josko Roščić tvrdi da su odmah nakon početka radova komunalni redari obišli teren i utvrdili da se radi po svim potrebnim dozvolama i regulama.

- Budući da je dio stijena u vlasništvu Općine, nije utvrđeno da je investitor uzurpirao naše zemljište ili je to činio na način da su možda bageri s našeg dijela obavljali iskope na privatnoj parceli. Znači, nema nikakvog govora o uzurpaciji.

Što se tiče problema oko možebitnog urušavanja, komunalci su utvrdili da nema takve opasnosti. Osim ovoga gradilišta, na našem području gradi se na još nekoliko mjesta, pa općinske službe redovito obilaze teren i po nekoliko puta, tako ako dođe do kakvih nepravilnosti, mi smo tu - tvrdi Roščić.
